Has anyone ever told you that you look quite a bit like Sally Field? When you were sniffing Dreamer, you made an expression that reminded me of her in Steel Magnolias....LOL Another great video! :)
Good morning Josephine... So I've been separated from my fellow frag heads and to get my fix I'm binge-watching all of your older posts revisiting them and indulging in all the fragrances that you cover and spotlight and different methods of wearing fragrances and I love it thank you so much... You will also see some re commenting from me on your posts. I thoroughly enjoyed this one and I identified with so many of these fragrances. Versace Bright Crystal is my daughter's signature and I could smell it when you sprayed it, love it! Versace The Dreamer is my signature and I wear it I would say 75% of the time. I seek out vintage formulation because it just has a depth an oomph that the more current release doesn't although I enjoy it as well. I was also amused that you had reached for the guava Patchouli combination Britney Spears' Believe was one of three I am contemplating for my SOTD. The other two that I am contemplating (well I've made up my mind)but the other two were Cliniques Aromatics in Black and Ralph Lauren Safari for women. It's going to be a very dry day here after a week of intense humidity and rain and there is a cool morning but we'll have some dry heat later in the day and for that reason Rolph (my nose hehe) has decided my scent of the day will be Ralph Lauren's Safari. I am not particularly fond of the opening but the dry down, a rather dry dry down lol of this fragrance is simply to die for! Thank you for letting me ramble, thank you for this post, and thank you for keeping me in good company with fragrances that as a sent weirdo myself I find it hard sometimes to find kindred spirits. You never fail to brighten my day and jump head-first into all the wonderful fragrances out there. Take care have a great day thanks for letting me ramble
Hello and welcome! Glad you have found some 'perfume company' through my videos. I love knowing others are as obsessed with perfume as I am! I agree with you about Safari...the drydown is wonderful, but I have a hard time getting through the opening notes. Sounds like you chose the perfect day to wear it. Thanks so much for your comment!
Josephine, you are the first person to mention the note of licorice in Poudre…how fascinating 🤔 I just love listening to you describe fragrances and your thoughts about them. My new favorite is Fatale Intense and I’m happy that it turned out a very successful blind buy.😊
Love your picks here. They are good ones! I need to get my hands (and nose!) on Dreamer , Halston, and Poeme! Great classics. I love Versace Crystal Noir in the fall. It matches the cooler, darker time of year well. Britney Spears private show, is another one that is perfect for daytime as it has that light coffee scent and sweetness and almost a sweaty vibe to it.
Love Fall, and I have really switched up my fragrances. Black Opium is a great layering fragrance, I agree that it is very recognizeable, so it isn't that unique, but the mixture of warm, spicy and sweet notes work well with many other fragrances. Bright Crystal is great too, I wore a very similar fragrance yesterday, called Michel Germain Sexual Noir, the berries and amber worked well with the crisp air. Have a great weekend!!!
Hi - I totally agree about Black Opium as a great layering perfume. I have not tried Sexual Noir yet, but it sounds interesting. Thanks for your comment!
Poeme was my signature scent in late 90s early 2000, I got it again recently for the memory but I just can't wear it now. It's waaaaay too aggressive but I do recall why I loved it so. I parted ways with it to make room for scents I want to wear today. Nomad sounds fascinating and unique.
Thank you for this video! Fatale Intense has such interesting notes...I'll have to be brave and give it a try ;-) I started building my fragrance collection more last winter and through quarantine, so this is the first fall where I have lots of scents to try out. It's really interesting how perfumes "bloom" and change in the different temperatures and weather, and I'm looking forward to finding which "meh" perfumes find their stride in fall 🍂
Hi - you're right that the season and temperature changes make a big difference in how perfumes perform. Fatale Intense is worth a try - I think you might love it!
Thanks again for the pleasure to see another video from you, it´s such a joy to hear you describe so well, best ever in UA-cam I can say....these companies better start paying soon for your recommendations dear hahaha I loved the " bla bla bla" from the beginning It was so funny! Anyways, loved your selection once again ! Cant wait til next weekend see ya lovely!
I love Nomade, I discovered it last year and wore a lot. Last week I am obsessed with Champs Elysees edp by Guerlain and Alien Extraordinaries edt. Also Chanel perfumes smell good this fall
Melyvan V Champs Elysees is like chameleon. It opens sharp, old fashion and powdery. Then it mingles and changes to have very beautiful and addictive dry down. I love it, but not everybody shares my appreciation so it’s better to test it first
Very excited to see another video of yours! 😁 do you have perfumes that you wear all year round no matter what the season is? Would love to see a video of those!! :)
I just ordered Agent Provocateur Fatale Intense from FragranceNet because of you. I have a long wait PLUS it cost me $34.05 since I’m in Canada 🇨🇦 (I know...big spender....eh?) It better be good! Lol 😆 Love 💗 your channel!!!
Notes From Josephine It finally arrived and I LOVE 💗 it. Thank you for spotlighting it. 😁 My nose is not as fine tuned as yours, but I smell a similarity with Rihanna’s Rebelle (the red one). Do you smell a similarity?
Have you experienced Elizabeth Arden 5th Avenue Royale? Whenever you speak of AP Fatale Intense, this scent comes to mind. I get a peppermint patty type vibe moreso from EA than AP. Thank you for your channel--I enjoy your view on fragrance!
I had a little sample of the Versace bright crystal but it only lasted on me like 30 minutes .. Same with Black Opium :( I am going to try the original Opium soon
Hi Josephine. I want to recommend a perfume you will like and the box is beautiful, too. It is also very reasonable and the name is L'Affaire. I think I bought it on FragranceX.com. Enjoy.
Yes dear! Amen for the Poeme by Lancome. I love it!!!!
Hi - I love Poeme too! Thanks for your comment!
Oh good bcI literally just ordered this! I was feeling nostalgic remembering when I worked at the counter back in the day. 😊
Beautiful perfumes and beautiful descriptions. Thoroughly enjoyed thank you. Lancome Poeme sigh 🧡
Has anyone ever told you that you look quite a bit like Sally Field? When you were sniffing Dreamer, you made an expression that reminded me of her in Steel Magnolias....LOL Another great video! :)
Hi - yes, I have been told I look like Sally Field all of my adult life...I've always liked her so I'm good with it. Thanks for your kind comment!
I enjoy your videos so much! You share quite a variety of oldies and newer releases. Not the same 5 perfumes over and over. Great job!
Hi - thanks for your kind comment!
I picked up Joop le Bain per your recommendation and it's perfect for fall imo
Hi - I couldn't agree more! Glad you're enjoying Le Bain!
That’s what I’ve been wearing this October!

I hear you about Black Opium, I'm like oh it's too popular, too meh but every time I wear it I'm reminded how beautiful it smells.
Hi - yes, Black Opium does have that certain something that a lot of people love! Thanks for your comment!
The cross looks awesome and I love Versace Bright Crystal.
Thanks sissy - I love the cross too! Glad you stopped by!

Hi - thanks for your comment! I will have to try Crystal Noir again now...it's one I haven't worn in a while, but I imagine it would be great!
I have many of the scents you have for the fall I love love love poem by lancome one of my favorite fall scents
Hi - I agree that Poeme is one of the most beautiful fall scents ever. Thanks for your comment!
Love your chanel! You always make me smile.
Thank you! Your comment made me smile, too.
I always see Bright Crystal as a Summer scent, but I'll have to wear it soon!
Hi - give Bright Crystal a try - it's great in the fall! Thanks for your comment!
Thank you for sharing your fall fragrances 🙂 Enjoyed watching!
Thanks for your comment - I appreciate it!
You sold me on Valentina Poudree and the Agent provocateur one lol. You put me on to Perles de Lalique, I love it! Glad I bought it
Hi - yay you bought Perles de Lalique! Glad you like it - thanks for your comment!
Your hair and hoops are everything....stunning!! x
Thanks for your kind comment!

Hi - yes Poeme can be a bit much but I do love it in Fall! Thanks for watching!

Hello great review. Great video. I enjoyed it and your picks. Your voice is beautiful and calming. I subbed.
Hi - thanks and welcome!
I love chloe nomade. And just got florabotanica yesterday. Im in love. Fatale intense is lovely. 👍
Hi - I'm glad you have Nomade and Florabotanica as they are both gorgeous in the fall! Thanks for your comment!
I love Nomade, I discovered it last year and wore a lot. Last week I am obsessed with Champs Elysees edp by Guerlain and Alien Extraordinaries edt. Also Chanel perfumes smell good this fall
How is champs Elysees edp? Is it linear? Powdery? Green? Is calling my attention.
Melyvan V Champs Elysees is like chameleon. It opens sharp, old fashion and powdery. Then it mingles and changes to have very beautiful and addictive dry down. I love it, but not everybody shares my appreciation so it’s better to test it first
@@KarolinaPL06 Thank you! I appretiate your opinion. Old perfumes are so powerful yet addictive. Have a nice day.
K.Bochenek I love it too, so pretty and sophisticated. It’s also unique in my opinion.
Hi - glad you like Nomade and the others you mention are also great. True, Chanel perfumes do shine in the fall. Thanks for your comment!
Great video :) and nice words about fall, i feel the same :)
Hi - Thanks for your comment!
Very excited to see another video of yours! 😁 do you have perfumes that you wear all year round no matter what the season is? Would love to see a video of those!! :)
Hi - thanks for your comment and for your video idea!
Thank u I needed this I’m a started with fragrance
Hi - good luck on your fragrance journey! Thanks for your comment!
Couldn’t agree more, that ring on Princess is soooooo annoying! But the perfume itself - heaven! One of my favorites, along with Fatale Intense ❤️
Hi - the packaging kept me from trying Princess for so long! I really enjoy it now, though. Glad you love Fatale Intense - thanks for your comment!
I’ve been wearing amethyst by Lalique, black opium “Neon” and love by Sofia Vegara , I wasn’t sure about princess but I might have to get it now :)
Hi - those perfumes are great choices! Thanks for your comment!
I just ordered Agent Provocateur Fatale Intense from FragranceNet because of you.
I have a long wait PLUS it cost me $34.05 since I’m in Canada 🇨🇦 (I know...big spender....eh?)
It better be good! Lol 😆

Hi - I hope you love Fatale Intense as much as I do! Thanks for your kind comment!

Hi - I have not yet tried EA Royale but I hear great things about it! Now, I just have to try it...thanks for your comment!
I had a little sample of the Versace bright crystal but it only lasted on me like 30 minutes .. Same with Black Opium :( I am going to try the original Opium soon
Hi - it's frustrating when perfumes don't last, and it's different for everyone. The original Opium might be perfect for you. Thanks for your comment!
Good morning over there from the netherlands great perfums
Thank you!
Hi Josephine. I want to recommend a perfume you will like and the box is beautiful, too. It is also very reasonable and the name is L'Affaire. I think I bought it on FragranceX.com. Enjoy.
Still waiting on your layering perfume video 😌
I keep buying Nomade because of all the compliments I get but I can’t smell it on myself so that’s disappointing.
Hi - I’m sorry you can’t smell it on yourself because it is so gorgeous! Thanks for your comment!
Hi there, is the Chloe Nomade a parfume or the eau de toiltte? Thanks
Hi - I have the Eau de Parfum. The Eau De Toilette is much different...it lacks the depth and beautiful sweetness of the EdP. Thanks for your comment!
Fall is my favoriete time also
Hi - I agree totally!
To me Fatale Intense AP is really similar to Angel by Mugler
Hi - I can see some similarities between FI and Angel, but I can't wear Angel so they seem quite different to me. Thanks for your comment!
You named your nose Daphne?
😅😅🤣🤣😅😅🤪💋
Hi - yes I did! Does your nose have a name? Thanks for your comment!
