      Lovely video content! Forgive me for chiming in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you considered - Chireetler Kettlebell Miracle Rule (do a google search)? It is a smashing one of a kind product for learning some amazing kettlebell challenge workouts minus the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my old buddy Taylor finally got amazing success with it.

    Kettlebells is THE most manly and tough training method that exists IMO!
    Since starting using them regularly my fat has burned off like nobodies business, my strength has gotten insane while building lot's and lot's of lean, hardcore muscle mass.
    Love it!😆Just saying!😂

    Looks like my 'go to' has been the double arm swing (squat style) at 1:55
    Going to try some more one arm ones with some raising up high.
    How about you guys?

    I’m addicted to kettlebells now but being a massage therapist I need to keep my hands soft, it’s impossible even with the best gym gloves. I developed calluses very quickly and now it’s a problem😢. If anybody has any magic solution - please share!

    • @Cavemantraining
      @Cavemantraining  Рік тому

      Gloves will only make it worse. The only thing that keeps it down is good technique, understanding that the handle should skip the palm on the clean and snatch, regrip on the drop, etc. I believe this one will help you ua-cam.com/video/2v7FjWw5exw/v-deo.html also the Assisted Dead Clean Drill by Cavemantraining (use search)

    • @Cavemantraining
      @Cavemantraining  5 років тому

      thanks, the form of some of these exercises are actually not the best, I recommend checking out the updated videos on the channel. As for how many reps, there is no magic number that works, you would have to know your goal and then program for that.

      Do you mean up, or inwards? if it works for you, it's fine. I regularly change it up between down and up. All depends on what you're doing.

  • @WaterandSpirit
    @WaterandSpirit 5 років тому +1

    Why are you doing those exercises barefoot?

    • @Cavemantraining
      @Cavemantraining  5 років тому +3

      Because that is the best for building strength in your feet, your feet are the pillars to your overall strength and wellbeing. Shoes don't protect you from dropping them on your feet either unless you got steel-capped shoes. I would recommend doing some research into feet, and what makes them strong, support or putting them to the test. Thanks for your question BTW. Cheers
