I couldn't tell for sure but your tail light looked dead (or dim). Only things I'd add for a 2 day trip would be a flashlight/headlight, an extra light jacket, a small camp towel or rag and maybe some sandals for camp to give your feet a rest from boots. Enjoy your trip. Sounds like it'll be a good one.
Dude you just saved the day, I'm out here in my shop working and saw your comment and turned the key on the bike, no tail light. The bulb blew, must have done it while I was filming this episode!! Good spot!
Funny thing, I sleep terribly on an air mattress, I would rather just sleep on the ground. I often sleep on the floor in the house. After almost 2 decades of working on heavy duty diesels, my back is pretty messed up 🤣
Man this is going to be great times I'm glad you switched it up a bit bro can't wait to check it out how ever I'm going to ask you and everyone here I have a heart breaking delema I have a 90s sporty that I absolutely love but I have the opportunity to trade it off and it's a good trade but i know I'm going to miss this bike any advise will help me
Hey man love the bike , i have a bone stock 94 1200 as well as 89 hardtail that I built from scratch out in my shop many years ago. You guys enjoy and be safe. Cheers. G. Speight
Every bike is an adventure bike! I actually think I want to do that again, without stopping multiple times to "feel it out" and move the camera. Just rip it! It's my kid's dirt bike/4-wheeler/mountain bike trail 🤣
Great work Brother... Cheers from Australia !!! 👍😎👍
Oh , and a tarp
Dont forget a flashlight and i always bring some sort of food like a can or 2 or some jerky. Have fun! Cant wait to see the video.
Yeah I have a little pen light I usually stuff in my pocket every day! Snacks for sure
Nice bare bones camping kit. The only necessary thing missing is a puncture repair kit. If you have it, you wont need it 😂
Good idea
Have a good time on your camping trip. Have done 5 motorcycle camping trips. 2 were after retiring from the Navy.
Man have a good safe time! I want to do that some day
Life's too short to not do it!

Must be biker karma, man. Glad you could square it away in the garage.
A hiking type of self inflating mattress would be a good addition for your comfort. As others have mentioned, a head torch is handy too.

What ,,,no vice grips or duct tape !!!😮
Haha
And don’t forget zip ties and electrical tape.

Be cool to see the camp site
Thank you for always watching and the kind words
Just rode my 2000 1200 from Durham to Wilmington and back on Monday wasn’t sure how it would do but now I’d ride it anywhere
Nice! Glad to hear it went well

Thanks!!
Only thing I'd add is a hammock or sleep pad. Looks like what you have is good enough but could be a tad better
I've got one of those hammocks that pack up small, might be something to try next time
Sweet!! i'd take a can of food too just in case.
Yeah I might throw some grub in there, just in case!
few cup 0 n00dles & ur set f0r a c0uple daze.
Tp will go a long way, too
Can you tell me you sisssy bar pack and what type of air filter your running?
cool video
Thank you!
Have you thought or taken a hammock instead of a tent/bag set up?
Yes I have one with the straps that rolls up pretty small and I've used while on bicycle camping trips
Torx drivers?
Love the bag - what brand is it and/or where did you get it?
The bag came off Etsy from "Bevel MFG." I only see one style sissy bar bag on their site now, however, and it's different from this one.
