It's certainly an interesting bit of kit. Chris set his camera to time lapse this time round because he's useless so hopefully in future videos he'll be able to give a bit more of an opinion!
Hi guy's enjoyed watching you looning about, would it be possible for chris to message me id like to find out alot more about his xcape marine from someone who owns and uses one. Great videos hope to speak soon
Suggest a drysuit. If it does flip, they're easy to flip back, just make sure everything is tied down. You'll be right. Always go with two motors, even if that's just another boat.
Sam has an old 2 stroke johnson 15hp on the excel, Chris was using a 9.9 yamaha 2 stroke here, but he's recently upgraded to a spanking new tohatsu 6hp.
Go on champs
came here from OYZ. Love what you're going for mate. Subbed.
Those OYZ lads are another level! Good to have you 👍
Same here!
Good video, very enjoyable! I am tempted by a kayak-boat, good to see how it performs, thanks 👍

The camera never does justice to the size of waves 👍
Absolutely not. It was 6ft surf report that day. Not quite that big in the channel but still pretty dicey!
I just got a 9ft zodiac zoom i have a johnson 8 hp 2 stroke , should plane ok ??
Chris and dave both have 6hp engines now, they get on the plane no issue solo
I got a 10 ft dingy amd scare to even go past the break wall scared it might pop or flip over tho 😂😂😂 I heard hothead made strong tho
It's always surprising how capable they are. Im sure at some point it will go wrong, but we'll keep pushing our luck until then!

What engines are you both running?

@@DevonFloaters they all seem to zip along well enough!
First rule I learnt motor gives way to sail!
