- China is famous for its EPIC street food! Stinky tofu, steamed bullfrog and fried noodles are street food classics - but what about Chinese BBQ? It's a must try and probably our favourite genre of Chinese street food.
In this video we try a different kind of BBQ - baked BBQ - which involves a bunch of tin-foil and a whole lotta garlic! We'd never tried this kind of Chinese street food before, and it was located in an old news-stand - which we thought was a pretty cool idea.

You can see the prices on the menu board towards the beginning of the video. The whole meal cost about 80rmb

(6:01) When Freddy busted out with "爆汁" (e.g. exploding juice) there is no question he is thoroughly Cantonese by now. Freddy also zeroed in on the most distinctive part of this BBQ restaurant. This "wet style" BBQ is unique. Guangdong restaurants are so inventive.

How about an episode of grocery shopping and home cooked family dinning. That’s a big part of chinese culture as well. Moms would prep the food healthier for their kids to balance out all the restaurant food they consume outside during the day.
With our tiny kitchen, that would be a very frustrating video to shoot!
