Sergeant Peppers yes! I understand now because I accidentally happened upon one video with a computer voice. I couldn’t finish the video. It was brutal.
They're the ones walking remote/hidden paths on a constant basis. How're police supposed to look for a body if they don't know they need to find one? Seriously, pricks like you who armchair criticize first responders should be drafted.
EITee842 I'm assuming you're a troll. However, if you're really upset: Nobody is criticzng first responders, merely making an observation that where searchers fail, dog walkers and mushroom hunters succeed. A fact I'm grateful for, anyway to give families closure and at least take them out of the limbo of not knowing if their child/spouse/etc. is alive or dead is a blessing.
Hey guys, about the "most likely dead" statement, remember that his full skeleton has never been found, so he could only have been dismembered. Every possibility counts, and the one that suggests "he's most likely dead" was sadly the strongest. It was not a mistake. His death was only confirmed when his SKULL was found.
Well said; this channel gets picked apart more than high-budget true crime TV shows and documentaries. Most of the videos on this channel include many cases that I haven't heard of before, and I appreciate the time that went into providing this interesting content.
well when your bones are all over trust me its not usually a good thing. A finger or a toe ok maybe even a hand that could have been an accident but actual limbs you'd have a pretty hard time trying to survive with no hospital intervention the risk is high for bleeding to death as well as infection. I can't help but think he meant to say natural death or murder.... but finding bones is usually a sign of being deceased
The background music and unique narration along with the in depth research and professional presentation makes this channel instantly recognisable and always interesting. I appreciate the fact he covers many cases that are often not well known, provides comprehensive information regarding the circumstances and background of the people involved, as well as cases from different countries. It is obvious he puts a lot of time and effort to create professional and fascinating (albeit frequently disturbing) videos.
@@micheleshively8557 100% I don't know where he found it, but it amazingly suits his videos and his soft monotone voice. Its very eerie, it puts me right in the mood!
This channel has me convinced I'm going to trip over a dead body while walking my dog and has me equally convinced that the person that calls it in is almost always a suspect. Bad news all around. Another awesome video though, thanks!
Laura Paswell ya I keep thinking like what should I do if I ever found a body. If I called the police I am no 1 suspect. If I didn't and they later found out that I was the first to know about the body then I am even more fucked up lol.
Chelsea Zubiate or with my bf I'm used to thirty seconds so after thirteen minutes I need a whole pack of cigarettes. And a prayer. Maybe antibiotics. Not sure yet. What were we talking about?
Clayton Mott yeah that sentence was pretty redundant. Made me laugh out loud. Along with the one about a minute later after they found his skull. 'Police were fairly sure he met with foul play'. Ya don't say?
I guess that, since they only found the bones from his arm, they couldn't be sure he was dead since you can survive without it. While it was much more likely he was killed and then dismembered, the kidnappers could have severed his arm as a form of torture, keeping him alive after (it's a strange, but I'm pretty sure it was done before). But "suspecting" of foul play when they found the skull was just ridiculous.
OpticObsidiaN not really. The family was probably hoping he was alive but maybe missing a limb or two. That obviously sounds extremely unlikely but it's his family.. and he could've drowned.
Well, an arm bone only would not mean a person was dead for sure so technically you really do have to assume it. Pretty good assumption though IMO...lol
(#1 Samuel Lottery) That stationary at the top of that letter... (I'm 99.9% sure) that entire page/paper was torn out of an old cook book (definitely late 70s & 80s). Every video you put out is obviously very well researched and you do an excellent job presenting the information. Thanks for hours of original material and quality content!
In regards to Cecilia's case, you left out interesting details. I am actually from the area she went missing and this was huge. Our local police actually determined he was having an affair with a different woman when Ceci when missing. Also they strongly believe that typewritten letter came from one of his coworker's. In community bulletins they let it slip that they (the cops) are really certain Al was involved with Ceci and Rene's disappearance...
Elli When he didn't call the police right away, I knew something was up. Sorry, any normal person that wasn't guilty would call the police right away if their pregnant wife and child simply dissapeared out of nowhere.
Strange. When I watched the video I thought that perhaps a woman who wanted the baby lured Cecilia somewhere to kill her, take the baby and pretend it was hers; and that maybe Cecilia brought her son to where they were supposed to meet, so the woman had to kill them both. But now, you're right. The husband is acting weird. Especially when he didn't call the police.
dlbstl Rene Sr. moved out only a few years later when search campaigns stopped. Al stopped appearing at Ceci's family's events like quinceañeras and cookouts like early 2000s ish. According to my mom who had all the details, police never took him in for a polygraph test tho and that was their biggest mistake... I think he killed them when Ceci found out he was cheating on her and I think the woman caller was the girl Al was having his affair with, but from what I understand he doesn't keep in touch with Ceci's family even when they do memorials or when they used to celebrate her birthdays
Everyone saying that Cecilia's husband must've been in on her disappearance are forgetting/missing the fact that Cecilia's ex-husband moved in with him and they prayed together and grieved together. I think it's more likely that she was kidnapped/murdered by a woman wanting a baby.
Limbs can be removed without resulting in death. That's why it's only a presumption they didn't find his skull until later. It still doesn't mean there was a murder, but he is most certainly dead.
Chris Coates I think it was worded poorly. They found the bones 16 months after he went missing and the 19 months in total. Meaning 3 months to test the bones. I'm assuming...

Okay, that third case regarding Cecelia the pregnant woman: has anyone considered that a woman lured her under false pretenses, performed a crude C-section, and stole the infant. She would have either taken the older child and pretended he was hers or more likely, she murdered him too because she only wanted the infant. Seriously, it's basic Investigation Channel stuff.

I need help I’m addicted to this channel and I’m literally on a binge watching all these videos. I find myself googling these stories and victims and reading more about it after. This is really a great channel along with your voice and this creepy song playing. Keep it up !!!
I fall asleep every night for a whole week now to the soothing stories of violence, murder and mayhem. Am I sick in the head? Nope, I just can NOT get enough of Criminally Listed!!!
UPDATE: Jay Cook and Tanya Van Cuylenborg's murderer (William Earl Talbott II) was tried and convicted in June 2019. He was sentenced to two life sentences but is currently trying to appeal.

Just wanted to tell you how much I LOVE your channel. I subscribed a couple of months ago.. and can not get enough. You are doing a great job! Thank you for keeping me entertained 👍
With the last case Im guessing he was having an affair and the other woman, INCLUDING the husband wanted her out of the way. She was murdered, dumped in the river and the card saying she'd gone bought them time to explain why they hadn't called the police. There was a very similar case in Britain, they never found the body, but they trapped him by bugging the house and having a member of the victim's family ring up and say 'they've found her body, I hope they get you this time you bastard' Worked like a charm.
She was well aware of what happened after the event but she never chose to go to the police about the murder. Sounds pretty complicit to it if you ask me, a bit like Maxine Carr. You're right she should have got at least a 2 year sentence.
Can you imagine those two distraught men trying to help each other after losing a wife/ex and each of their children? Your heart has to go out to them.
The last one I thought a woman was involved . Then to hear the entire story it’s definitely a woman . I think they need to look into ex-girlfriends or any woman that had a crush on the husband. Look into last girl he dated. Person has to know them or work with them cause they know more than a regular stranger would. There was a case I read about a year ago. This woman and guy dated for several years yet broke up. She lived in one state him in another and they had moved on with their lives. The guy recently got married and just had a baby. Well one night the phone rings and wife answers and it’s his ex girlfriend. They get into it on the phone she tells her to go away he is happy their married and have a kid and don’t call back again , well this infuriated this woman . she then comes up with a plan. So she tells everyone she is going on vacation etc etc in which she is driving to her exes house . She stalks the place watches the wife’s routine. So one morning husband leaves to work misses wife and son and leaves. Little did he know or his wife that the crazy ex snuck in the basement and attached the new wife. She had her get in her car with the baby said she would kill the baby if she did t do whT she said. So she has the wife drive to a location way out place hardly anyone goes and she makes her get out says some choice words and shoots the wife. She then leaves the baby there with her which the baby died later from the elements and no food and drink., This last story reminds me of the one I just told. The husband wasn’t cheating and wasnt even talking to that ex hadn’t in couple years when they split, so that’s why I say do a little digging police I think that case is solvable!
You are the greatest!!!! Keep it up and your channel will be huge!!! I watch mystery murders and unsolved case videos all day and your is by far the best on U Tube! Just keep doing what your doing! And Thank You for the boredom slaying!
Crazy that chills is more popular, but people dislike real truths, and Criminally Listed deals only with facts. This leads me to realize that most people would rather listen to hyperbole, rather than reality. Huge thanks to TJ Miller for the fantastic narration, and research, hahah!
The letter writer wasn't the murderer of Jay and Tanya - and sent letters for more than a year. But he was convicted of another crime and sent to prison for 400 years (legit just watches a video that clarified it).
I fell asleep last night listening to your videos. Your voice is soothing. LOL I woke up this morning still wearing my headphones but the autoplay paused at one point during the night.
Amazing video, as always! Just a suggestion on Hispanic names: all the "e"s in "René" and "Alfredo" sound like the "e" in "met" and "red", rather than "Reney" and "Alfreydo".
William Earl Talbott II killed Tanya & Jay. Not sure if youve done any updates on that. I just looked it up. Im forever looking this stuff up. So grateful youve posted these =)
Your video- "3 Decades Old Cold Cases that Were Solved in 2020 " brought me here even though I have already watched this video a long time ago. But I'm gonna enjoy rewatching it
Oh my gosh, who could ever *Hate* the *Canadians?!* Such beautiful, kind and loving peoples! (So the opposite of their Neighbors to the South!) Recall this story from Unsolved Mysteries and even if I hadn't seen it a dozen times, I'd still recall it - very eerie case.
@CriminallyListed: the case of Jay Cook and Tanya van Cuylenborg was solved last year. The culprit was a man named William Earl Talbot II! I don't know if you did an update yet.
Number one is definitely a kidnap and murder of the mother and stepson. It sounds very much like the husband was involved with another woman that was completely out of her mind with jealousy and wanted to remove that obstacle. She wanted Cecilia to look horrible though as if she was leaving the husband for another man, this why she left the note. I think the husband didn’t contact police because he didn’t want to be exposed for indeed having an affair. He pry had suspicions of this other woman doing something to his family but couldn’t be for sure.
Poor Samuel. I hope the person that wrote those letters will give more information. They already went that far by dropping two letters why not tell who did that. Also the police are shit there. They obviously didn’t look good enough.
It was weird to me that the one time in my 31 years I've been in London was July 1995, just a handful of months before the young man disappeared. I hope his killer is ID'd.
I Believe Without A Doubt That Cecelia's Husband Alfredo Was Involved In Their Disappearance First Off Why Would She Disappear Just As She Was About To Give Birth Second I Believe Why Would She Write The Letter Telling Alfredo She Ran Away With Another Man Doesn't Make Sense At All They Have Now Been Missing For 23 Years Someone Knows What Happened To Cecelia And Her Son Rene Hope There Is A Resolution In The Case Her Family Needs Justice
Yea but if it was the husband, that doesn't explain the crazy chick on the phone, whoever was calling her was clearly making a plan and she was female.
Tanya was a childhood friend of my mothers, which I didn't find out until months after watching this video. A major breakthrough has happened in the case from DNA and I would love if you did an update

I need help I’m addicted to this channel and I’m literally on a binge watching all these videos. I find myself googling these stories and victims and reading more about it after. This is really a great channel along with your voice and this creepy song playing. Keep it up !!!
~ I have been watching for 4 straight days... my eyes are blurry and bloodshot... I haven't been to work, somebody help me, please
His case for thrown out, and he is now free. What a crock!
You can definitely leave fingerprints on the inside of surgical gloves. That's why actual criminals use cotton gloves. No fingerprints anywhere.
That last one is strange how the 2 guys moved in with one another....
Doug Mayorga maybe they got rid of her and the little boy so that they could be together? That would be so horrible.
dlbstl smh i thought the same thing
this is my thoughts too
Love you're videos I'm hooked
5:30 am in Ireland, right before I'm supposed to leave for work, but nooooo, Criminally Listed has to delay me, oh hell YEAH!
Oh, may I ask where you live in Ireland? It's the country we'd love to settle in. County Down, most likely. But I'd be thankful to live any old place in Ireland.
We are McRees "Fortitudine!!!!"
Have a great day in your beautiful homeland. ☺
It's good to see another Irish person watching this fantastic channel!

Great video keep them coming.. Its 6:30am in London uk 🇬🇧🇬🇧🙌
Definitely my favourite channel. Your voice and the background music is so soothing that they send me to sleep.
Okay, I know they said the couple was inseparable, but I definitely heard insufferable. I do find many couples to be insufferable.
Praying: Doing nothing while pretending to be doing something.
(AKA: "wishing" and "hoping")
With the last case Im guessing he was having an affair and the other woman, INCLUDING the husband wanted her out of the way. She was murdered, dumped in the river and the card saying she'd gone bought them time to explain why they hadn't called the police. There was a very similar case in Britain, they never found the body, but they trapped him by bugging the house and having a member of the victim's family ring up and say 'they've found her body, I hope they get you this time you bastard' Worked like a charm.
Oh yes! That guy called Nick!
Yes! That's the one, he didn't get long enough in jail but at least everybody knows who he is and what he's done. He got a life sentence of sorts.
MalonsMilk Absolutely. I still don't get why the wife/former mistress wasn't arrested on conspiracy to murder - I don't believe she wasn't in on it.
She was well aware of what happened after the event but she never chose to go to the police about the murder. Sounds pretty complicit to it if you ask me, a bit like Maxine Carr. You're right she should have got at least a 2 year sentence.
MalonsMilk what was his name?
Can you imagine those two distraught men trying to help each other after losing a wife/ex and each of their children? Your heart has to go out to them.
Best thing to happen to me today. Love these videos.
She then leaves the baby there with her which the baby died later from the elements and no food and drink.,
This last story reminds me of the one I just told. The husband wasn’t cheating and wasnt even talking to that ex hadn’t in couple years when they split, so that’s why I say do a little digging police I think that case is solvable!
Yes, Sunday night video from criminally listed! Yes.
Hello! I love your UA-cam channel thank you so much for regularly posting. I always look forward to your weekly updates
You are the greatest!!!! Keep it up and your channel will be huge!!! I watch mystery murders and unsolved case videos all day and your is by far the best on U Tube! Just keep doing what your doing! And Thank You for the boredom slaying!
Mr. Lottery I feel it was someone close to him. A jealous friend maybe over a girl. Rip
Thank you for covering jay cook and Tanya, they were my moms close friends and They recently found the killer using DNA!
Who’s the killer
I fell asleep last night listening to your videos. Your voice is soothing. LOL I woke up this morning still wearing my headphones but the autoplay paused at one point during the night.
Amazing video, as always! Just a suggestion on Hispanic names: all the "e"s in "René" and "Alfredo" sound like the "e" in "met" and "red", rather than "Reney" and "Alfreydo".
Confused as shit right
Yay, my fave time on Sunday.....the Criminally Listed upload time!!!
William Earl Talbott II killed Tanya & Jay. Not sure if youve done any updates on that. I just looked it up. Im forever looking this stuff up. So grateful youve posted these =)
His conviction for thrown out for jury bias.
Always producing quality content. Keep up the good work!
Would love to see you do something on the East Area Rapist/Original Night Stalker.
Check out his unsolve serial killer videos!
You know what's better than a mystery? A mysterious mystery. Haha Love your vids CL. Keep em coming.
I hate serial killers and stalkers and if it is unsolved,I hate it
I can't stop binge watching!!! I love your voice. Just something about it
#2 just got solved today!!
Cant even believe what the family is feeling right now, 30 years!
Niamh J Good riddance to the scumbag who killed the teens.
the one who killed that young couple and taunted the families makes me so upset :/
Yes, just before bed! Thank you, I love your videos, you keep them short and sweet but give good details. Bless you!
Your video- "3 Decades Old Cold Cases that Were Solved in 2020
" brought me here even though I have already watched this video a long time ago. But I'm gonna enjoy rewatching it
The last one just made my mad who the fuck would do that to a pregnant woman and a child
Nicu made your mad what?
I remember the second and first story from unsolved mysteries years ago…so messed up. I've never heard of Samuel RIP
Oh my gosh, who could ever *Hate* the *Canadians?!* Such beautiful, kind and loving peoples! (So the opposite of their Neighbors to the South!)
Recall this story from Unsolved Mysteries and even if I hadn't seen it a dozen times, I'd still recall it - very eerie case.
@CriminallyListed: the case of Jay Cook and Tanya van Cuylenborg was solved last year. The culprit was a man named William Earl Talbot II! I don't know if you did an update yet.
crminally listed for life!! Yo
Nishia Boo 💯
Nishia Boo yaaaeeeee yaaaa!
Nishia Boo I strongly agree with you
Another wonderful video by one of UA-cam's finest thank you keep them coming
Number one is definitely a kidnap and murder of the mother and stepson. It sounds very much like the husband was involved with another woman that was completely out of her mind with jealousy and wanted to remove that obstacle. She wanted Cecilia to look horrible though as if she was leaving the husband for another man, this why she left the note. I think the husband didn’t contact police because he didn’t want to be exposed for indeed having an affair. He pry had suspicions of this other woman doing something to his family but couldn’t be for sure.
Good as always
Perfect timing 💯💯
These sick monsters are still out here
How can you hate Canadians???!!!!!!
Red Face lol I don't know aye
Some of us are assholes.
The Ghost of Gotham

"A Stupid Liberal"
Fuckin hell, fofl
IDK, potato chip purists, maybe? "Grrr, curses on you and everyone who eats all-dressed and ketchup chips!!"
I live in London and have never heard about this case! Hopefully your video will help reopen the case!
Poor Samuel. I hope the person that wrote those letters will give more information. They already went that far by dropping two letters why not tell who did that. Also the police are shit there. They obviously didn’t look good enough.
And I was in trouble for not brushing my hair right for school pix.
Waited to see this before bed.
I found ur channel yesterday and it's making me late for work!
Yay! just love how you are uploading twice a week now! ;) and finally I get to be the first few comments! 🤗
amazing as usual ,,,, keep up with the good stuff
greetings from Egypt
Mr. Lottery was fly as shiieet, may he rest in peace besides Lord Baelish.
It was weird to me that the one time in my 31 years I've been in London was July 1995, just a handful of months before the young man disappeared. I hope his killer is ID'd.
PyrrhosHans Agree kinda on point
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING!!
"The bones belonged to her son... meaning he was most likely dead." Ya think?! Love the channel but got a chuckle out of that.
J G I think there were just his arm bones. So they can't assume he's dead.
Well-researched and gripping content. Thank you!
