Lovely video content! Forgive me for chiming in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you considered - Chireetler Kettlebell Miracle Rule (do a google search)? It is a smashing one of a kind product for learning some amazing kettlebell challenge workouts minus the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my old buddy Taylor finally got amazing success with it.
Thanks so much for posting this. I got into kettlebell training at my local gym, but since I just bought some kettlebells of my own I’ll be working out at my house. This video is a great help and I know these motions will help whip my ass into shape!
I’m addicted to kettlebells now but being a massage therapist I need to keep my hands soft, it’s impossible even with the best gym gloves. I developed calluses very quickly and now it’s a problem😢. If anybody has any magic solution - please share!
Gloves will only make it worse. The only thing that keeps it down is good technique, understanding that the handle should skip the palm on the clean and snatch, regrip on the drop, etc. I believe this one will help you ua-cam.com/video/2v7FjWw5exw/v-deo.html also the Assisted Dead Clean Drill by Cavemantraining (use search)
Wow sir, thank you very much for this video i just get my first pair of KB and you explain the simple movements! I have 20 years doing calisthenics, now is the moment and the KB are tool for the progression! regards form south america
thanks, the form of some of these exercises are actually not the best, I recommend checking out the updated videos on the channel. As for how many reps, there is no magic number that works, you would have to know your goal and then program for that.
Looks like my 'go to' has been the double arm swing (squat style) at 1:55 Going to try some more one arm ones with some raising up high. How about you guys?
Kettlebells is THE most manly and tough training method that exists IMO! Since starting using them regularly my fat has burned off like nobodies business, my strength has gotten insane while building lot's and lot's of lean, hardcore muscle mass. Love it!😆Just saying!😂
great video...thank you ...I am really watching the wrist movements to get better at that motion...and I just can't do the surrender...haha... gotta change the name...will be in touch soon about the certification class
Thanks, I have to admit, not all exercises are executed the best in this video. Especially the swing looks kind of dodgy, I have better videos on that, make sure you check them out. Cheers

Thanks for this! Short and too the point. Really digging the music choice and your gym setup as well. What brand of kettlebells are you using, may I ask?
Next time I train with kettlebells I’m playing this soundtrack!!! As a matter of fact I’m gonna play it when i walk into work and into the house after a hard Russian days work pass me the vodka comrade!
@caveman training - would be great to connect here on UA-cam! I just started my own Kettlebells related channel and have some videos out already. Subbed. Been a follower of your website/blog too.
The last excercise is wicked, surrender. This guy looks like he has a back room with a bloody human stretching machine and a bunch of alive people hanging on hooks and panicking.....
Because that is the best for building strength in your feet, your feet are the pillars to your overall strength and wellbeing. Shoes don't protect you from dropping them on your feet either unless you got steel-capped shoes. I would recommend doing some research into feet, and what makes them strong, support or putting them to the test. Thanks for your question BTW. Cheers
and that's what I like. No begging for likes and subscriptions. no talking at all. Great stuff.
I’d wish I’d could of done this sooner -now 58 y.o. But it’s never too late!
Thanks for the slow motion demo!
Very inspirational thank you!
Absolutely, it's never too late, just progress step by step and you can actually be better than you were when 20.
thank you for the slowdowns so that we can scrutinze the details of the motion!~
you're welcome

I'm in! Can't wait.
I feel like my swing for snatch is comfortable with my thumb facing out vs. rotating down in. Just wondering if I am wrong.
Do you mean up, or inwards? if it works for you, it's fine. I regularly change it up between down and up. All depends on what you're doing.
Thanks for this! Short and too the point. Really digging the music choice and your gym setup as well. What brand of kettlebells are you using, may I ask?
Hi, not tied to any particular brand, just always making sure they are competition bells.
I believe Turkish getup deserves a spot as well
MAQUINA ESO ERES !!
Great Vid 😀
That pistol squat looks deadly
Great!!
Good...
Next time I train with kettlebells I’m playing this soundtrack!!! As a matter of fact I’m gonna play it when i walk into work and into the house after a hard Russian days work pass me the vodka comrade!
Great video. Pistol squat...not yet!
how does a beginner choose a weight to start with
try them out with what you want to do with it. can't give a short answer to this.
Nice, but what muscles do each of these exercises work out?
💪💪
Good music selection. Where did you get it?
Epidemic sound
Yes ok güzel çalışma harika çalışma bol bol çalışmalar dilerim yes ok 👍✌️👍✌️👍✌️👍✌️😎
Beast
That is a GIANT kettlebell. I struggle just to use my 20 pounder, but how heavy is that one???
These are competition kettlebells, they're all the same size, some can be 8kg, 16, 36, 40 etc. and still be the same size.
Wow!!!!!!
No kneeling woodchops or push-up rows :(

Hi Herman. Thanks for reaching out. Hope you'll do well.
Be careful you don't drop the Kettlebell on your barefoot it might hurt. Appreciate all the exercises you're showing us
I'm assuming you're being sarcastic and read an article somewhere :-)
4:14 that one, is so hard realy realy so hard! jhejhe
*Seems Legit*
Anybody seeing the same exercise over and over?
The last excercise is wicked, surrender. This guy looks like he has a back room with a bloody human stretching machine and a bunch of alive people hanging on hooks and panicking.....
damn, really, is that what I look like? You reckon I look scary? Might be the reason business is so quiet.
😂 hope business has picked up!
😉🍷
Why are you doing those exercises barefoot?
Because that is the best for building strength in your feet, your feet are the pillars to your overall strength and wellbeing. Shoes don't protect you from dropping them on your feet either unless you got steel-capped shoes. Turkish Get Up?
Hate those evil things! Kinda like burpees - they suck but work
