Thanks for mentioning that you can change the speed cap! I was on the fence about this bike due to its top speed compared to others but now that I know it can go thirty I am sold!
A benefit to e bikes that I never hear anybody mention is the absolute leg workout riding on 0 pedal assist can give you. Imagine adding a 20/30 minute ride with zero assist on this every day. Your lungs and legs would turn syper saiyan!
a bike alone wont change your lifestyle bro. but if you like this bike consider the Zebra modell. its like the same bike but with a new big software and hardwarte patch/update.
It would definitely gives you the independence. Here in the Netherlands i do have a fatbike myself and i can go wherever i like and i just my bike to go to work, groceries and just casual cycling. Yeah, absolutely amazing.
@@MaschmoI have both, 1300 miles on the cruiser, and I get more compliments on the cruiser than I do on my D5 Zebra, which is a great bike, but the cruiser is just a better looking bike.
Just got a brand new step thru this week and have to agree, brakes are lousy. I am used to full hydraulics on my Specialized Mtn bike so coming to this was a bit of a shock. Especially for such a powerful and heavy bike...yes brakes are the weak point. I think you can add aftermaket hydraulics cheaply tho. I have seen a pair or Zoom branded ones for about $42...can anyone recommend some they have added to the Cruiser?
Two years later here I am again. I bought a Mantis after your review a long time ago. Glad to see you have a review on the bike I just bought as well.

Hey, could you take a look at the Techtron Ultra 5000. Aside from the cringy name i believe it could redefine budget e scooters.

In UK it's limited to 250W. That's the law
