Yes it hurts. I've had both knees shaded in and it feels like your skin is getting scraped off with a cheese grater.

I did both my knees(been trying to learn, my legs are almost done). The knee didn't really hurt, but right around the knee was weird. Not really painful, but jumpy/spasm spots is the only way I can explain it(like hitting your elbow). The shin, now that is painful!!!. Thanks for all the content, hope all is well, take it easy.

I have one of my knees done and it’s almost completely black. I experienced the same thing. The knee itself wasn’t bad at all but around it my knee would sort of spas or shake. But it wasn’t very painful

Good to hear, I just got my shin done and gonna work up to getting the knee done. I have one elbow done and that was just the weird jumpy feeling. I'm hoping the knee feels the same.

I had both of my shins done and hardly felt any pain. I wonder how these knee caps will feel because I want both of mine done

It's weird, my shin is nearly completely covered. It felt like a vacation compared to the back of my calf. I get my knee covered in a little over a week

I had my knee blasted two sessions ago and it was by far the worst one for me out of the entire leg sleeve. Sides of the foot towards the sole got a little spicy too but the knee I made it through the line work and part of the black work and we hit it with the lidocaine to finish. The ditch and the sides aren’t bad but the center of the knee cap to mid way out in each direction was a killer for me.

That’s so crazy to me. When i got my knee done i got it almost completely blacked out and i didn’t think it was bad at all. The most painful part of the leg for me was the under thigh. I haven’t had anything done on my foot though

Yes the knee... but can we talk about the knee ditch for a second? It is not pleasant.
Also the pro tip my artist did to apply the stencil was to crumple it up (dry) then it molded perfectly to the shape if my knee.
