1. No one eats that, not even on special events.
2. Mayo is a condiment we dont normally use, some people dont even like it. so yes it does feel a little out of the ordinary
3. Why so mean?
One, I never ever put a burger in a donut. 2 I keep hearing from other people up here that our mayo is different from mayo over in Europe. I use ketchup or Beef gravy on mine.

In Greece we eat watermelon with feta cheese, or feta cheese with sesame seeds and honey.
We do watermelon and feta cheese sandwich in Egypt too, will try the sesame seeds one.

Mayo is pretty common on fries in America (I guess it's an east coast thing? idk). Though don't walk into a McDonalds and expect the mayo to be there next to the ketchup. There are mayo packets in many places I've been but every place is different. All my classmates and friends mix their ketchup and mayo and dip their fries in that.

Avocado as sweet food is normal here in Indonesia. We have avocado juice with chocolate condensed milk which is awesome, a lot of shaved ice with avocados, avocado pudding, avocado cake, etc. But it is rare to see a savory avocado dish here other than sushi.

I am from Venezuela and green mangos with lime and salt with hot sauce is something that I grew up eating and it is definitely my all time favorite thing to eat as a snack. We had several mango trees in our back yard and I ised to climb up the trees and eat the mangoes while sitting on a branch or pick them and cut them up and mix it all up in a bowl. And it sold all over on the streets as well by street vendors

so they only give you 1 sauce?
In the McDonald's in Belgium you got 7 sauces and that is small variety compared to fries stands in Belgium where you got 20 different sauces some places almost have 50 like maison antoine in Brussels

Alya Syukri mayo, ketchup, a special fry sauce, red devil sauce (a spicy sauce named after our football team) and andalouose. sweet and sour, barbecue, curry are also options that some people use but mayo (Belgian mayo has less oil than the US), ketchup, andalouose and the fry sauce (what is mayo based but never tried) are the most commen.
and at fry stands there are arround 20 what are most likely mayo based (like tartar and samourai) but you also got Belgian pickle sauce, a ketchup with curry powder mixed in it etc.

My hubby does the mayo in fries thing, Though he uses flavoured mayo (sriracha, chipotle, garlic) His family is from Germany and Hungary so it's something that carried over from there through the generations. I like the garlic mayo with thicker fries and wedges.
The first one in Colombia, we eat that combination a lot melted on top of sweet cooked plantains. Very good also the two are common on top of toast with some coffee in the morning, as a snack, or for a dessert. 🙂 One of my favorite things ever. Guava paste.

It's pretty much always ketchup here in the US. I think I've heard of people branching out a little and doing ranch dressing on fries. I'm not much of a condiment fan myself, so plain fries for me (with plenty of salt of course ooh and maybe some pepper).
