If you wanted to clean up those air pockets in that light attachment panel you can use acrylic cement #4. It is water liquid and a couple small drops will wick through all the gaps to make a solid attachment. Easy peasy
Good job it didn’t leak Ross as after seeing how much silicone Ste used when he showed his pico tank on Fridays live stream, I doubt there is any left in the UK. 😀
Thanks Paul, fingers crossed I can have some form of success with it and manage to keep it going, it's not going to be easy but that all adds to the fun and excitement
I do like the idea and am very tempted to give it a bash for the price of it all lol, only thing is can't think of anything that wouldn't out grow it stupidly quick
Yeah I think for the price it's worth a try, you can set this tank up for under £100, and I think the stocking of it is going to be extremely challenging
Hi Kenny, it will depend on where the tank is but I've found in my house a heater will be needed, im going to cover this in the next video on this build
Your doing a great job there Ross 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks Steve, 👍
Great Job Ross. That’s the best part of building a tank even that small, the leaking test. Like the simple aquascape. 👍👏👏👏
Thanks mate, yeah its extremely satisfying isn't it! Feel like you have achieved something!
@@BeardedReef not only that. You are an inspiration for many other people.
Thank you very much mate, that means a lot! 👍
Duuudee this is so sick! I like the rock you chose as well bud
Thanks mate, they are awesome little tanks and for the cost its a great little project! The rock is quite simple but I like it

That is looking very good indeed Ross. Great vid on the build. Great idea with the light mount.
Thank you very much mate, I think the kits are now going to come with the light mount too so should be a bit easier
Enjoying these...keep it up dude!
Thank you very much mate
That tank is ace 👌, shame you can't replicate your main tank in mini. Looking forward to this series
Thank you, that was the original plan until I realised how small it actually is haha, will see what I can do with this one

Seeing that tiny tank in the same position the waterbox was in really puts it into perspective as to how small it is 🤯
Haha yeah its absolutely tiny mate, hard to get that across on the screen sometimes
That rock is perfect! I really like the mounting bracket too. Well done!
Thanks mate, yeah its not that exciting a scape but will be functional!
Starting to look a bit good now 🔥! I'm getting increasingly worried about the competition. A brilliant video series so far. 👍
Thanks mate, im really looking forward to seeing what you do with yours! 👍
Looks great… I have been thinking of doing a project like this… also have a peninsula 15
Nice one, you should definitely give it a go! 👍

Thanks very much mate, its going to be a difficult one but I'm looking forward to it
Good job it didn’t leak Ross as after seeing how much silicone Ste used when he showed his pico tank on Fridays live stream, I doubt there is any left in the UK. 😀
🤣🤣🤣🤣 I've no idea how it didn't leak, think I got lucky! Yeah ste wasn't taking any risks with that was he haha!
Nice video and you have done a cracking job in setting up the pico 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Looking forward to seeing how you set it all up get it ready for coral 👍🏻

No heater needed?
Hi Kenny, it will depend on where the tank is but I've found in my house a heater will be needed, im going to cover this in the next video on this build
Can these be shipped to the USA?
Yeah they do ship to the USA, they have already shipped 5 or 6 out there.
