    Beloved Catholic brothers and sisters,
Baptism is a description of ~union with God~ and the redeeming of all sins for Salvation that can not take place without Divine Grace (the Holy Spirit) .
Let us take a moment to examine what takes place in Baptism. (Galatians 3:27) “You were baptized into union with Christ, and now you are clothed, with the life of Christ himself” . The main question we must ask our selves here is “who is able to tell man the method (Baptism) by which Lord Jesus (God Logos) will accept to be UNIDED with us? Is it the philosophy, the imagination of man…. or is it the Holy Spirit? It is only common sense that it would be God (the Holy Spirit ) to be the ONLY ONE to reveals to us the way to UNION with HIM during Baptism and the Divine Life following that would enable man back to His presence!
This is why the Holy Spirit delivered to the Apostles 85 Holy Apostolic Canons that included the WILL of God ONCE AND FOR ALL for the Salvation of all man kind!
Cannons of the Orthodox Church www.holytrinitymission.org/books/english/cannons_apostles_rudder.htm
These Holy Apostolic Cannons begotten by the Holy Spirit the day of Pentecost establish our Lords presence in His Church as High Priest and Mediator to His Father for each and everyone one, they ensure mans freedom, they were set forth to free man from his biggest tyranny that is sin, and they are aimed to set man free from his biggest tyrant who is the devil. Most of the Apostles became Bishops in order to go around the world and create Churches and Baptize (union with God) in the name of the Farther the Son and the Holy Spirit! Lazarus the resurected friend of Lord Jesus became the first Bishop here in Cyprus the second Church created after the one in Jerusalem. Lazarus video of Church and His resting place www.cyprusisland.net/churches/church-saint-lazarus
    Apostles who became Bishops www.goarch.org/-/the-basic-sources-of-the-teachings-of-the-eastern-orthodox-chur-1
The Church is not a building, it is the BODY OF CHRIST The Church is not an human made organization, but a living god man organism that is Divine.
This is how Paul verifies that the Church is the Body of Christ! [Colossians 1: 24] “Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the church:
After His ascension Lord Jesus (God Logos) became the "head of the body the Church" and high priest enabling those baptized and receiving the Holy Spirit with in TO BE REDEEMED FROM ALL SIN, to purify the hearts (only God can forgive sins) and become MEMBERS OF HIS BODY! [Α Colossians 1:18] “He is the head of his body, the Church; He is the source of the body’s life” orthodoxinfo.com/general/stjohn_church.aspx
    What is Holy?
Be Holy because I am Holy (1 Peter 1, 16). Starting in the beginning the only true "saint" or holy one (Hagios) is God Himself. The Bible states "For I am the Lord your God; you shall name yourselves holy and keep yourselves holy, because I am holy. . . " (Levit. 11: 44; 19: 2 and 20: 7). In the New Testament 1 Peter 1, 16] “Be Holy because I am Holy ” Man becomes Holy and "sainted" by participation in the holiness of God. To be Holy is to become ~a new creation~ by participating with the Holiness of God! This is how Paul describes His personal experience, as being a new creation part man part god (by the Grace of God) (Gal 2:20) “So that it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me” Paul admits that God (Christ) lives in him, making him this way part man and part god a god-man by His Grace, a way of being never seen on heaven or earth before. [Galatians 6:15] “For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature”. So the heavenly Kingdom is NOT a “place” it is “a way of being” a UNION of man with God Creator Himself, begotten and experienced from this here life. (Luke 17:21) No one will say, “Look here it is”! Or, “There it is!” because the Kingdom of God is within you”. This is how the Apostles and the Saints did/do their miracles…it is not man that does them it is God (Holy Spirit) within! The words in (John 17:3) “knowing you” mean knowing the Lord PERSONALLY and not philosophically as by knowing Him by the reading of the Holy Bible alone!
If the Salvation does not include the return to the presence of God...what good is it? This is what Lord Jesus told St. Symeon when He became worthy to His presence in His divine Light. “It is me, God, Who became man for you; and behold that I have made you, as you see, and shall make you god”.www.monachos.net/content/patristics/studies-fathers/67 Elder Sophrony of Essex - Image and likeness of God God is Light and His Saints are light ua-cam.com/video/ezItFNpdnVY/v-deo.html
Ierotheos Metropolitan of Naupaktos about Greek Orthodox Baptism “Through the "rite of birth in God", holy baptism, man's nous (mind) is illuminated, freed from slavery to sin and the devil, and it is united with God.
Lord Jesus did not come to teach philosophically but THERAPEUTICALLY (To curer man from sin to enable him this way back to the presence of God)!
    www.johnsanidopoulos.com/2013/03/the-foundations-of-orthodox.html
Without the Church created by the Apostles begotten by the Holy Spirit the day of Pentecost, life after death will meet the same after life conditions as before of His coming where there was No Hope No salvation! The word Salvation means “salvation from death” and the word “death” means “the eternal separation of man from God”
    God bless

2:38 “repent and turn to God, be baptized in the name of Jesus for the remission of your sins and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit”. If you are seeing this, you must be baptized in the name of Jesus for your sins to be washed away. Baptism is necessary for salvation (John 3:5, Mark 16:16). If you have been baptized as a baby, you must be rebaptized in the name of Jesus Christ after you have repented of your sins

If the sentiment of connectivity was reciprocated by another individual of community, outside the confines of the Catholic Church, that would mean that their definition of 'mystical body' exceeds the bounds of the members of the Church, which essentially supercedes and makes obsolete, the application of the term 'body' used by the Church. This would mean that reciprocity of human connectivity does not require the prerequisite of baptism for it to be counted as righteous in the eyes of God the Father. So as a non-Catholic if I can reciprocate the sentiment of connectivity towards others, who is the baptism important for and why must I be baptized for my efforts to connect to be counted?

You need to drop the political part of your intro. This is a spiritual opportunity and I had to really consider if I want to listen to the program. There are those of us Catholics who appreciate Pres Trump and his efforts to save children's lives by supporting the pro Life movement by at least attempting to defund Planned Parenthood - a lot more than Catholic politicians are doing - Pelosi, Kerry, Kennedy, Trudeau and the RC Church is still Pro Life isn't it? So stop offending those who don't agree with your politics and give credit where its due if you are going to do something.

Ridiculous at 4:50. Nobody has heard of "Baptism of the Holy Spirit?" Paul, which can be read from an open Bible, in 1 Corinthians 12:13 says it is "Baptism of the Holy Spirit", not "Baptism by water" which puts us into the body.

The ONE CHURCH [Ephesians 4, 5-6 ] 5“One Lord, One faith, One baptism"
B E C A U S E 6 “One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all”.
    A Word about Church History
Scholars estimate there are over 2600 groups today who lay claim to being the Church, or at least the direct descendants of the Church described in the New Testament. Repeat: 2600!
But for the first thousand years of her history, the Church was essentially one. Five historic Patriarchal centers Jerusalem; Antioch, Rome, Alexandria, and Constantinople formed a cohesive whole and were in full communion with each other. There were occasional heretical or schismatic groups going their own way, to be sure; but the Church was unified until the 11th century. Then, in events culminating in A.D.1054, the Roman Patriarch pulled away from the other four, pursuing his long-developing claim of universal headship of the Church.
Today, nearly a thousand years later, the other four Patriarchates remain intact, in full communion, maintaining that Orthodox apostolic faith of the inspired New Testament record and (Ephesians 4, 5) “One Church, One Faith and One Baptism”. The Orthodox Church and her history is described herein, from Pentecost to the present day. The question now that needs be answered is this. Which of the 5 Patriarchies became schismatic the years 1054 AC. The one that left (the church of Rome) or the others ones that remained?
The schism in the year 1054 found the Church of Rome in violation of [Ephesians 4:5] (ONE CHURCH) for replacing the will of God for the Salvation of man with the will of man. A cardinal, for instance, is a Church priest that is unknown to Jesus and His Apostles.
Filioque is an excellent example of theology begotten by the minds of men (fantasy) who speculate in the absence of theology that is begotten from revelation from God.
If the Holy Spirit is PROCEEDETH FROM THE FATHER and the SON both then this means that there are TWO (2) WILLS of God in the ONE, GOD,!
Why ONE Church, ONE Faith and ONE Baptism as described in Ephesians 4:5?
Paul was very lucid as to a certain characteristic of the Church none negotiable that was delivered by the Holy Spirit.
This is because the Church is not an human made organization, but a living god man organism that is Divine creatred by the Holy Spirit the day of Pentecost with 85 Holy Apostolic canons that consisterd the WILL of GOG for the Salvation of man kind!
Cannons of the Apostles (the Greek Orthodox still go by these canons today)
    www.voskrese.info/spl/aposcanon.html
The Church was created by the Holy Spirit as a therapeutic institution 2000 years ago to cure man of sin in order to aid him to return to to the presence of Creator God. [Mathew5:8] “Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God”.
After His Ascension Lord Jesus (God Logos) became the "head of the body the Church". A head is a head of a body, and a body is a body belonging to a head in a way they are undivided. Lord Jesus/God Logos became the high priest of His Body the Church after ascending to His Father.
[Hebrews 4: 14] “For we have a great Priest who has gone into the very presence of God” He became High Priest and Mediator to His Father enabling those baptized and receiving the Holy Spirit within TO BE REDEEMED FROM ALL SIN, to purify the heart (only God can forgive sins) and become MEMBERS OF A BODY
[Α Colossians 1:18] “He is the head of the body, the Church; He is the source of the body’s life”
During Baptism a person receives the gifts of the Holy Spirit however it is up to each and every individual to energize them or set them in motion at will based on their greatest gift from God which is their freedom.
    orthodoxinfo.com/general/stjohn_church.aspx
The schism that took place on the behalf of the Church of Rome in 1054 AD and all other religions that followed was/is in violation of Ephesians 4:5 (ONE CHURCH ONE BAPTISM) that had as consequence that the Holy Spirit be absent from Baptism (no UNION with God) because it is not possible for Lord Jesus to be present the head of the Body the Church where the commandments of the Holy Spirit (God) are violated.
    PETER THE ROCK
The ROCK that Lord Jesus was to build His Church upon is not a person, it is not Peter, it is ~a spiritual truth statement ~ of Peter describing who in essence Lord Jesus really is! "He is the Christ the Son of the living God"
[Mathew 15:16] 16 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? 16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. 17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. This STATMENT/TRUTH of Peter became the ROCK/FOUNDATION/TRUTH upon to build Lord Jesus Church. [Mathew 15:18] 18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. 19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Peter was given the key that can open the door to Paradise to only those who believe that Christ is the son of the living God!
FILIOQUE is the greatest example of practicing theology in the absence of Revelation in the absence of the Holy Spirt in the absence of knowing God personally which is the most important precognition for the Heavenly Kingdom! Filoque teaches that the Holy Spirit is PROCEEDETH FROM THE FATHER and the SON both!
If indeed the Holy Spirit is PROCEEDETH FROM THE FATHER and the SON both as Filioque suggests, then this means that there are TWO (2) WILLS present in the ONE TRIAD GOD that PROCEEDETH the Holy Spirit!
GOD IS LIGHT AND THE SAINTS IN THE HOLY SPIRIT BECOME LIGHT
[Acts: 6-15] " 15 And all that sat in the He face council, looking stedfastly on him, saw his face as it had been the face of an angel.

Saying about "Peter the Rock" that Christ did not entrust the Church on to a person but on a "spiritual true statement" is to miss the meaning of the Incarnation (the confiding of God into the trust and womb of a lady and a care of a just man". Yes the Church was entrusted to a failing man to make the power of God more shine ( 2 Cor 12, 9-10).
