    Leah, can do no wrong. Leah as a person is quite spectacular and her acting on the King of Queens has preserved her status as a positive role model in Hollywood. I'm glad she's free from that crazy cult. Love you Leah !!!

"We could care less" does mean the same thing as "we couldn't care less" it is a saying that doesn't make sense but it's a saying nevertheless. How can anyone believe anything the church leader says? Every single word out of his mouth fits the criteria of a narcissist who takes the spotlight off of his own actions and puts it on the person who's complaining, and not only shifts that perception but seeks to make that person look as bad as he possibly can. He doesn't just deny the allegations, he takes it further and defames the accuser. That's a big red flag and I'm surprised that people actually believe there's nothing going on.
    It's like this, one accusation does not a bad person make but many accusations by many different dependable witnesses form a pattern of misbehavior that *must* exist for that many accusations to come out.
    Narcissism is just the kind of mentality that enables the narcissist to deny all wrong doing, all bad behaviors, and deny that they even have a problem because their belief is in themselves so they don't believe they can do any wrong. But defaming others is proof of how wrong a narcissist truly is. It's a typical tactic and one that only a miserable wretch like David Miscavige would use. Deny his own wrong doings but make sure to point the finger of blame to the accuser so people start questioning their credibility. He's like the person who stirs up the bee's nest and then leaves the handler to get stung while he makes a hasty exit and saves his own ass.
    He's a despicable human being, not worthy of respect. His time will come however because his intentions aren't for the good of others, only the good of himself. The universe has a way of dealing with people like him. Karma is it? Yes.

      Most probably, but in the society of women, and the influence of family well being, and safety.
      It is too simplistic to say it is " A "mans " construction. Anyone who knows anything about real life relationship between man and woman will know that's not quite honest. or true. The genders are two houses with their own power, and influence. Overlooking the power in the female house is certainly disingenuous or at least pretty superficial.

    When the "church" issues nasty attack statements against detractors and those who have left (like what it did with Leah, for instance) it only shows just how hypocritical the "church" really is. They claim to have all these answers to life, and ways to help people become better people, and form better relationships, and communicate effectively.....then turn around and act like petulant, litigious children throwing around immature insults. You even breathe so much as a criticism against them and they fly off the handle in a hypersensitive, hyperdefensive, control freak rage. It's like, really? And people are supposed to turn over their hard earned money to them for help and answers for how to be better, more effective people? That's who people are supposed to take their cues from? There's no maturity, no wisdom on display with them. Talking the talk, but incapable of walking the walk. Their behavior is the epitome of ego-based, lower self motivations of power, control and fear. I just wish any potential newbies would be smart enough to see this and realize "Why would I seek help from people who behave like that? If they're incapable of conducting themselves in mature, wise ways and keep their own affairs in order then how in the world can they be expected to help anybody else?"

    I was in Clearwater trying to find info on the truth of Scientology and they told me to leave after following me to my hotel. I said no and told them that I would have the last laugh. The next day I got an official police report about myself and made a few hundred copies. myself and 6 other friends began to hand them out. In the top right corner of each flyer I put 'From the Desk of ' and then my name to declare that I was releasing this information and not the church. I said for 2 more days and they stopped harassing me. I went back a week later and started handing out reports of myself again, but printed on the other side were random Scientologist police records. Every time I stay there, they do not approach me. Also there are between 50 to 55 convicted child sexual predators and 20 or 23 convicted child porn producers.

    Scientology: A religion invented by a Science Fiction writer on a lark. LOL. That so many could fall for it and then expand it to what it is today with all its rituals and trappings is hilarious. I always thought Leah was too smart for that. But when you are raised with a religion in a fundamentalist way, no matter if its Muslim, Christian, Mormon or whatever, it sticks in your psyche and its difficult to part with. All religions are just as ridiculous. Some have just been around longer than others and so they SEEM more legit. All are man made inventions to control other people. Preying on peoples very real good intentions and desires to be good and feel worthy.

    Good for you Leah! You have a tremendous amount of supporters. We may just be words onto UA-cam commentary but The UA-cam community is in the millions and I believe majority support you. My ex-husband had me read L Ron Hubbard books in my teens. At first it made sense because I was looking for something and I thought maybe this could be it. After being a member for several years I decided it was not for me. I have no problem giving my money to a charity I believe in. But to commit to a contract which allowed them to take the morning was crazy to me. So I understand some of what you are going through but not all I'm not a famous celebrity I'm just somebody that was looking for a home as far as my religion was concerned. ***** Hm, do you have proof of what you say? My thinking was that if they can find her body, they will most likely have a squealer, and the kingpin fans. Once that happens, alleged records of pedophilers and murders will be exposed.

    • @MollyMargolisBillCipherIsBae
      @MollyMargolisBillCipherIsBae 8 років тому

      Christine Veazey if someone starts an investigation, the church will shut it down or it will be concluded as if nothing was wrong. Leah has a new show going on right now that interviews former members of the church and tells of their experiences. One of them was being observed by a member of the church through a camera. He filed a report, but, it was apparently "legal" even though the camera was observing his private property. The church knows the laws and finds out ways to cheat around them. They can close an investigation as well, as shown in the video.

It wasn't evident to me how persuasive and powerful they are, Maybe there are even people of their organization monitoring You Tube for posts that come up in the Comments sections of videos about them! It all comes down to money buddy. The "church" has a lot of money and lawyers and they certainly don't want people snooping about in their hierarchy especially if it looks like their leader murdered his wife (or had his wife murdered).

      Oh I hear that dude, but police investigators have an onus to establish the safety of someone who may be in distress.
      I can understand low ranking detectives not wanting to get involved, I can understand the legal pressure the church can bring to bear on a cop, I can even buy the fact that many California top cops may be scientology themselves.
      But at some point, i would think (and hope) thr FBI would send an agent to interview her to establish her present whereabouts and safety. I would expect it for Joe citizen and this high profile schmuck alike. I mean, her family is worried are they not?

      Milky Wayan That is where "REAL"money plays its part, these people who are to investigate are their friends. They probably do many favors for each other. Sounds like some movie shit but these things definitely happens in real life, the rich get bored and form groups.

    • @A-Milkdromeda-Laniakea-Hominid
      @A-Milkdromeda-Laniakea-Hominid 10 років тому +1

      Yeah BEE i believe that, all of what you said. And that's for contributing! Here's where it falls apart for me: Sci is filthy rich, but comparatively small potatoes compared to established fraternities, and compared to the U.S. government.
      You can get a lot of influence for their kind of money, agreed, but there's mountains of journalists, PI's, taxmen, and maybe even investigators. Just cos we don't know the FBI is trying to determine her whereabouts and condition, doesn't mean they aren't.
      I may be wrong, maybe they do have influence that includes federal law enforcement. But it only takes one guy looking for advancement in journalism or law enforcement, so of you buy them - you're buying top level guys.

    • @BeeHartman15
      @BeeHartman15 10 років тому

      Yeah I believe it. I lived in Arizona where there was a lot of Mormon people and the church had so many of the top rich people in their church community. They had their temples/church EVERYWHERE, There was no main street that you went to that you didn't see their very large place of worship, so you know they got money. If you belong to their church you can get a job very quickly, if you need anything they will do it for you. Now Imagine this church that has all these famous and rich people, they got some pull I would think. It could be getting investigated though, you never know about these things but I won't put it past anyone.

      It's a business, pretending to be "a Religion" because the founder ,who was a Sci-Fi writer, got some clever legal people to see to it that it was given reilgious status They "preach" about self awareness, self help, ,and self fulfilment,and they rip the guts out of any family members who so much as question them. What they do,bottom line,is get people to part with their money. It's run by crooks,con men,and head cases which is what I absolutely believe Cruise is.

    See, now this is why you americans need to stop saying "I could care less"
    If you COULD care less, then that means you care a little bit. Given that it COULD be less.
    If you COULDN'T care less, then your care level is zero, because we don't really have negative care.
    You might think I am being pedantic, but don't you think there's a chance the church's statement is playing on this as a means of telling the truth without revealing it?

    Leah Remini was introduced to Scientology in her youth, joined the Church’s religious order in her teens and was dismissed a year later for unethical conduct-including violation of sexual rules, petty theft from three Church restaurants, abusive behavior toward schoolmates and chronic truancy.
    Remini and her family continued as parishioners of the Church. She pressured her mother into letting her drop out of junior high school at 14, contrary to Remini’s attempts today to blame the Church for her lack of formal education. “I just said, ‘Screw this. If I want an education, I’m going to learn from my mother,’” she would later tell media. “I was gonna be a star.”

    Sounds like 50 Shades of Scientology. They seem to spend a lot of time intimidating its members and anyone who disagrees with them. Leah has always been a hoot to watch and she was one of my favorites on DWTS. I'm glad she's found her strength and independence along with her new found freedom. Love her on the show the Exes.
    Surprised Kristy Allen, Tom Cruise, John Travolta and many others don't follow suit.
    At some point you have to find your sense of reasoning that something is terribly wrong and make it right.

      *The Babalon Workings
      In August 1945, on leave from his less than spectacular naval career, Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard was introduced toParsons. Jack was impressed by Ron's exuberance and energy and wrote in a letter to Crowley: "I deduced that he is in direct touch with some higher intelligence. He is the most Thelemic (Crowley's branch of magic) person I have ever met and is in complete accord with our own principles". Hubbard moved in and promptly gained the affections of Parsons' main squeeze, 19-year-old Betty Northrop. He was soon initiated into the secrets of the OTO and made Parsons' magical partner*

    The Church of Scientology adopted a "hardball" campaign vs the IRS during the 1980s and early 1990s, which exerted maximum pressure vs the IRS. None of the following is disputed by Scientology officials and some of it was boasted about by David Miscavige in his October 1993 speech:
    - The IRS and its individual officers were sued for $128m.
    - 2,500 lawsuits were launched vs the IRS.
    - Private detectives were employed to find out what "crimes" IRS officials were guilty of in their private lives.

    i love the fact that an organization who supposedly is all about correct use of words has a quote here that is absolutely in correct. " we could care less" this is one of the most incorrectly used phrases. The correct statement is " we couldn't care less" . To say "we could care less" means that you really do care because there remains the possibility that you could care less about something
