The KTM class 93-1 trains were delivered from 2015-2016 with a total of 10 units in service. Then the second batch of these trains (Labelled as class 93-2) were delivered from 2019-2020 with a total of 9 units in service. The class 93-1 and 93-2 have a total of 6 carriages.

I also liked riding on the KTM ETS train and when I went to Kuala Lumpur, I sat on economy class for this train and then business class on the way back to Penang. What I like about sitting in business class on this train are, you get free meals (depending on how far is your journey) and IFE screens. The legroom is bigger when you sit on business class than sitting on economy.
