Kurapika's "I don't fear death, I fear only that my rage will fade over time" is one of my all time favorite anime quotes. He's basically saying I hope I never get over this and go onto lead a normal life lol.
@@kinhahaha7161 I think what he meant by normal, is that he doesn't live on revenge and find other route of being hunter like archaeologists. Not bounty hunter.
If you go back to episode 39 of the anime @ 19 minutes in Basho reads the data card of the kurta eyes stating "Preserve the scarlet hue immediately after death. Preferably with the head included." This was also in the manga chapter 67 page 8. This is probably the strongest evidence for the Pairos head theory.
@Mestayoku he can only make chains. Remember how he said that that he legit smelled/tasted/slept holding a real chain just so he could perfect his nen chains? I would be pleasently surprised if he did the same just so he can conjure a normal shovel, but i strongly doubt it xd
@Mestayoku I'll believe it when i see it. Until now there has been no precedent of conjurers just making random convenient objects because they just so happen to be good at making certain specific objects for which they put in hours of rigorous training. Unless I just overlooked it then Im sorry for misinformation. I'll stand by what I said, Kurapika cant make shovels lol
@Mestayoku for sure conjurers kan make just about anything. im just saying that Pika cant make a shovel because he didnt train for it (if they showed SOMETHING about shovels during his training then we wouldnt be arguing). We've never seen somebody make something they never had trained for. In the world of hunter x hunter just about anything is possible, but again I'll believe it when i see it
@Mestayoku This meme is funny, but he conjured the shovel. It's a matter of common sense.
Kurapika has thoroughly trained to materialize the metallic properties of an all powerful & almost unbreakable chain. He can apply the same process and visualize a different form. Which is why conjuring a mere shovel is child's play. In the same manner, Hisoka uses Texture Surprise to mimic & fabricate anything with his aura.
My prediction is, Kurapika will kill half of the troupe then the other half will be killed by hisoka including Chrollo. Kurapika will still probably die after the succession war.
KEKW :pointright: LULW If he dies it would certainly be very impactful, but knowing how Togashi writes, he will probably go for the most narratively satisfying conclusion, which from my perspective at least would be for Kurapika to grow past his desire for vengeance, and live for the living instead of dying for the dead.
To be fair if we assume this development will happen by the end of Succession War, then there is a very fair chance we will actually get to that point. I don't think this arc has more than 50-60 chapters left of it, which is still a lot and will take like 5-7 years, but still not impossible
@@angrashadow2958 trust me. It would take a hell of a lot longer for 50-60 chapters to be released then 7 years. So many people are giving it up entirely because the likelihood of it actually coming to a real conclusion and pretty much dead in the water. It's a shame honestly.
@@angrashadow2958 Honestly i don't think so. The fate of Kurapika should happen at the climax between the Phantom troop and the last prince. And i dont see that climax happening outside of the Dark Continent Arc. Succession War should finish during the boat trip with one or two prince left when arriving on the DC. Just hope we will still be reading when (if when) the author continue his release ;)
*The head is most certainly a Kurta's* . Remember back in York New, it was said that it's most valuable for the Scarlett Eyes to come *in tact w/ the head* !
@@sweetoil2952 especially in the manga when the lady that helped him in the store started calling him the devil and throwing things at him when she saw his scarlet eyes
Imagine in the final scene of kurapika. Him dying without any background music or flashback. Just him sitting on the ground for 3mins. Waiting for his body to collapse. and all you can hear is his slow breathing and the wind. And what we only see is his point of view looking at sky. Deym that will definitely make me cry.
It boggles the mind how Kite is left out of all Discussions and Lists for new Protagonists, or even out of Hunterx-Hunter-Videos overall. On this channel, but also on UA-cam overall, all Analysis and Theorys seem to mysteriously end with his Death - even though he literally survived it!! Even Hisoka is consideres a possible new Protagonist, when Kite is so much better in any regard.

@@Eysc I don't know if this should be considered a spoiler from the manga so if you still want to know ... continue reading *SPOILERS AHEAD* YOU'VE BEEN WARNED Long story short for every second he spends in The Emperor Time mode( his eyes turning scarlet) shortens his life span by an hour . So let's say his fight against uvo was 5 mins(300 secs) long that means he has shortened his life span by 300 hours , so he basically just lost 12.5 half days fighting uvo And also it's super taxing for his body , he will pass out for hours if he uses it for too long which leads to (*Actual Plot SPOILER AHEAD*) Where he passes out for 9 hours with this mode on, that is 32400 hours (3.6 years) he lost for nothing!!, also he was using it for 3 hours before he passed out.
Ok but having Leorio save Kurapika, whether mentally or physically (or both!), at the last minute could really do something here. Leorio, who had to powerlessly watch his friend died in the past now has a chance to save another loved one, thus giving more purpose to his role in the current arc and his goal in life. Kurapika then can truly realize and understand that his angsty emo days are over, he has friends who love him unconditionally that he can always rely on to fall back to. Anws @togashi let my sons be happy or meet me in the parking lot (ง'̀-'́)ง
I don’t think leorios backstory was supposed to have much weight. The event was relatively light in comparison to other stuff is the series and they were super vague about it in a 45 second clip. (Not a manga reader)
He's been through so much - if he dies, I just want it to be peaceful. All the eyes returned, all his enemies vanquished, and a nice end-of-days party with all the friends that can attend.
We still can't be sure if he dies, Remember he has a ability that is better than chrollo, that is to steal and is much more effective, called steal chain So what if he steals a ability that increases life by stealing life force
Even if Kurapika dies, there's still the residual nen he holds even after death. Residual nen fueled with rage is far stronger than any kind of nen in the series, so much so that it even revived Hisoka after his battle with Chrollo. If Kurapika dies before getting all the eyes, we'll be sure to see him again in an angrier, and more ghoulish version of himself.
Kurapika might die in peace. I don't want to see HxH became Naruto where eventually, everyone can be revived "prematurely" with their memories and some abilities intact that it doesn't make sense anymore lol. Why bother die if you can came back right? That's why Hisoka getting revive is a poor writing for me...Kill a character permanently or dont kill him at all.
@Edgar Panganiban He's not going to die in peace unless he gets all of those eyes. The last holder is a specialist who can make nen beasts -- while also being insanely powerful. It's going to be a hard fight, even with emperor time cutting his life by decades at this point. The author has already made it clear that Kurapika's own fate is not going to be a kind one.
@@untrustingstatue I mean thats the way I see his end, and rightly so. I think he gonna settle everything he needs to setttle regarding the phantom troup, he might die, but I think he will die in peace cause he succeeded.
He will never die in peace. Even when he has collected some of the eyes, he simply stares in a blank, dwindling rage. There’s no relief in him, and once he has all the eyes, he’s committed so much suffering that the end result is just him self-destructing after he’s got all of it. It’s a cycle of violence that has consumed him. Even when he has all of the eyes, he’ll never feel at peace after everything he’s gone through and made people do.
@Andrea Murrone No. He literally died in the fight with Chrollo. Just before the large explosion, he commanded his nen to return him to life and revive his lungs and heart. Residual men after death is far stronger, and so it brought him back with the help of Machi, whom he promptly killed soon after.
His passing will make me emotional asf if it happened. Im already so invested in HXH, and if Togashi has taught me anything. It's that you can never really predict every outcome.
When asked by Uvogin "where would you like to die?" Kurapika responded with "I'd prefer a deserted wasteland with no one nearby." Foreshadowing perhaps?
But he said “I’d prefer a deserted wasteland with no one nearby so we won’t bother anyone with your screams”, right? So it was directed towards Uvo as a badass line....right? I love kurapika I’m gonna be sad af if/when he dies (if we ever get there)
@@baileyrust4305 oh yeah it was definitely a badass line from Kurapikas perspective. I just meant that it could of been a form of ironic foreshadowing. Wouldn't be the first time Togashi has done that.
Togashi’s humor: What will happen to Kurapika and spiders? “They will all die” Jesus!! How about Gon, Killua and Leorio ? “They’ll all die” What th...did u just say... “Sir sir sir they are all human...therefore they’ll all die just like you, no big deal, now who wants my signature?
I feel like the only fitting end for Kurapika is a tragic one, which hurts my soul cause hes such a sweet boy. I hope we and Togashi live long enough to see how his whole arc comes to an end.
@@alyaasherbeny2220 he definitely deserves one, but idk about that, he chose to live a life of revenge, his only reason to live is finding the eyes, doesnt seem to care about dying and his own nen ability is slowly killing him. Future remains bleak for my sweet boy.
Commenters don't understand that Hisoka's Bungee Gum nen can posses the qualities of both rubber AND gum. Its simply too big brain of an ability for most common readers, but the true fans know.
I feel like he’s not going to die and that is because of Wobble. There’s a reason why Togashj made him in charge of a baby, it might be one thing that will humanize him. It will be between finishing off the Phamton Troupe and dying or saving Wobble life.
I was going to type exactly this. That baby is both going to change his character and have a beast that keeps him alive, revives him, or is a big game changer is some other form. Not to mention I can't see Leorio not having a part in saving Kurapika too with his newfound medical knowledge and experience from Cheadle.
Everything you've said here makes perfect sense, but... something just seems off to me. Firstly, Emperor Time is *such* an obvious death-flag ability that it seems *too* obvious, if that makes sense. When I first read the conditions on Emperor Time, I thought, "Right, that's it, Kurapika's dead, everyone go home." If he's guaranteed to die, if that's a foregone conclusion, then... why invest in his story? Sure, there's the desire to see him achieve his goals, I guess, but Kurapika as a character was never *just* his goals, he was a likable person, so if he's been given an ability that 100% guarantees his death... I feel like that lowers incentive to invest in the remainder of his story. Which is why I think there must be more to the ability than that - it just can't be that clear-cut, you know? But, more than that, there's Gon. During the Chimera Ant arc, Gon experienced a rapid-fire version of Kurapika's entire character arc - he was blinded by revenge, leading him to give up all of his Nen and life force, and cross a lot of lines in terms of his morality. It cost him everything - his Nen, his life - and yet he was able to be saved with barely any consequences, since Nanika can heal people without exacting a price. So, with all that as a precedent... it wouldn't make sense for Kurapika, whose *entire arc* revolves around this sort of storyline, not to receive the same treatment. I mean, say what you want about Togashi, but the man is actually quite kind to his central characters: Gon goes batshit and straight up dies, and by the end of the anime he's fully healed and back to his smiley self. His Nen is gone, but he's off to find a solution to that and have more adventures regardless. Killua, Alluka, and Nanika's issues are resolved very simply, with Alluka and Killua accepting Nanika, and all of them discovering that Nanika can heal people without a price. And Leorio's had a pretty chill time overall. If 3/4 of the central characters (the heart of the story, as it were), are allowed to have hopeful stories with minimal consequences, it just wouldn't make sense for Kurapika to be the exception, especially after 90% of his arc has been Suffering (TM) already. Hunter x Hunter is not a typical shounen manga but it’s not all doom and gloom either - there are a lot of heavy themes in the show, but there’s a whole lot of hope running through the story as well. Look at Killua’s growth, look at the Chimera Ants they befriend, look at Pitou and Meruem’s humanity - there’s so much hope in this story alongside all the darkness. Why would Togashi dump that message for one of the central characters? I saw someone in the comments mention that panel where Kurapika holds Woble and just looks down at this little baby with this very emotional expression, almost of wonder, I thought - and maybe that indicates a moment, one little moment at a crucial time that reminds him that there are other things to live for - other things to save those hours of his lifespan for. Wouldn't that be more in line with the themes, storylines, and character arcs Togashi has given to his other main characters already? This comment got way too long lol its 1am and I'm Emotional bc Kurapika is my favorite HxH character, but, yeah, those are my thoughts on his potential death. That is if Togashi ever releases us from Hiatus x Hiatus.
i gotta say i do agree with you. kurapika is def my favorite character in hxh. and i’m ltr gonna kms if he dies... i just can’t bare it. i rather die first then see his death in the anime THATS HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS MAN. but you never know what could happen. there is a high chance he might die, and a chance he might not. all i want is for kurapika to find his happiness. whether it’s with the baby, leorio, the queen, IDK! i just want him to be happy is that too much to ask for 😔💔
I agree with aspects with this comment, yet I am left confused. Fans of this series clearly want Kurapika and other characters to survive, though they also want them to die. I've read through some of the other comments here, and what stood out to me is that it would be cliché for Kurapika to die. However in that sense, the fans praise the series for not having any plot armor, letting characters die out in a whim. Fans also praise HxH for not following the rules of it's peers, and it's apparent darkness. Now correct me on this, cause I am just a passing viewer of this series and possibly others. Killing off Kurapika wouldn't be in a sense cliché, in fact it would be breaking that norm. There are many series where the main cast or core characters all survive the series. Some character might have to be revived or brought back in some way, but the point still stands. It's rare for a main character to die in most series. Killing of Kurapika would fit with HxH world where anyone can die. It can also serve as a sign that character will die, no matter how important they are. Although that's just my take. I apologize if my wording was off-putting to you.
i’m really sad:(. kurapika deserves a better life. he lost his clan just for the scarlet eyes. he was lonely. found friends in the hunter exam but then they went they’re own paths. finally got his kurta eyes. and then gets death later on? hopefully togashi changes his mind.
It seems very likely that the Kurta are from the Dark Continent, from what I've read up. The Pariston theory would mean that the character probably still has more narrative significance to fulfill but that part's less likely. Really hoping that Pariston theory is true as I have high hopes for that guy. Such an interesting concept for a villain. It feels like only he would fuck with the kid that hard so as to preserve only Pairro's head of all those available. If you're not familiar with what I'm talking about, look into the Pariston Kurta theory. There's a decent reason to believe he was involved in the massacre. It's all speculation obviously but that seems to be the point of this video haha
Christian Djoos very interesting theory amd badass direction for the story. it would make pariston a mote interesting villain and kurapika the perfect doomed hero
I don't know, Kurapika dying feels too clichê for Togashi. Plus, let's keep in mind Kurapika's reaction upon holding Wobble. The dude is fighting to defend what could very well be his next reason for living -- having kids, a family, building up the Kurta clan again. He may even decide to do it in the new continent. I could enjoy an ending where Kurapika is rendered unable to use nen, but gets to live to old age -- or even just live a few years -- in peace and with a family. Would that be so bad? He pays a hefty price but at least gets a few years to be happy and have a soul again.
Totally let the dang child have happiness again! Why does he have to die for revenge? Maybe he'll have to choose between his revenge goals and like saving Wobble and he'll choose life and let the past go finally.
Anime Is Life It could sort of be sliced either way, a lot of series kill off the avenger, but relatively few kill off the MC, so what happens when the MC is the avenger?
Anime Is Life wtf it’s not rare Jiraya from naruto Ace from one piece kill la kill killed of a lot of people there’s a shit ton of other animes that kill Main characters

1 sec Emperor's time = 1 hour 1 minute ET = 2 and 1/2 days (3 mins is a week) 1 hour ET = 5 months 24 hours ET = 10 years He's gonna die whether Togashi likes it or not.
Would not surprise me if he get his hand on the nutritional rise... Or some and can expend his life, so it is not any treath, that he lost so much time. Could be a nice arc and reason for hisoka, gon killua and Co to Band together and went for the continent. I mentioned hisoka, because I think he likes kurapika and will need his support for the great battle with the spider. Sorry for the long comment, never did that haha.
@@sajanah1253 then you should awake a nen ability that revive you and let you stay alive at the authors side, until he finish the manga/anime... You will curse him probably for centuries 😅
@T Lane oh didn't know the rice will make somebody immortal, I had in mind, that it only lenght the life spawn of somebody. Isaac netero for an example went twice to the DC and I think he ate some of that rice. Otherwise kurapika will face an early death, by using it so much.
@@patrickguevarra if there is one character that doesn't deserve to die it's leorio. That would be the most unlucky and unfortunate thing to happen to a character
I think it would be poetic for Kurapika to die but then for Leorio to revive him. The two have been sort of "paired" together since the beginning and it would allow Leorio's objective of being a doctor and having the power to save a friend come to fruition.
He's no warrior, he fights like total bitch against uvogin. Of course anyone could beat a de-powered nen user with a single nen punch. Thanks to his super special power granted by his tribe bloodlines that grants him full affinity to all nen types. The victory was handed to him in a silver platter. Why root for someone u know going to win anyways? And i'm not saying he has that plot armor which are also inherently ingrained in gon, killua and leorio. Its the problem with his stupidly overpowered abilies on paper even with the downside he had to pay for using them.
Really happy to see this video here for me to watch this morning, but it’s also a heartbreaking reminder that we’re probably 20 years from seeing this arc in the anime at the rate the manga is being produced, which is like 5 chapters per hiatus ;o(
I had a random thought about this video. All the major players involved in Kurapika story in one place with one of his friends onboard as well. Leorio training to become a doctor right now and when all hell breaks loose on that ship, I bet he will worry about Kurapika and try and help by any means. If Kurapika going to die by the end of the succession arc, Leorio might put his training to the test and try and save him. But that my thoughts on it.
remember that rumor that when an anime character that doesnt get that much screen time starts getting more meaning they might die? i really hope that aint the case here :(
I always thought kurapika journey is all about how meaningless and destructive seeking revenge is My prediction is that he will be put in a situation where he have to choose between revenge and the baby's life and that's where he will choose the right answer
Yeah this would be lame. Sorry but if you’re in Kurapikas shoes one little baby isn’t going to change what you explicitly dedicated your entire life and nen towards.
It’s times like this where it makes me think... Can Killua wish to ‘Something’ to undo/erase Kurapika’s Emperor Time? I mean, i’m sure he can. They’ve already saved Gon’s life, and Togashi can turn Kurapika’s fate around, also shocking all of the fans with the turn of events. I feel like if Togashi wanted Kurapika to live, he can get Alluka to save him. But, I feel like Togashi will actually kill off Kurapika probably for the other characters development as well and a fate that has already been written since the start of the Phantom Rogue arc.
Y’know, i feel like Togashi might do another “took you by surprise with the most obvious turn” and introduce a beast or fruit in the dark continent that saves kurapika- heck, it could be the next arc, Gon travels to the dark continent to help kurapika who is extreamly weak and barely kept alive by the prince(or princes) who survived/“won”, maybe Leorio will jump in and make it a “Gon and Leorio” arc, or a Gon arc and Leorio is still a background character trying his best to keep kirapika alive (Not sure if Killua and “It” would be involved). Honestly, it would be kinda sick if it plays out something like this, thank goodness knowing/predicting future events in hxh doesn’t prepare you for them at all, Togashi’s genius Shonen writing is just impossible to emulate simply with words, come on 2020🤞, i’ll be happy with ten chapters, ten chapters yearly of hxh is at least some form of consistency.
Imagine creating a death condition atop a death condition and surviving the first to fulfill the second. Power. Then death. Then more power; and finally, real death.
I feel his death will be involved with his nen contract, I feel he may accidentally use the wrong ability on the wrong person and suffer an ironic death
I think kurapika is going to be so enraged from seeing the head of his childhood friend, that the same thing is going to happen to him that happened to gon when he faced pitou, but this time kurapika is going to die in the process. At least thats my theory. Ps: the one kurapika is gonna kill in my opinion is going to be the fourth prince himself.
I thought about that in a scenario where Kurapika is forced to use chain jail on terror sandwich but doesn't die. Later discovering that he hired the spiders to kill the Kurata and thus qualifies for chain jail.
Kurapika’s been through so much! Even after killing 2 of the Troupe members, he’s still fighting to avenge his clan, at the expensive of his life every time he fights. Then for him to just die in the end after all he’s endured - c’mon, Togashi !! Kurapika deserves better than that..
kurapika deserved a better ending than what he received. all of the other mcs were able to fulfill their wishes while kurapika was the only one who had seemed stuck within his regrets and sorrow- not wanting to contact the others and still stumped on not killing the troupe. i really hope that this anime is able to be continued and that kurapika gets the proper ending he deserves; one where he is at least content :/
I think he had a proper ending just because it isnt a happy one it doesnt mean its not good. Kurapica was the only one that didnt move on from his past so i think that this was a proper ending for him
Candy queen Candy Queen true but i feel like with leorio, he was at least getting on the stepping stones to his dream, and the ending made it seem like he was going to be able to accomplish it
I don't think Kurapika will die before he meets Gon again. Whenever he was with Gon in the past, Kurapika was more at ease, more calm and generally more merciful. If he meets Gon, it would let him truly be human one more time before he dies.
If we do reach this point, I doubt kurabika would die without whipping out the Troup and getting his clans eyes. Even if he dies before that I really believe that his rage will revive him just like what happened to hisoka. But yes kurabika will 10000% die after he reaches his goal, due to emperor time, just imagine how cool and insanely heart breaking it would be for him to beat all his enemies, untrust the eyes to leorio and just pass away from imperor time. Orrr he can just yk get those eyes and survive and let the rest kill each other, kurabika is my favorite character I just hope he gets a happy ending.
It’s pretty much guaranteed that the succession arc will also be the end of kurapika and the trope’s arc, but I think togashi is setting up a warm relationship between 14 prince, the mother and kurapika so his ending will probably be warm and beautiful much like Ant king meruem. At the very least he’s probably not go away consumed in hatred and despair.
@@elaralune i'm assuming gon cant learn nen anymore, or if he can then he will have much less potential than he originally had since he wasted it to kill pitou. not sure what gon can do but we'll see i guess

If kurapika dies, we riot. I'm not saying it's going to have to be nitro rice, but there could be some hope for him to stay alive. I hope. But, at this pace I will die before I find out. Also, I wish leoreo or someone figured out and stopped him. He doesn't have to fight alone? Why does he fight alone when he could fight with his friends?
I like how you say togashi does like to change his mind when togashi mind isn’t even on this series anymore and honestly this hiatus marks the longest one we have had the series is over.
I think the series should’ve ended at maybe the election arc or just end at the end of the chimera ant arc and he could’ve later on released more way down the road but just have it effectively end there till he can do more. I’d rather have it end at the end of the arc than it never finish its last arc.
OOH THIS COULD BE HOW GON COMES BACK IN! HE comes back and stops kurapika after kurapika descended into extreme madness! Both showing how much Gon has grown, as well as allowing him to still be the MORAL figure of the group. And not forcing kurapika to die, although he probably still should.
I think Kurapika will defeat the Phantom Troupe with Hisoka and have his eyes taken by Tserriednich or he'll have to decide between getting the last eyes and revenge. I definitely see Tserriednich taking Kurapika' eyes to be long-term villain. It'd be a fitting end for Kurapika to finally achieve his goal, only to be killed after being told his own eyes will be the crown-jewel of Kurta eyes, being the last remaining.
It saddened me to think of a dying Kurapika (he's my fav character tho) but if he will drag the whole Troupe with him on his grave, then it's fine. My boy suffered so much already, if he will live only to be haunted by his dead comrades memories, then he better join them in the underworld 💔😭
Idea Kurapika witnesses the Phantom Troupe collectively die on board during the war arc, and once he either kills Chrollo himself or sees Chrollo die, he chooses to use Chain Jail on Tserridnech, breaking his vow and killing him, but Post-mortem nen is activated, and Tserridnech is crushed to death within the chain jail, being forced to see his future play out in Zetsu but not being able to save himself. Cue Kurapika ending his life

If kurapika does die I want to see him take chrolo or the phantom troop as a whole with him.
My prediction is, Kurapika will kill half of the troupe then the other half will be killed by hisoka including Chrollo. Kurapika will still probably die after the succession war.

@@josukehigashikata174 usage of emperor time
KEKW :pointright: LULW
If he dies it would certainly be very impactful, but knowing how Togashi writes, he will probably go for the most narratively satisfying conclusion, which from my perspective at least would be for Kurapika to grow past his desire for vengeance, and live for the living instead of dying for the dead.
Hisoka could use kurapika just to murder them after he know that he is there. Maybe he is already as a bodyguard on board.
Bold of you to assume hxh is going to reach this point
sadly true -_-
To be fair if we assume this development will happen by the end of Succession War, then there is a very fair chance we will actually get to that point.

I mean, say what you want about Togashi, but the man is actually quite kind to his central characters:
Gon goes batshit and straight up dies, and by the end of the anime he's fully healed and back to his smiley self.
That is if Togashi ever releases us from Hiatus x Hiatus.
i gotta say i do agree with you. kurapika is def my favorite character in hxh. and i’m ltr gonna kms if he dies... i just can’t bare it. i rather die first then see his death in the anime THATS HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS MAN. but you never know what could happen. there is a high chance he might die, and a chance he might not. all i want is for kurapika to find his happiness. whether it’s with the baby, leorio, the queen, IDK! i just want him to be happy is that too much to ask for 😔💔
This is a wonderful comment 😊
I agree!
@@coinbutterfly8373 i feel that way. I don't want him to die, but him not dying would be a cliché so I don't know what would be satisfying

Kurapika’s been through so much! Even after killing 2 of the Troupe members, he’s still fighting to avenge his clan, at the expensive of his life every time he fights.
Then for him to just die in the end after all he’s endured - c’mon, Togashi !! Kurapika deserves better than that..
Dont send togashi death threats after he didnt comply to ur demand, pls be better.
Wait 2? Who was the second member he killed
kurapika deserved a better ending than what he received. all of the other mcs were able to fulfill their wishes while kurapika was the only one who had seemed stuck within his regrets and sorrow- not wanting to contact the others and still stumped on not killing the troupe. i really hope that this anime is able to be continued and that kurapika gets the proper ending he deserves; one where he is at least content :/
I think he had a proper ending just because it isnt a happy one it doesnt mean its not good. Kurapica was the only one that didnt move on from his past so i think that this was a proper ending for him
What about leorio he still hasn't gotten his dream.
If hxh really kills off my favorite character I'm afraid I'll stop watching :(
same....ngl
fr
Please do it, we dont need ur kind in hxh fandom
If we do reach this point, I doubt kurabika would die without whipping out the Troup and getting his clans eyes. Even if he dies before that I really believe that his rage will revive him just like what happened to hisoka. But yes kurabika will 10000% die after he reaches his goal, due to emperor time, just imagine how cool and insanely heart breaking it would be for him to beat all his enemies, untrust the eyes to leorio and just pass away from imperor time. Orrr he can just yk get those eyes and survive and let the rest kill each other, kurabika is my favorite character I just hope he gets a happy ending.
Hectic but let's not forget Hisokas nen has the properties of both rubber and gum
impressive, thx for the reminder :D
buNgEe gUM
Don’t let this distract you from the fact that bungee gum has the properties of both rubber and gum
Whos stronger Kurapika or Hisoka
jared bowen Hisoka because bungee gum✨
Macaron emperor time says hi
It's obvious that Kurapika will die - of happiness when Leorio sweeps him off his feet and lives a bizarre life with his two angry kids
Imagine having to organize all the hxh narratives and plots as you're writing them. Togashis a legend
Gets the eyes, dies, is buried with the eyes of his people
Well Kurapika is heading to the place where that life extending rice is so...
I legit screamed "NO!" when you quoted Togashi's comment regarding Kurapika's fate
I really don’t want my favorite character to die
I hope his story does not end before his friends can see him again
Everyone: Kurapika will die
Nanika: Kay (am i a joke to you?)
At one point Killua will fail to protect Alluka/Nanika and that will cause her death. Killua will then return home as an assassin... maybe.
JoeStarYabuki u forgot bout gon
@@elaralune i'm assuming gon cant learn nen anymore, or if he can then he will have much less potential than he originally had since he wasted it to kill pitou. not sure what gon can do but we'll see i guess
JoeStarYabuki when ever gon is talking to Ging in the manga Ging states that gon can use nen again he just needs to learn it again but he just can’t see it
JoeStarYabuki but I’m not sure about it we just need to wait for it to be confirmed
I once heard someone pronounce his name as Kur-ra-pa-pika. And now I call him that every once in a while as a meme
Just realized he may run into killua's little brother. Aww man this is going to be good.
He probably wouldn't harm Kalluto since he is not yet part of the Troupe when Kurta clan incident happened.
The more I listen to this guy the more it makes me sure that Kurapika really will die. God I can't with hxh sometimes I wonder why I got into this fandom, its a masterpiece but at the cost of mental pain, agony, and suffering
Man I'm 43 just now Dec 10, I hope this anime / manga finish before I die 😂
Kurapika needs to kill Chrollo and Leorio needs to save Kurapika!!! I will not accept anything else.
Chrollo should humiliate kurapika after what he did to him
lol. You saw what Gon did for Kite, right? He met him like a day ago. Him and Kurapika have been friends for like 2 years.
He’s blowing up the planet
Gon doesn't have nen now and he wouldn't know, he's studying in his home, lol
@@Adhial89 he can re learn nen
@@kellthegamer2949 He wouldn't know, he's studying in his house, what did you not get?
If kurapika dies, we riot. I'm not saying it's going to have to be nitro rice, but there could be some hope for him to stay alive. I hope. But, at this pace I will die before I find out. Also, I wish leoreo or someone figured out and stopped him. He doesn't have to fight alone? Why does he fight alone when he could fight with his friends?
I bet he dies before he even reach the shores. Then Togashi can focus on more important character like leorio and hisoka.
@@NotSoSerious69420 this. Gon meeting his father was such a beautiful conclusion to this long series.
He said The Nen World Review lmao
i have been waiting on that for a while lol
Omg I missed that ! Haha
I dont get it
@@karlhans6678 His channel is called New World Review but since he has been doing a lot of Hunter X Hunter videos recently he said Nen World Review

"I do not fear death. I only fear that my rage will fade over time."
POST-MORTEM NEN???
I'm not even on the succession war arc yet, but i am 100% going to be traumatized by it.
MY HEART HURTS ALL I SEE IS PAIN HELP ME
Hisoka's Bungee Gum possesses the qualities of both rubber and gum. Did you know that ?
Wow I didn't know that! Amazing!!😮
If Kurapika dies- there goes my comfort character
Kurapika when he is about to die : you'll be hearing from my lawyers soon:)
If Kurapika dies,he'll be taking a part of me with him...
My boy suffered so much already, if he will live only to be haunted by his dead comrades memories, then he better join them in the underworld 💔😭
maybe he was addressing the phantom troupe when he said "they will all die", maybe.
Idea
Kurapika witnesses the Phantom Troupe collectively die on board during the war arc, and once he either kills Chrollo himself or sees Chrollo die, he chooses to use Chain Jail on Tserridnech, breaking his vow and killing him, but Post-mortem nen is activated, and Tserridnech is crushed to death within the chain jail, being forced to see his future play out in Zetsu but not being able to save himself.
Cue Kurapika ending his life
