Long time fan love your channel more skids is 🔥🔥🔥 Just got my 86 on the ground after the fall out as a power training suspension swap tell me what you think about the build
Dude I love your vids. I’m about to start working on a 06 wrx to get back up n running and you inspire me a lot, not just car wise but financial as well especially after you bought your house. I’ve learned a lot from watching hope you keep going with your vids 👍
I just stumbled across your channel. I've been struggling to find the motivation to work on my GTS for longer then I care to admit. After watching this, Im gonna go into the garage and finally do something about it. Sweet car man
I watched the entire video. Missed your videos. Just want to say how much I enjoy your passion and work on these old Toyotas. Excellent work on this one. I have a 1985 MR2 which I also use as my daily. These cars aren't fast, but the driving experience with these old Toyotas is special. And love the 4AGE. As for the sound deadening, it makes a huge difference, but consider using less of theCLD material and adding a barrier layer of mass loaded vinyl (MLV) asa boundary layer underneath the carpet. The MLV doesn't need to be attached and is easily removed for maintenance; isolating under the doors also helps ((above the sill line is generally a waste of time and effort).
I am salivating over your gt. I always loved them just haven't got lucky, but instead I got a Volvo 240 wagon with Toyota parts so that compensates for that. My little brother is restomoding one in Puerto Rico and he told me a lady sold one super low miles for 12 grand .The car still had the original plastic covers inside. Again your car is amazing and can't stop looking at it!!! Cheers from Chicago.
Nice build. I'm working on a 87 fx16. I got a lot of body work to do but everything works on it. Its got almost 500k miles on it and it still runs like its new.
nice job man, super clean. I had one 20 years ago and would love to get into one again, But prices are so steep now and hatchbacks are so hard to find.
I love my tacoma and feel myself becoming attached to it as you are to the 86. I have a 2020 manual offroad premium. Pretty rare to find any manuals now.
Watching in 360p looks like it to me as well. Sucks maybe some cavity wax spray if there's a pocket there, sanding and rust remover or rust reformer then do a short re-spray session.
No matter the timeframe between uploads, we will always be here for you old mate! Stickers could be a cool future potential too, if it helps support :)
Sounds epic. It has come a long way indeed! Ps: I still miss the duck tail and GT-S graphics...If it were mine I would have resprayed close to the original color but to each his own.
Love what you're doing man, saw this video on my recommended for a few days straight and checked it out, I'm saving up to buy my own 86 in a few years. And if you have any tips for maintenance and finding parts that would be really helpful.

dope build.... I'll never forgive you for killing the two-tone tho :(
Yes is a defining feature of the look of the car and the text on the side... looks so bare without it
That classic look makes me cry bro my 86 could never look like this so effortless
I mean he can still paint it over and get it done with stickers.
Wesley cheeeeeeeeeeeeeee check my vids
Two tone was ugly
So cool to click on this video then realize you live right by where it was filmed. I might get to see it in person one of these days!

nice to see another video
You've shown me a lot of flexes in the video. And I'm impressed (jealous).
Appreciate the effort done to this car. Some people will just rattle can and half-a## everything but this example turned out very nice!
Nice build. I'm working on a 87 fx16. I got a lot of body work to do but everything works on it. Its got almost 500k miles on it and it still runs like its new.
