    1. CONNECT WITH LOVED ONES
    2. PRIORITISE YOUR ALONE TIME (connect with your emotions, do a personal check-in, decompress)
    3. CELEBRATE SMALL WINS (start small if you need, give yourself a reward)
    4. ORGANISE YOUR SPACE
    5. READ A BOOK
    6. ENJOY HEALTHY FOOD
    7. LISTEN TO BODY (EG, REST/STRETCH, DRINK WATER)
    8. COMMUNE WITH NATURE (Even few minutes outsides every day, two hours a week, connect it with others good habits, go hike with friends)
    9. CARDIO (Sports)
    10. TAKE A BREAK (Pomodoro technique)

    It's great to see these 12 habits, but I think there's one simple habit rarely mentioned: sitting quietly for 5 minutes each day to observe your own thoughts. Sometimes, it's in these quiet moments that we find the most peace and clarity. Has anyone tried this?
