I made these for Eid and they were a hit! Such a perfectly moreish combination of white choc and raspberry. I reduced the sugar and used regular white choc only as I did not have the time to make caramelised white choc.

Tho I had a small request for Sally if she could share a recipe for custard filled bombolinis ( custard filled donuts ) . Wonna make them so bad but none recipes work that well .. and I trust Sally for all the recipes she shares cause I have tried them all and none of them have ever disappointed me 😀
