It is cool ! Your absolutely right. Back in my day, we had Sesame Street , ya know,🙂 There are only a few good ,clean ,and do I dare say , Wholesome sites out there. And these kids are one of them.
5:42 -- Thank you for being conservation minded and not greedy. Very wise of you to leave one keeper claw for our delicious friends to defend themselves with 🦀🦀🦀
We're you girls in your old boat? Didn't get to see much of the boat but can tell it's not the new Invincible. Ready to see some fishing trips on the new boat. Keep up the good work ladies.
Was hoping you would point out how you left the "joint" attached to the body when you broke the claw. If you aren't careful breaking those big claws, that joint will snap off with the claw leaving a gaping hole in the body of the crab and reducing it's odds for survival. Also, you made pulling those heavy traps by hand look easy! Pigs feet for the win! =) And one more time for the people in the back...do NOT ice, refrigerate, or freeze raw crab. It will make the crab stick to the shell and be a pain to pick. Secret: the meat in the claws that float are typically a little sweeter. Love watching your adventures and very informative videos!!!
That was another absolutely amazing video and great catch and cook I didn't know that you could poke the knife into the stone crab elbow and it releases by itself I've never seen anyone else ever do that that was really neat and a good learning experience thank you very much for showing us that and I can't wait to see more videos from both of you you guys are so great and I can't wait to share and help you guys out build your UA-cam videos and have more subscribers I love what you all do and I thank you so much for all the content.
Hi ladies... You know what I want to see ???? Gale force mom and Gale force dad as special guests telling us "twin truths" from the family files. I'm sure they probably have some absolute comedy to tell 😂😂😂 ( nice to have you two back!)
If both claws are keepers which one do you prefer to leave on the crab: his crusher claw or his pincher claw? For the conservation minded, ideally we leave the claw that helps them live the longest. Does it even matter which?
can you do an episode on cooking ON the boat? Like, is it possible? I hear from some folks that you can't, others say you can. I don't know whom to believe.
Also, one other thing…If you noticed when they were boiling some were floating! Those are re-grown claws that have not fully grown yet. They may look big, but the meat inside may be have of the claw size. You can avoid that buy simply tapping the claw with a tool before harvesting. Hollow sound indicates a floater.
Pigs 🐖 🐷 feet the best way to go if you don't have alot of by-catch, great video but I'm old school and keep both if size ok, survival rate is the same as taking only one in the overall. But to each their own. Still like watching your channel and content...PS mustard sauce for me...
I've learned a lot from your "how to drive a boat" type videos. Can you do a video on how to handle rough water like what Wavy Boats features? Here's an example: ua-cam.com/video/hH3nsTqdAd8/v-deo.html
This video may be a prime example of young people believing everything they see on the internet and telling others it’s gospel. Yet, it’s not! Some of the info is spot on. But, cooking info not so much… If your going to eat them right away then your good. But, if going to freeze and store you need to drop them in a bowl of ice water right away after cooking. Not, set them out to cool slowly because they’re still cooking. So your 10 min cook just became a 20 min over cook. And, bringing home buckets of sea water to boil in 🙄 That’s just someone’s wives tail, and unnecessary. Not to mention cooking your food with other stuff in the water besides salt. Just add sea salt to your boiling brine. Same thang, no hassles, and cleaner to do.
Something I can put on for all the kids and never have to worry about the content. Thanks ladies
That’s the whole purpose behind our content!! Our pleasure 😊

Really good demonstration on the damage to the crab that can be saved by causing it to drop it's claw naturally
Enjoy the videos on navigation markers very helpful.

Great video - I had no idea you could "convince" a crab to give you her/his claw!
Stone crabs are the best!
Good👍 information about carb
playing "Uncharted" episodes from my DVR in the background and then out of the blue I hear two familiar voices that i recognize all too well ♥
Great video!

Yummy
Great video, where did you get the mat that protects the boat when you pull the traps?
Where did you ladies get the protective mats for your boat’s gunwales and floor?

Question so with the done crab we only the claws not the body ?
If you break both claws, how do they survive?
What is your relationship with regulator. I see you got a different boat. I thought they had your dream boat.
How'd the "minor appendix operation" turn out??? Hope you're doing well....
All good! Still recovering but doing well 😊
Forgive my ignorance ladies, but if both claws make size, why would you not keep the whole crab? Is it not edible?
What boat are you using? Doesn’t look like the new one or the inshore boat.
I love that you are sustainability focused. I don't agree with modifying nature's perfect system for luxury dining.
Amanda 😘🌹🌹🌹😘💝💘💐
Just a heads-up, soon as my ticket pays and Regulator finishes my boat, we might become neighbors unless I can find a better place.
What do you mean ticket paid ? Who are you talking to? What does your Regulator have to do with the location of Storage
