    Which is best for tennis elbow, TENS or EMS? Also, is it advisable to continue to use these treatments when you arent experiencing pain? To proactively avoid further problems when for example playing tennis.

    I wasn’t expecting this This vid did not inspire me with confidence as it looked like this was the first time you guys have played with tens machine which you did not even show. I was expecting as you say you are the best. Settings cycles and kHz settings. At least I’ve learned to colour in my pads 😀

    Is it okay if there is a tiny bit of muscle contraction? At the lowest setting I don’t even feel any pulses, once I feel pulses at a min I’m highway setting to feel them, I see a slight twitch in my arm.

    Nice video. But it seems you skipped an important part. My TENS unit comes with two pairs of pads, or four pads total. Each pair includes one pad with a Red-colored lead and one pad with a Black-colored lead. How should the wires be connected to the device, given the different colored leads?

    Did I do damage?

    • @BobandBrad
      @BobandBrad  2 місяці тому

      Is it more painful in that area since then? It shouldn't have caused damage, however we wouldn't be able to tell without a proper examination.

      Not really painful, just felt tight but i noticed spasms/ twitching on and off through arm and hand.
      Felt difficult to open and close hand. I think it's starting to relax.

    My pads always fall off. Especially in sweaty weather. Duct taping them irritates my skin. Any ideas? Trying an elbow sleeve over it but.. what a mess lol. Wires catch on everything.. it’s definitely not easy to go about daily life with it on...

      I bet these Velcro Zip *Ties would be great for that kind of thing. You can connect more than one if needed and you can use them on the pads and to keep the wires close to your body and then hang the TENS unit from your belt loop or put it into a fanny pack.

      I might be too late, but I haven't ordered any new pads yet, and they have been not very sticky for a week, now. I got some Ace Sports Tape - it's for things like athletes who have injuries, often in a joint - it stays on skin, but doesn't stick... it's fairly inexpensive. And designed to stay but not stick mess up your skin/ hair.
      Duct tape is not kind on the skin. (In high school I would make a bra out of tape for a formal dress situation. We didn't have solutions like today) I learned pretty fast, to use mailing tape (the brown shiny stuff) and not Duct Tape. It made more noise, but the take off was pretty much pain free, vs Duct which was slow and painful and traumatic.
      My point is, if you don't have sports tape, mailing/package tape is a comparabe alternative to use.

    I appreciate the time and energy you guys spend on these videos, but not sure the point of this video. You can put them here, or try it this other way, or if you prefer try this other thing that is totally different, maybe massage it this way or this other way... we have no idea because we have never used this thing, but buy the one we endorse because that is who pays us. If you buy a different brand, you are dead to us. Some of your other videos are useful, but this one is useless.
