No, it can not, but if you can get any base, that can grip your head like head band , you can work the ruffles on it

Since it's not what you'll wear everyday, just like the regular gele, I av some 5 , 6 years head gear have not washed, so if you are to wash at all, don't dip in water, you can brush lightly
