Great tutorial! I found that the band was a bit too tight. So It’s best to extend either the elastic band or the lining of the main fabric. Just a friendly feedback.

Well...it depends on the size of the head 😭 not everyone needs the same size. And not every elastic is the same too.

I don’t have smaller measurements unfortunately
i wonder if velvet fabric would be a good choice for this headband. may i ask what kind of fabric did you use? i am guessing satin? the sheen adds an elegant touch to it.
You know, I’ve been searching all over for a red velvet fabric to make one for Christmas 😍😍 so yes, velvet would be fab!!!! The fabric I used in this video is duchess satin - the type you use for bridal garments.
@@JulietUzor_ try Etsy for velvet you might get lucky. is that Pfaff sewing machine you own i like the walking foot on yours.

Hello Antoinette, you’re most definitely correct. The main piece was 40 inches long. But feel free to increase/reduce for less or more fullness 💝💝💝
