This week, I'm going to take a week, write down everything that i'm doing and circle the things that are not productive. Thank you Makeda for being there for everyone searching for answers from a solid and truthful source, I hope I can speak for every one of us when I say we can't tell you how much we appreciate your insight

Do you have a list of must learn techniques for new or seasoned managers to learn & master? You touched on "How to have a difficult conversations" as one and "How to manage my time" and "How to communicate effectively" and "How to keep team members accountable"...all the "how to things ". But now that I ask this... that's why you have the The Manager Excelorater Program. LOVE this channel. This is of incredible value to a program I co-lead for up & coming leaders at my organization. Time audit by the way...genius!!!!!

Agree!!! Delegation as a professional development opportunity for someone else is brilliant.

Thank you for this great information. I am interested in your acellator program. Where would I find information on the cost of the program? I hope to set up a video call soon.

Hi Miriam, fantastic! The call is an opportunity to get to know each other, see if we are a good fit to work together and whether or not the program outcomes meet your needs. On the call I provide the investment and payment plan options. Whenever you are ready you can set up a video call with me here: calendly.com/makedaandrews/new-manager-accelerator-application-call

40% seems to be a lower number than I expected. I guess it gives the person that was delegated for the task a lot of room to learn and grow.

Yes for me, I view delegation as a tool to develop people so 40% is a good enough starting place for me.
