How do you convince a Dim Sum sceptic that Dim Sum is amazing?
Well, in this video we try our best, taking David to an authentic and traditional Dim Sum restaurant here in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
Dim Sum is famous all around the world - and we know about dumplings (who doesn't) and those little wooden boxes - but beyond that, we don't know too much about it. In this video, we try some famous Dim Sum dishes like traditional congee, red rice sausage rolls and much more!
Maybe due to David's anti-Dim Sum stance, we've never actually sat down to enjoy a real, authentic 10-dish Dim Sum feast - including one of Dim Sum's key dishes...steamed chicken feet! - but that's exactly what we do in this video!
