true but 35 is still a bit expensive for some ear plugs like the earplugs are not a new thing anymore and sooo many people make them, they shld be cheaper
Can you hear yourself breathing and swallowing with them in? Like hearing inside your head idk how to describe it. I find it happens with normal ear plugs or earphones
it's really a mixed experience, generally I don't, but there are certain times where my anxiety is super high, like if I'm shopping at Costco, where it's a bit more noticeable, but generally my experience is pretty good and I don't notice any sort of ominous noises
Before I buy some, what do they actually do though? How do they block out sound but still let me hear clearly? Some people already need to repeat themselves 3 times for me to understand what they said, I want these for background noise but don't want to not hear anything
I have a pair of the Quiet 2 and it does dampen sounds from your surroundings, rather than block out all sound. On the box it says it'll reduce sound by 14dB. I can still hear what people are saying if they're right next to me just fine, if you're thinking of getting them I recommend reading the product description of how noise cancelling it is
I'm just throwing this out there bc I actually have a couple issues (noise sensitivity triggers anxiety *and* I have an auditory processing disorder which causes me to mishear what is said). At the risk of making myself look stupid lol, I will share an example. I was traveling with my sister and her 2 adult children who were sitting in the back seat. There was road noise when my nephew said "He's really obnoxious." From the front seat, what I heard was "Meaty nachos". So, of course I said "Did you just say "meaty nachos?? 🤔". Everyone in the car LOST IT. 😂 This is just one example, but it probably happens a dozen times Every. Damn. Day. It's a running joke in my family. At this point, I've learned to just ask them to repeat what they said rather than saying "Did you just say purple pigeons?? 🤔" 😂 It has kept my family entertained for decades. So, it's not that I have hearing loss, necessarily, but a processing disorder. I mentioned it bc you said people have to repeat themselves in order for you to understand. I wasn't sure if you meant "hear" or "understand" since they can be quite different. Sorry so long. Hopefully the info helps a little. 🤞🏻
I bought them for the Era's Tour, and they effectively acted like a volume dampener. I still heard the concert PERFECTLY, but my ears didn't hurt or crackle or ring afterwards. I wear them when shopping sometime, and I can still hear my surroundings perfectly, but it just brings it down like 10-15 db
I sit next to a co worker at a communication center, on ear I have to wear a headset on the other, I hear this ladies voice and she has the must grating voice I've ever heard, it's a nightmare, I'm so close to quitting bc of it, maybe this can help
$35 is steep?! There are companies that sell ear buds for more than what the earphones are worth....
But they are much more comfortable than the little orange foam ones or the ones that don’t look good. 🤷🏻♀️ I guess it’s personal preference

In india my monthly salary is $300 so yes $35 is a lot 😭

@@Brook5839rithey were agreeing with you. Idk how to make that sentence not sound rude but I’m trying to be rude
"More *_tailored_* to live events and concerts."
I hope that was intentional because that was a great pun with beautiful timing 😂😂
It was totally intentional 😅 (I didn't even realize it was until now hahaha)

Experience 2 or experience 2 plus?? Which one should i buy for music concerts?? I have tinnitus too...please help...
Just buy the plus. There has to be something plus about the protection 😊
If you have the money, get the Plus. But you won't really miss a LOT with the regular ones, they're basically the same.
I have the experience 2 loop ear buds
Just ordered the experience plus, I hate my airpods pro 2 noise cancellation mode, triggers headache for me.
For 35 bucks I’d rather buy custom molded

Absolutely it can!! They're genuinely worth it
Just buy a pair of earbuds?
Earbuds are not the same as earplugs. They serve 2 wildly different purposes.
Yuck Taylor Swift concert, don't know if I want to trust this review now
Not sure how a Taylor Swift concert changes the content of the review?
