Have been using B290 tyres on my WagonR since 2015 or so. Fantastic tyres, never had any grip issues in the dry or wet. Road noise is also relatively low. One tyre did get punctured but that was due to a nail and not the tyre construction. Overall it's a great tyre and am very much satisfied with its performance
Whats the mileage?
I have been using b290 185/60/15 on my Skoda rapid past 5 years
I am a sedate driver ran the tyres for 85000 km having enough thread depth.the rubber was getting hard due to age so replaced it with the same.
No punctures partly due to excellent tyres and partly due to my sedate driving style .
PS I don't rev my engine and hate sudden breaking FYI I am still on my cars original break pads😉😁
Using B290 H rated 185 section on Swift 2011. Grip is awesome, road noise reduces fairly but still exists. Soaks bumps well if you run a couple PSi lower than recommend. Fuel efficiency remains the same as stock Mrf.
I recommend these over Apollo.
B290 is best tyree i ever had.. m using it in Kullu... it is good wid snow and Muddy road.. good performance wid rough roads... Highly recommended ! if u have personal vehicle.
I changed my four stock MRF tyres and bought new B290 for Amaze. But it's sidewall is very weak. In one incidence, my right side both tyres (Right Front and Right Rear) had a puncture on sidewalls due to bad road conditions. But I didn't get replacement for my tyres and I had to buy another two just after run of 7500 km.
Now opting for Apollo amazer 4g Life.
Bridgestone is just a name ...high price poor tyres
Dear Sir, i have Wagon R of 2014 model vxi, only 25000kms driven on good roads, mostly alone or sometimes family. i have company attached maxxis tyres radial, i want to ask which bridgestone model to buy - from options ( tauranza AR20, ER60, Firestone 550, Ecopia 150, or B290 and why ? I've recently installed this B290. I think it's a hard compound Tyre. Too bumpy, LESS comfort, good grip. Overall I'm unsatisfied with this product.

I have the exact same enquiry, Someone from Bridgestone dealer told, that B290 comes with 3yrs replacement warranty & 5yr overall warranty. However T005 only comes with 5yr warranty. Which means if something happens to ur tyre during 1st 3 yrs, ur tyre wont be replaced. [Before calling the Dealer, My heart is at T005. B290 is a stiffer tyre however my stock tyre was B250, so I am assuming B290 will be less noisier.] Also, it is suggested to install 185/65/R15 instead of 175/65/R15 and will enjoy the ride. Not sure what is the truth in it. (I know speed conversion, so I am ignoring that fact)
@@vibhusharma9971 I change My tyre and i go for Turanza T005 its good and smooth and quite tyres but i go for 175 65 r15 default size because my old tyre was 185 65 R15 Bridgestone Ecopia that tyre was good for ride and overall increase 7mm height but that's good for highway ride not for city because stirring are on stiffer on that tyre ,
that's create problem in city ride so i go for stock size with Turanza T005 and i happy with that , But only one downside with turanza is warranty , B series are with 3 year unconditional warranty , but premium series tyre like Turanza and ecopia are not get unconditional warranty they have get 3 year conditional warranty
