I think it's not 'you wrong me you get trapped' I think the c&a company are trapping them in there if they find out the truth about it and kinger made it and after refusing to continue it and wanting to shut it down he got trapped too after some of the abstracted players were since he tried to free them helping Caine try make an exit for them not knowing they succeeded in doing so and deeming it dangerous to leave and but kinger was trapped for wanting to shut down his game and when the other workers found out they also got trapped
C&A are the company whi made the Ai and the game. The Ai's got reprogramed by Able and all of the characters whe know from the show are now traped in the simulation.
I personally disagree with the theory, the wackywatch video version of Caine could easily just be a guy in a costume similar to Disneyland Mickey, hence why it's from the view is from shoulders down. In both cases, employees would be expected to talk to them like the real person, and it looks more like a commercial for the Digital Circus itself more than it does an employee instruction video (otherwise it would be about the watch itself instead of trying to sell the headset).
