I would put the struts (gas springs) the other way around; the rod pointing down. That makes the internal oil maintaining lubrication of the seal, preventing the gas spring from leaking and losing pressure. Hope you like this comment. Good luck!
Im fighting cancer myself in a wildtrack. Glad Jill is doing ok! Great smile on u Jill. !!! Now the 😮bad part . 7 mods in 20 min... Ughhhhhh .! Too long winded. Great video either way!
love the video. My 2 Door Big Bend Sasquatch Cactus Gray was built over Christmas and was shipped before New Years. I already did all the paperwork and should be arriving any day now (hopefully)
My feeling all along, that the bronco should come with hood insulation, hood struts, engine cover, door sill protectors. All detail things most vehicles come with! I don’t have a center armrest in my rear seat. I got spoiled with my 4 runners and FJ cruiser that had all of this from the factory along with complimentary service. Still love my bronco.
I feel the EXACT same way. I never ride in the back of my bronco, but not having that rear armrest kinda upsets me because I know how comfortable one can be when in the back. Also. No cupholders in the back is wack too 🤦🏽♂️ Yes I can put the door mounted ones, but put a DQ blizzard in there and see how that works out 😂
One of my favorites are the DeeZee Trailsight Delete. The reason is I think the Trailsight gives you a little tunnel vision and the delete opens things up. Also I like the profile as it gives the Old School look
My favorite so far has been the ford factory race tune, it Eliminated start stop added rev matching and the power is awesome when paired with Flowmaster exhaust. Along with slider steps. And soon will be doing the intake and front winch with the bracket for the factory steel bumper cause I loved the look of it. I gotta post more in depth videos of what I've done versus just me playing
@Iwills027 I went with flow fx, and I'm glad. It's loud and proud!! Lol Not that it shows it off much but I got a short video up in the snow with it. When my boy gets home I'll try to do a start up and rev video.
Hi Shawn and Jill, in one of your earlier episodes, you said that the door unlock feature, In my 2022 Black Diamond, I went into settings and found setting to unlock the doors. The default is all doors. You can change that to open only the driver's door. I hope this helps you.
Recently ordered the gas struts for the soft top, can’t wait to install them. When I first got my Bronco the top made a good size paint chip in the back where the top comes down, it’s fixed but have you noticed the metal piece being over exposed? They installed PPF on both corners just in case but I can see it happening again. I seen how hard you were able to close yours down so just curious.
@@1Five1Garage I used that but it doesn’t stay stuck. I just don’t want to damage the dash by using something else. I’ll do some more research. Unless you have an idea?😀
Nice! Mods where did u get ur black or is that matte black ford oval for tailgate. Also can u tell me what tint percentage did you us for ur wifes Bronco, because looks darker than yours.
The matte black oval is the overlay from sticker fab. As far as the tint. 20% on the sides and 50% on the windshield for Jills. 20% on the front 30% on the back and 70% on the windshield. Ceramic tint from expel.
@@blueorchiddesignsd3566 yes, I have run 4A more than any other mode, and before you tell me that I am going to damage my Bronco or that it is going to explode in a million pieces, take note that I have almost 60k miles on the vehicle. 4A and 4H are not the same thing.
4A is 4 wheel drive all the time. 4H is a higher gear in 4 wheel drive. You can go higher speeds in 4H. Our 4Runner is 4A all the time. There is no shifting it out unless you decide to switch it to manual - and even then, if you forget to shift, the car does it for you. 4H is just a higher gear ratio in the 4 wheel drive and is designed to take on higher speeds. Most of our off roading on Bronco Off Roadeo was in 4H. 4L however, does have a speed limit on how fast you can drive in a lower gear ratio in 4 wheel drive before causing damages to the vehicle.
This video was up yesterday but had removed it due to uploading issues.

"It was easier to put it back in than take it out" - That's what she said lol
cool video guys
lol thanks.
Congrats on defeating cancer and wish her the best
Thanks. She did it while continuing to keep a smile on her face. I am proud of her.
Another great video. missed you guys when you were gone - Glad your back and praying that Jill will remain cancer free
Thanks dear! it's good to be back!
I could use that auto stop eliminator. Drives me nuts too. Great content!
It is a nice addition. Wish it was a little easier to install on the Bronco. The sports location is just under the hood release.
Yes, I was thinking of the bronco logo and bucking bronco emblem on my front fender panels while removing the big bend stickers!
Super sweet what that badge and Jill’s bronco represents
I’m glad I was able to do that for her. This channel is the other thing I promised I would do with her.

We open/close ours almost daily and I have not seen rub marks yet…
What wheels are the gold ones, you didn’t mention the brand or size?

How do you get your BOYD rail to stay attached on the edges? It was so expensive, and I really want it to stay put!
There is double sided tape on the ends. Haven’t had a problem with it. Had to remove the rail and had no issues with it messing up the dash.

@@pauladavies9809 unless you can find a silicone mat you can trim up to go under the feet. Not too thick though.

They come in a couple different colors.
How many broncos do you have 3 now. You guys must really like it, the hardtop a lot more quieter.
We currently have 3. We love them. We also have a Bronco Sport.
I didn't think I needed new seatbelt webbing until now. Damn it!

I run sport mode all the time, which means the AutoStopStupidity is disabled. Forscan can also disable the stupidity, but sport mode is just as easy.
Out of curiosity, does that mean your letting it run in 4h? Every time I switch to sport it shifts into 4

Wouldn't of have had that middle seat belt problem with a 2 door, and you would have had rear cup holders.
It was more difficult to get it out than to put it back in LOL but yeah I hear ya there! :)
How is Jill doing since you last told us things were going on?
She is doing great actually. She has a couple weeks left until the doctor says she is good with no restrictions. Thank you for asking about her.
@@1Five1Garage that's awesome to hear.

Lol yes it does. It costed me a lot. But I beat it n I’m done. 1 more year I should b deemed free if no issues
