I was going to leave out the Lyra solo and the off timing on the Pulsar improv. But often the first take is the most pure.

Hey Jon, great track live and full of life. Totally agree with you on the first track being the most pure. I generally go with a one take approach come hell or high water. You get the moment ant the essence of what it is about. You caught the groove nicely and what an ending awesome.

I wouldn't sweat the timing on the Pulsar. I think this is exactly the kind of gritty off-kilter stuff these instruments excel at. It gives your stuff an organic quality. Another great Strega piece!

I really enjoy how this evolves and especially how the beat breaks off into the delay gradually. Wish I understood more about modular systems.

Thanks Josh! Modular is much simpler than it looks. Audio paths and modulations are all done with cables (vs menus or mod matrix on regular synths). It’s amazing really. Everything is “hands on”. A great way to get away from the computer screen.
