Chris Farlowe: Lockdown Q&A Full Version

- Опубліковано 18 чер 2020
- We popped out for a socially distanced catch-up with Chris as the UK's COVID movement restrictions were eased, it was really wonderful to see him in the flesh having spent most of our lockdown working on the documentary edit. During our conversation, Chris expressed that he'd been a bit lonely in recent weeks and really missed being on stage singing for his fans. So, we had a little on the spot brainstorm and thought what better way to cheer him up and reconnect him with his fans than a Q&A.
One of the best voices of all time sir farlowe.
Hi Chris! I think many people will agree with me when I say I think your vocals on Out of Time were better than Mick Jagger's.
Hi Chris, I originate from the canaries and arrived in London in 1968 when I was 19 with lovely long hair and I have lived in this wonderful city ever since, I am completely bald now but thankfully I am still healthy and happy when I listen to your unforgettable songs specially Out of Time. Wish you many Healthy and Happy Years ahead.
Hi Chris .... ‘Out of Time’ holds som very special memories for me, so thank you for the music, your still fabulous and hopefully you’ll be back on tour after lockdown lxxxx

Respect....and remember please...an Icon is untouchable...
Hi Chris I think you are a very talented singer. I listen to a lot of songs from the 1960s and I write and record songs I just want to let you know that for me your songs "Out Of Time" and "Handbags And Gladrags" are among the finest songs I ever listened to. To have these 2 songs in your repetoire and to have sung them so originally and showed that these songs were more than words to you as a singer is really worth something. R E S P E C T Sir. Kind Regards Trevor Swistchew. Writer Poet and Guitar Playing old guy from way back when.
Thank you Chris.

Hi Chris I came here to Stoke old memory's Micky Jupp now that's a thing isn't it mate? Ray Charles , there's something unique about his singing and his version of Georgia is by far the best. Agree.

Someone should've offered Chris a bit of a drink during this .💧 Mind your water intake.
You need no hair-dresser, you need a cup of "Pfefferminztee" !! :-))
