I rely on various books, most notably “A Beginner’s Guide To Day Trading Online” (2nd Edition) by Toni Turner. I also read “Start Day Trading Now” by Michael Sincere, and I’ve picked up, but haven’t read yet, “The Day Trading Beginner’s Guide” by William K. Bradford.
The trading channels I watch include ya boi Scarface Trades, ImanTrading, and Jason Graystone.
While at work, I listen to various individuals like Michael Douglas and Tom Hougaard to understand discipline in the trading environment. Additionally, “How To Day Trade For A Living” by Dr. Andrew Aziz, which I also own in paperback.
If Scarface is reading this, I’d love to hear his opinion on these resources and any more he thinks would benefit a complete beginner. I’ve been self-teaching for nearly 6 months, but I’m still struggling, even with basics like drawing the previous day’s high and low. Now I find myself watching a “how to draw in TradingView” tutorial now. 😂 There’s so much to take in, but in the long run, it’s so worth it.
Lastly, I’ve been investing since I was legally allowed to. Nearly 8 years later, after pulling pints, installing cladding, trimming hedges, stacking shelves, delivering mail etc, I’m kicking myself that it’s only just occurred to me.. I’ve finally realized I should learn to day trade. I would be where I’m trying to get now already had I pursued trading just as much as I pursued investing. Here’s to the next 8 years! 🍾🎉

I'm trying to learn more and more about forex every single day but I still have some questions and the most important one is: Let's say I don't have time for studying charts and I'm someone who doesn't know when to buy and sell can someone let's say who had made profits and knows what he's doing tell me when to buy and sell is it profitable. The second question is. There are lots of different platforms and I'm using meta trader 4, does every platform has its own market? What I mean by that is every platform has its own prices and fluctuations?

Thanks for the video! Question, if u don't mind. When a break below or above happens, do you also take into consideration whether the overall "trend" is in your favor, or not? Also, regarding where to aim to close the trade, if in a trade that is against longer term trend, do you let the trade not run for as long as you would if it was with the trend, i.e. pick a closer TP level? I trade ES. Would I trade ES using the daily HL of SPX or can I simply use ES HL even though I believe the 'Daily HL times are different? thx

What happens if the market opens above previous day highs do you wait to break pre market high for a ping or wait to retest previous day high and go long?
Is this the strategy you currently use on a daily basis? I have been jumping around from strategy to strategy although I have a good handle on trading I tend to still blow prop accounts. It would be great to be consistent.
what if the pre market opens above previous day high do we play it and wait till it retests the previous day high and if it bounces of the retest is a good entry level ? please someone help

sir if market breaks previous day high go up 4 or 5 candles then came back breaks down daily HL then after some time again breaks same day high so in that case can this strategy works ? or it works only one time break daily high or low ! PLZ CLEAR THE CONCEPT

wont everyone's previous day high or low be different depending on your time zone?
i think this is a good strategy... however what if we pretty miss out on what breaks the high or low of previous day...? like some stocks like tesla may close at 177 then open at 172 the next day and simply in 1st 5 min candle its highest with a wick at 176.... just like that theres an overnight gap... how can we catch it without FOMO on it

When you mark the previous day high and low are you talking about the entire previous day or a certain timeframe back from current day market open?
Entire previous day. He started out by marking them on the Daily chart and then moved down to the 5M chart to execute the trade.

He set the previous day H/L using the daily and then switched to the 5 minutes, look at the timeframe top left on his trading view screen.
How often does this happen?
But there is no guarantee that high and low works as retest..it could break and go for opposite direction as well..mind it

You're taking the escalator on these charts. Every chart you showed also had an elevator. If you want to move up or down, Do you want to take the escalator or the elevator? I personally prefer the elevator.

High of day and low of day have always meant the previous day’s levels and not premarket?? Have I misunderstood this for 6 months? 😮
@ 4:25 when you marked the prev day High and Low it looks like you marked the Low of a green candle and the Low of another Green Candle ... What time frame was that on.. didn't make sense but i do understand Open High Low Close.. just cant see why marked where you marked, cool video all the same.. pls help anyone.

In entries like this f.e 8:30 always I'm afraid that chart already did reversal and price is going in upward direction, and it's uptrend, how to deal with this?
