I love how Ciara is a champion when it comes to any type of alcohol, but give her sweet teas and she’s done

She's probably drank just as much tea in her life as she's drank alcohol since it is part of their daily lives in a way that it isn't in America.
It also seemed like the teas they were drinking in this video were the equivalent of some of the "Strange alcohol shots" that they try where they're abominations of real alcohol the way Strawberry Cheescake Tea is an abomination to the kind of tea they're used to drinking.
She also eats spicy stuff like it's nothing. Give her sugar and she shuts-down.

People in Southern part of the US drink very sweet tea.
No , they drink sugar with a little bit of iced tea added to it so that it will go down the hatch .
Its not these weird infusion dessert teas though - it's just regular lemon with a bunch of sweetener - don't get me wrong still very sweet just not a dessert flavor
I grew up with my moms sweet tea, which was a gallon of tea that had nearly 3 whole cups of sugar. I definitely don't make mine like that but most sweat tea in the south is like that. I'm the only person in my family that even drinks hot teas and herbal teas and such.
So Ciara O'Doherty-- the woman with the constitution of a god-- has found a weakness, and it's.... tea.
edit: ok fine, overly-sweetened tea, but still; the contrast is just funny to me

Isn't it amazing (its like a "double-whammy") that sugar or sweet foods are one of the most criticized foods or drinks on this channel (and here's the "double-whammy":) it has little to do with health of it and a lot more of the taste.

I remember as a kid we got a lot of red rose tea, we had a big collection of the little figures that came with them
I am from the north of the USA and a lot of us do not like sweet tea. Sweet tea is mostly a southern thing.
From the south. Can confirm. Although we tend to dose a huge helping of ice on top of the sweet tea. But if you go to a southern restaurant and order tea it will be ice tea and it will be sweet unless you specify "unsweet" or "hot" when ordering it.
I'm a bad southerner because I absolutely loathe sweet tea. Black iced tea (with some lemon) is delightful.
@@cfs11111 I'm from Kansas and have been consuming tea all my life, both hot and iced. If it's hot, it has to be sweetened, but cold? I prefer it unsweetened unless it's flavored (I love a strawberry sweet tea) or a milk tea. I love me a good unsweetened sun tea.
Love to see Clare being able to react to something in her "delicate" condition. My grandmother was a tea connoisseur. She always had different flavored teas from around the world.

Red Rose Tea is my everyday tea for making "Southern Iced Tea", love it.
Agree my Mom would make sweat tea in the summer with Red Rose. It brewed so strong and dark made the best Iced Tea,

Im from Canada and before multinationals took them over. the tag line for Red Rose teas was as such; Only In Canada You Say? Pity. The other line was to tell you that 1 bag gives you two cups. One bag could be used for your second cup or your companions. Maybe this is a different brand just the same name. Red Rose is from Canada.

I've tried all the red rose sweet teas. The first one I had was the strawberry cheesecake and it was insane 😍 i liked the taste. My fav is blueberry muffin. It hits the spot if you have a sweet craving (it has stevia, no sugar)
Nope. Just tea, please. The comfort, the relaxation, a good book or movie that's perfect. Can't chill when sugar is pumping in your body.
Those teas might be best served as iced tea. I'm a true American!

Have you ever done a tryers favorites? Where everyone tries each other's favorite things? That could be a good few episodes, and those of us who learn new things from every episode could fine or make a few new things to try ourselves. Like a tryers favorite teas episode and foods or snacks or drinks. Anything really. It could be an entire series. Mostly I myself want to know what Ciaras favorite teas are. Lol

A "tea" shirt. Its the introduction. They haven't even started tasting the foods yet (this is why I purchased a mug from their online merchandise shop and gave them a small donation). They make education entertaining. They're like the Graham Norton of UA-cam. "Top class"
As this is sweetened with Stevia, there are some diabetics who may have a sweet tooth who use something like this as their sweet treat for the day. Stevia is sweet but doesn’t raise blood sugar like table sugar would. My Mom used to drink Red Rose black tea. I’ll be looking for these come fall time.

I like making hot tea-punch. Its a bougy, hot version of an Arnold Palmer. Lots of fresh lemon juice. Chick-fil-a lemonade levels of pucker. Sugar, and earl grey tea.
If you drink more than a mug, your throat will be sore. _That_ much lemon.
Served hot, its like those tart hot punches that are great in cold weather, or when you have a cold and need to chemically remove the gunk in your throat with lemony battery-acid.

Original Red Rose is a fine brew - don't know about these little sacks of twigs and chemistry though. Glad you lads took one for the tea-m....it was a fair warning. Thanks everyone!

I think you guys are missing the point of this tea... It is a treat.. Red Rose is my favorite tea. I am a diabetic, so I cant have sugar cookies or any of those treats.. So this tea has been a life saver!

I am betting that all these teas have stevia leaves in them. I’m also betting these are teas that are drunken at bedtime to soothe you to sleep. After checking Amazon I see they also have bold black tea and a lot more flavors that you got to try. Bananas foster is flavored like the dessert made in a famous restaurant in New Orleans.

I really wish that I could afford the postage to send the Tryer's some of Australian tea company T2's blends to them.
As an American I think that I should say All I need is a strong cup with good dippers. I don't want anything in my tea but, strength, tad bit of sugar/cube. nice things to dip into it.
These seem like flavors of tea you'd find at the teavana store at the mall.
They had a pumpkin spice tea that was amazing and I hate the pumpkin spice craze. They also had a tropical Hawaiian herbal tea with pineapple as the main flavor and it was great. They're expensive though their most expensive was the yellow dragon tea. 30$ for about 8 cups worth (depending on how strong you like your tea i like it strong so I'd get about 5 cups max out of it.) They also had smores which was interesting and sweet. The fruity teas are so sweet and fruity its like drinking half tea half pure fruit juice but somehow its all tea. I'm a coffee guy but if you get a really good tea its the best
