Finally someone shows a REAL fix - not just durr suggestions like plug in your USB cable etc. Thank you for offering a real troubleshooting solution 🙂
Only charge the earbud that is not working. For eg if your left earbud isn't working, make sure only your left earbud is left charged with a constant red light throughout. If anytime it turns green, remove and put it back until it stays red (not blinking). Sometimes, you have to keep removing and putting it back just so you can see the constant red light. Don't give up, keep trying. Either wiggle the earbud a little bit or press down for a few seconds. Do not close the cover and leave the earbud charge only after it has turned red. It should work fine after that as the reason it couldn't work was because the earbud was unsuccessfully charged when being put together with the other side of earbud.
Mine charges and the battery shows it's 100% a day later the right bud is 80% and the left is 1%

My cousin gifted me a pair of earbuds like this last year and they wouldn’t turn on or charge. I’ve looked and looked and nothing worked until I found your video. My dad has can of WD-40 so I asked him if I could borrow it. This method is legit. Hands down! Thank you so much!
Everything was totally fine with my buds. They were charging fine, connecting fine and it was in perfect condition. I didn't even wanna drop because I was so paranoid that it would break. After like two-three days of having it, the right bud wouldn't charge. When I put it in to charge, it would blink red once or twice and then it would stop (sometimes for some reason the bud light was blue when i put it in like not blinking red and blue like literally blue) I was so confused and scared so i went up online to see what I could. I saw something where you have to drain the other bud and then put them both to charge, it worked but only once. Then I looked up videos, didn't find anything. I decided to leave it in the case but then again, it didn't charge except for the left one. Finally, I came across this video, reading through the comments, just to find the solution to fix all my problems. (that was dramatic) Really though, all I had to do was keep moving it until it turned red and stayed red (means it's charging) and not close the case lid cover thingy. (one thing I did was keep the case charging so the blue light on the case wouldn't turn off because when it did, the bud would stop charging aka not red). Really hoped it helped, if not, you should probably get a new one or something because then something is wrong with the bud itself and not the case.

I have the same problem with my left bud and what i would do is i take the bud and rub it ok smash it into the wall, it worked, but not for long

Buy a case on ebay, they're cheap. That's what I ended up doing

@@apriljohncamillo4665 i found the solution for this problem, my buds plus recently had the same problem and fixed it with ease. Just jiggle your earbud while the other earbud is out of the case. For example if the right earbud isnt charging just take out the left earbud and jiggle the right earbud while its being charged. It will work when you see the red light just above where it says L and R. Just let it charge for 30 mins and check the app
re allign your rubber around your earbud. thats what my problem was. fixed that and now my lefty is charging again. goodluck

my case is dead.. and not charging everytime i plugged in , the case is overheating. can i still fix this problem?

Used a toothbrush and rubbing alcohol to clean all the connectors.
My left ear bud won't connect and when I put them in the case the light stays red but 5 seconds later it goes green

O meu buds live parou um lado ficou um tempão sem funcionar um lado eu acredito que pelo suor ,eu uso muito para esportes e transpiro bastante chega molhar ele.... depois usei álcool isopropílico limpando e depois dei uns toques fortes como se fosse bolas de gude e daí ele voltou a funcionar,na loja da Samsung eles dizem que não tem concerto só mesmo comprando outro

Tried this but it didnt work for me. However, adding a little bit of solder to the pins in the case and pads of the bud that didnt work. Has worked! It is now charging. I think for some reason the pins over time press in just enough for them not to give enough of connection to the bud for it to charge. A bit of a crap design really. The pins should be fixed in place imo.

Mine (the charging case)fell and never worked ever since. It appears there is no electric contact between the case and earbuds. When I charge the case ,the is only a white blinking light shows and stops after few minutes. What do I do in this case?

i tried this several times and this did not work at all
In my earbuds case one of those charging pins was stuck inside and was not coming out no matter what I did
If you too face this kind of problem I suggest you to use a soldering iron with some solder wire and just create some soldered extension to that pin which is stuck
This will level the heights of both pins and the earbuds will charge
PS: You don’t need to be a highly skilled soldering professional to do so
Just create a very small lump of solder over the stuck pin and the earbuds shud charge!

Another tip make sure your case is clean, or else it could guck up the magnet and It won't charge, happend to me so I cleaned it and it's charging again saved myself a heart attack 😂

I managed to get it working again, but it wouldn't charge my right earbud
I got a new case thinking i ruined the old one, but my right earbud still won't charge

You can also just take the rubber pieces off and put your ear buds back in the charging case works very well also good video
