Curious, could I just drill a couple more holes on my existing 4Gpm surface cleaner bar for my 10GPM machine right now???? Set all of the tips at 2.5gpm surface cleaner tips??
Don’t risk drilling it… balance, angle and tip spacing all play a role in proper operation and bearing longevity… just buy a separate 4 tip bar for your SC. (check size and thread pitch where it mounts into the swivel and overall length for proper figment). Another configuration available is a 4 tip cross bar (like a + ) or a similar 3 tip cross bar. I have 3 separate bars, 2-setup differently for specific situations (different tips) and a spare bar just in case. Overkill, Maybe? but ya never know. 😉
I’ve found that I prefer the 40° surface cleaner tips. Great video showing how to save a few dollars instead of just buying another bar.
Thank you. No need to spend money if you have 2 hands, 10 minutes and the proper equipment. I appreciate you watching!
Great tip! Always enjoy your content. Thank you

So I’m hung up on the gpm rating on tips. 25025 means a 25 degree angle but is that rated at 2.5 gpm or 2 gpm?
Would 25030 be 3gpm?
