I only have 1,700 miles on my Bronco. I purchased the Badlands with Sasquatch pkg. I absolutely love it. I find excuses to drive it. My husband and I finally took it off road. It did not disappoint!! Especially for beginners!

I don't understand why people always have to make a comment about how to use your vehicle . Buy what you want . If you need a F350 dually with a 6.7L powerstroke just to tow a 50lbs kayak, so be it. We don’t need a lot of things in life but we want it and as long as it makes us happy I say go for it.

Not a daily-driver?! Ridiculous! The whole point of buying a Bronco is that you have a daily-driver that is comfortable on-road, yet very capable off-road! That's literally *WHY* you buy one! Who the hell has $60K to spend on a vehicle that you drive *only* off-road, and have something separate to daily-drive?! Ugh...

Interesting video. Here are my comments about it: I've had my Bronco for just over a year. I just passed 8000 miles with at least 2000 of those being off road. The spare tire on my Sasquatch weighed in at 80 pounds on my scale - you might want to double-check your 100+ pound claim. I've already replaced a windshield on mine when some truck coming the other way on the highway flipped a rock up and left a one inch dent in it. At least I was able to get a genuine Ford replacement windshield that was identical to the original one. I was also surprised at how nice the Bronco feels on the highway - I wasn't expecting it to be so smooth. The 4-cylinder engine has more than enough power. And I haven't noticed heat from the top, but mine has the sound deadening headliner, plus Idaho isn't quite as hot as most places in the south. Yeah, the fender flares get chewed up by rocks off road. I finally gave in and added mudflaps to mine, which doesn't save the flares, but keeps the mud out of the door handles and most of the upper part of the doors.

Mine is a 2d, sasquatch, 2.7. It's my daily driver. It's super fun, super comfortable, handles like a sports car and still manages 18.5 mpg all day long. I don't feel the need to rally it off road. It's just good to know I can.

  • @mawage666
    @mawage666 2 роки тому +2

Bought mine for a daily driver. I couldn't care less about off roading. I just like something I can drive with the top and doors off. I have taken it to the Iron Range (Gilbert MN) and had a great time. But will mostly be keeping it on the paved roads.

I love mine as a daily driver. It's comfortable sporty and quick. It's more fun than a regular rat car and I know I can hit the side of a mountain if I want too. My lifted suburban is a pain to park. My brother's Jeep is horrific when it comes to comfort. In about 1/2 an hour your back is aching. The Bronco is perfect for a run-around vehicle. Plus the attention at the gas station with people wanting to look inside is really fun. 😃 I can't Forget to mention I purchased the soft top and I love going down the coast throwing the top back in seconds and there's nothing to store inside. Couldn't ask for more.

Guys this morning watched all 3 latest videos on your Bronco and even though I’ll probably never have one, I think Ford hit it out of the park, maybe not quite the Jeeps equal off road I’m guessing 95% the Jeeps ability, but comfort on road easily betters the Jeep and honestly that’s where your time is spent. One of the videos y’all made the comment about being 5’11”, to me that’s NBA material! I’m 5’10’ but the lord gave me munchkin legs, His Humor, I’m sure I’ve made some peoples day watching me get in the bed of my F150, belly on tailgate and waller around till I can finally stand, keep grand daughters Unicorn foldable stool in the back mow and I’m fine, just tell her Poppy really needs it to get in truck with sad face and she lets me continue to use it. Guys 3 awesome videos, kind of like being with your cousins on the back porch yamering back and forth about vehicles!!!❤️

The mpg is too ridiculous at 16 for a daily driver. How much per-month do you spend on gas?

Did Sam do a video about his audio upgrade? I got B&O unleashed in my F150 and think it is pathetically weak and added a pair of subs to it myself. Unfortunately, there is still some "magic" going on in the background that steps in and reduces the volume and bass anyways so it is like nothing changed.
Ordered a Forscan to reprogram around that, but I am not 100% sure that will even do what I am after and actually "unleash" my system

Okay I have had mine for a month now and it is my daily driver. I have the Wildtrak Sasquatch package. My issue is I have been driving trucks for the last 22 years and I am having an issue with trying to get used to the size. I love it cause it’s smaller and I can maneuver into any where, but in the same breath I am having an issue because it’s small and it’s driving me crazy. Not sure if I can’t get that out of my mind. Love it though.

I fixed the hot head issue and wind noise with the hard top, but it's a bit involved. I steamed the worthless carpet off -very easy? Save the carpet. I then applied 2-3 coats of spectrum sound deadener to the plastic after self-etching primer. Then contact cement (don't be stingy) the carpet back on the roof. Let it defuse for 2 days prior to putting back on the jeep or your brain will pickle. Whole project takes 1 weeks with top off. Sound noise eliminated and temperature barrier is impressive. Another great way to reduce heat in the cab is to use nano IR tint - especially for the 4 door bronco.

Things I dislike or I wanted
    1. No power seats on two door
    2. No memory seat option
    3. Small gas tank
    4. Low fuel economy
    5. No power rotating mirrors
    6. Loud on the highway
    7. No V8 (V6 gets same fuel economy as a V8)
But even with all that, I like my Bronco, it's black with 16" ProComp classic wheels on 37" tires with a Zone 3" lift and Corsa exhaust. I'm planning on naming it Pinacate Beetle 💪🤙

I have to laugh at the second point of the Bronco holding its value super well. It might BUT if gas hits $10/gallon, and it very well might, I expect to see a lot of Bronco's and Jeeps being sold. :-) Having said that, I really hope that gas goes back down, unfortunately with the current administration I don't see that happening.
