My red light is constant but still no connection
Was literally about to throw my buds away but decided to look for or a solution 1 more time, and the 1st solution you did literally fixed 9 months of problems with my buds.THANK YOU!!!!
Me too!! Brilliant tutorial
?
THANK YOU!!! I did all the reset clear memory reload app things that so many on-line answers suggest, wasted a lot of time, very frustrated. Your first tip in this video was my problem! Since my left bud was charged, the light turned to green even though the right bud was at zero, which misleads you into thinking that the buds are perfectly inside...but they aren’t! Thanks to you I have fixed the problem. I’d bet 90% of problems people have is simply this. The green light is deceiving. THANK YOU!

it really was a waste of time. he explained it straight on that one of the buds were just not charging at all or properly. thanks mate. kinda wasted my time on the other guys
This man is absolutely a legend, same case for me with most of the people here I thought mine has been broken for over 7 months now and decided to look for a solution one last time. God Bless you mane
Facts bro. These things weren't charging apparently I though they were broken. but after I did what he said now there charging which is awesome
I totally agree !!!
This is what happend to me, even i had the same answer from a certified center for Samsund.. how shame... GOD bless you!
THANK YOU, like a lot of people i thought my earbuds were broken for so long and finally found a solution
My first UA-cam comment ever and I want to thank you for the clear explanation and not repeating "solutions" that everyone says to try. This all actually worked and I was able to connect both buds. For those that have issues pairing the two earbuds, keep trying to reset the earbuds and holding them together in the case for 7 seconds as well as try to unpair them from bluetooth and it should work after a couple of tries!
Same for me
Its not
Pls help me my left ear bud is not working it is fully charged and sometimes it works and now there is no light when I try to charge it pls help me
THANK YOU SO MUCH, I THOUGHT MY EARBUDS WERE BROKEN FOR 6 MONTHS NOW OML.
2021 MAY 28TH SAME CASE FOR ME, FIXED NOW, THIS MANS A LEGEND
my left earbud live is dead. Shows up as a blank battery in the app. When i put it in the case the light goes red and always stays red. Ive never had that green light that people describe. It wont charge and is still dead. None of these fixes worked.
I can't reset my galaxy buds without having both of them connected and the left one is showing that it is not connected so i cannot reset them any ideas ?
Same, I've tried so many things. I just bought mine
2 things Liam, one your left bud might be dead so take out the right bud and allow the left to charge for like 20mins.(btw, go to Bluetooth settings and unpair them) Once that's done put both in your ear, touch and hold on the pads on the side until you hear a pulsing sound. Once you hear the pulsing sound reconnect the buds and it should work. I'm currently having problems with the charging in the right bud.
@@leosama4463 mine don't want to charge then. I put the left bud in by itself for a while night, after unpairing them. They still won't work.
@@sawyerhumphreys4257 make sure only your left earbud is left charged with a red light throughout. If anytime it turns green, remove and put it back until it stays red (not blinking). Sometimes, you have to keep removing and putting it back just so you can see the constant red light. Don't give up, keep trying. Either shake the earbud a little bit or press down for a few seconds. Do not close the cover and leave the earbud charge only after it has turned red.
My left ear bud was not showing at all on wearables. I tried this 4,5 times and can finally see left earbud charging and shows 3% charged. It does work. Keep trying repetitively. So glad i watched this video. These buds are gift from my bf and i dont eant to loose em. Thank you.
What if they're both fully charged but one barley has any sound?
Same issue I have
I try to reset but the option is just grayed out. I tried a software update but it says both buds need to be connected. My left bud is dead and it won’t charge. It just shows a constant red light

Dude you're seriously awesome. I thought I was gonna have to buy some new headphones. You saved me so much money. Thank You so much man.
My left bud was not connecting. I removed the earfin (the thing which helps to hold the bud in your ear) pressed the left bud slightly in the case, charged only the left earbud for like 2 minutes and now I can see it's battery 1% .. thank to everyone who uploads videos on such issue..
❤️
Thankssssssssssss allot
Thanx man
I done have galaxy wearable :///
@@RazAr- you can download it from playstore. Still you can try the above process without the app. Just charge your case with working earphone to 100%. Then try charging your disconnected piece after doing the above process. Make sure the light turns red while you are charging the disconnected piece.❤️
@@thecuriousman6753 Thanks for trying to help but I'm on an apple phone
None of the 5, 6 other solutions I tried worked to get my left earbud working. This one did!! Thanks!
My left bud still doesn't produce audio, yet everything else on it works
Found the fix: remove the silicone attachments to it and just place it back in charge. works like a charm
Dude you're alive saver it work 😭💞💞💞

Saved my boyfriend's pair from getting chucked out of frustration, tried first method and it didnt take more than two tries(needed it for right bud only). Thank you so much for this video!
one side of my earbuds is not charging
If someone could please help me id be extremely thankful. My buds started acting strange first the right bud didn't want to charge at all only the right would work. A couple weeks later the right went out to. Now they wont do anything the case shows everything is charging fine a solid red light for the inside and I can fully charge the case but the buds themselves will not charge they will kill the case but wont do anything else. I've cleaned the pads on them and the case itself and still nothing. I've also completely removed the wing tips hoping that was the issue still no luck, If anyone has had this problem I really could use some help Iove the buds and would like to keep them. Thanks in advance.
This is the exact same problem I currently have. Tag me if you ever find a solution
Try to charge your buds with another normal case.
Maybe your friends' buds.
My friend's buds+ dead for left and the right.
So i try charged her buds into my case about 5 minutes and get them back to her case and voila it works.
i don't know why but i just did it randomly.
Also my friend's buds+ was dead because she did not use it for about months and did not recharge the buds back.
Thank you!
One of my earbuds spontaneously stopped working several weeks ago and I had pretty much given up on them. Turns out the broken one wasn't charging and taking it out and putting it back in over and over until the light stayed red seemed to fix it.
My right ear bud was at 0% and not charging. Everything told me that it was damaged and I needed to replace it. I was upset. I followed your instructions about leaving the case open after the light stayed red. Worked like a charm! Thank you very much!
I thought I was one of very few cases
Dude exact same thing happened to me! And this video also helped me fix it!!!
Method 2 worked for me. Thank you so much brother. You are a saint.
I didn't even have to unpair my earbuds, I just had to put my right in the case and take it out like 4 time. Thanks, I thought I had to buy a new unit.
help me. I've tried all meathods you said , but i still got red exclamation on the left earbud.
This was an amazing video! Thanks for saving me $100> on more buds! :) & thanks to the comment community for all the tips. Making sure it was red instead of green worked for me.
This is happening with me on first day. It's frustrating. Not reliable product.
Bought from Samsung authorized dealer shop. Shop asked me to visit customer care. Shop will not help here at all.
Planning to visit customer care tomorrow.
I never write on a video! Maaaan, you are the shit! Thanks, bro!
Thank you so much. I am glad it helps.
Aw, you save my life man :( I tried to look for the solutions everywhere and found this one!
I left my right headphone in my pocket and my left one on the case overnight and it stopped working. No connection nothing. I tried the first method but only with the right headphone in the case and after a few tries I let it charge until the orange light went off. They both work now perfectly! I just got a label to ship it to Samsung but that won't be needed. Thanks again you're the best!
I had to literally resuscitate my earbuds tonight.. Thanks for the video!
I tried this thing when my galaxy bud didn't work and trust me no cap this is low key so true
Thanks heaps! was using just one ear bud for way to long!!
My left bud is still not connecting. There is still an exclamation mark there. When I go to reset it in the app, it's grayed out and not allowing me to reset it.
Same for me
You could fix your problem?
No BS right to the point. Cheers to you!
You're genius dude... The second method worked for me ..
Thanks man
My right earbud doesn’t even show up in the app ): I don’t know how to fix these and I miss my music ahhhh
Is it fully charged? I had the same issue but i kept moving my ear buds until i had a solid red light. Now it shows up on the app :)
@@ahmedsheh8366 I had the same thing happen. I kept putting only the left one in the case and it would show all green, but I couldn't get it to connect to my phone. After taking it out and putting it back in probably 15 times it finally turned red.
Thanks man, it worked for me. All working perfectly now.
Thank u , its work now 🔥😂
The 1st step works!! It takes about 10 tries for me. Thank you sir.
Same here, i tried everything, and i was so convinced my ear bud was charged, but if you try this 10× it will start charging. I had gone to the store tobget a refund and came home and just decided to try again and my right bud is charging now
Same
You did this with both or just the non working bud
Great video, mine was charging. All good now.
Thank you very much sir!!! It works now....
Lifting the left bud continuously until the light stayed red worked! Must've been in a safe mode or something. Also ironically there was a software update for the charging algorithm, but you need both buds connected😂, thanks!
My buds are now working. Thank you so much!
So happy to hear you got it working. 😀
@@Itjungles please the magnet on the left side of the bud stopped magneting back to the case, only the right side magnets ,please is the any way to fix it please😪

I lost for 5 days my buds and now they dont turn on. I got the red inner light of the case for one hour and still no able to pair them again. 😢 I loved this buds, they were perfect. Not even a sound when i get one of them from the case.
My right bud was at 0% and I've tried every method! I finally found out the issue, the wingtip was not fitted well onto the buds. No wonder it didn't work! Phew.

You just saved my life. Wow!!!!
Anyone getting exclamation mark on their galaxy buds?
I have been repositioning for 2 days to get the red light on my right bud to stay on. It's red for a few seconds and then back to green. I also have an orange exclamation showing up in the right bud and have tried everything suggested from this video and 15 others like it. I just got these 2 days ago and the right has never worked
Wow, i did the reset and then just kept taking then in and out the case for maybe 7 or 8 times before the led stayed red. I came back later and both now work. Thank you. For that you got another sub
Wow finally a tutorial that helps! It was the green light that was misleading! First tip to make sure the repositioning to get the red light did the trick. Thank you!!! Wished I saw this before I wasted money today since was too frustrated and ordered a new ear bud
Ive already watched 3 videos before watching yours and it's all working fine now. The previous videos didn't help. Thank you!
You're a gem!!! Thanks so much. The first solution worked for me.
Litterally helped me out, when the other videos wouldn't, I was just about to go spend 200 on another pair of headphones!
A trick: you can watch series on flixzone. Me and my gf have been using it for watching lots of of movies recently.
@Trenton Joziah Definitely, been using flixzone} for months myself =)
@Trenton Joziah yup, I've been watching on Flixzone} for years myself =)
You were spot on with your suggestions. I thought my one bud was broken THANK YOU
Thank you so much, I've been wondering for 2 weeks why it's not working until i saw your video, God bless you.
Thanks, it indeed wasn't charging properly, the first method fixed the issue
Thank you.. I didn't think I was good enough to make instructional UA-cam videos... after watching this video I am confident "ANYONE" can make similar videos. Fumble around, repeat yourself, take twenty times to say same shit, after awhile I started wondering if it was a ear bud fix or lord of the rings for fuhq sakes. Here are earbuds, here are common issues, here is how to fix common issues.. the end
Normally this does the trick for mine. Not this time. I truly HATE these damn things. Should have just bought the apple stuff. Would have saved at least 50 headaches from happening. Guess I’m in the market for a pair of ear buds that DO NOT have this many issuses. 🤦♂️
Same issue faced, You are the angel, Thank you very much for the support. within 3 minutes answer found.
I have been through multiple videos but no solution worked for me. Yesterday night before sleeping i shake the faulty one hardly and put both buds out of box in draw and keep the box opened whole night. I was keep using right one for some time and than i turned off Bluetooth and keep the box open while both buds are in draw out of box i wake up after around 8 hours and i turned on Bluetooth and connect the right one which was already working to use some music than i put the the left faulty one in box again just to try once more and it started charging properly
I was so confused how it works.
It looks putting both out of box and keep box open for whole night while keeping Bluetooth off and shaking left(faulty one) solve my issue. Really pathetic n insane by Samsung
So idk exactly which method helped me, possibly a mixture. I first did the first method of completely upairing the buds and letting them sit for a few minutes with the case open. Then I did the 7 second method, and the buds got detected on my phone , I reconnected them and now its showing both buds. my issue was that the right bud wasnt charging and was completely dead, and that these steps allowed my bud to get a charge to be able to reconnect. Thanks.
I was litterally thinking about going up to best buy to cash in on my warranty but now I dont have to.
Hi man,
I don't have that general settings option in my galaxy wearables, I couldn't find such , when I click on the menu and select the Galaxy buds. Please suggest here. Mine not buds + it's just Samsung Galaxy buds.
Right earbud keeps charging endlessly. I get the red light straight away for about an hour right after putting it inside the charging case, then when the green light shows up, I pick the bud out and put it back in just to see the red light again, and that will take another hour till the green light shows up again...and so on...and on and on... as if it kept charging all over again. Nothing has helped, the right bud is probably screwed, luckily I am in a 2-weeks warranty for immediate reclamation
Bro, I am facing an issue with the galaxy buds plus. In ear detector sensor can't detect that I have put my buds on ear. I am facing this issue only on my left bud. As in ear detection sensor is not working in my left bud, so I cant able to use touch sensor as well on my left bud.
I would be very grateful if you could help me.
My right bud is like 15% and after like 5min in the case it says its 100 while is probably only like 20 because it just randomly dies after 5 minutes, so my right galaxy ear bud is not showing the correct battery procentace, and because it says its 100% it wont charge any further
My right bud is not showing on the app at all help
My earbuds wont even give a light at all... When I put them into the case, the light is black. When I take them out of the case, the light is black. But the strange thing is, is that the light on the outside of the case has a green light meaning that the case has charge.
WAWWW JUST WAW. U are a life saver bbro. thank you so much for the information. it works!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally
In my case left buds was disconnected instead of drop them both in the case in this situation i drop left in first and the light turned red instantly after few seconds I dropped the right buds in and the light didn't turn green. Is still charging I hope it fixes it.
Thanks for your video, unfortunately @Samsung support channels are hopeless. in
My right earbud is unable to charge. It constantly says its at 1%. Ive tried all the tips in this video and it doesnt fix the issue. This is my second pair of galaxy buds that ive had. The first pair had the same problem and couldnt be fixed. So I went back to the store and got a whole new set of earbuds and now that pair broke too.
My problem is my right side is not working. No battery is shown. Now like you said it's red now. Charging I think.
Should I keep the lid open all time time while it's charging? For how long?
My buds don't connect to the app
Mines neither
Please who can help me. I am facing the same problem, the left speaker appears to be charging, the red light works, but when I open the application, there is a question mark on the left speaker. I tried to solve the problem in the same way, but it does not work
Your video was very helpful, but I also tried all 3 methods, but my left earbud, is still not working, I can't hear anything in it... Please help me!
Hey I just wanted to say thanks. The one where I hold down both buttons in the case worked for me. I held the buttons till the light turned green and started flashing red then I took em both out, put em back in, reconnected, and my left earbud finally showed back up in the Wear app on 1% you saved me lots of money thank you
The exact things happened to me and works like a wonder!
My earbuds havent been connecting to one another for the past few months. Only one will connect to a certain device and the other will connect to the another. The app won't let me reset and I can't update since both aren't connected. Nothing I have found has worked so if anyone has any ideas please let me know!
Found 2 legit methods:(fix for dead buds)
1. Just take off all the silicone attachments to the faulty bud and put it in the case. Look for the red light, it means it is charging.
2. If the bud is dead and not charging, put the faulty bud in the fully charged case and reposition it till the light stays red( watch out for the green light you) it might take 5-10 min to make it stay in red (Crucial-"if the light turns green reposition it to a permanent red"). Leave it for 1-2 hours and it will work just fine. Let me know if these works:)
So one of them says that is disconnected and it doesn't connect since my mom only use one and I told her many times now it doesn't work I tried everything
@ITJungles I need help my right earbud is not working. I have galaxy buds + (95f9). I have Samsung s20 feg
Samsung shipped my Buds+ with right side bud not connecting. I tried your first method and sure enough that did the trick! Thanks for the video! 👌🙏🙏
so i get my nonworking bud to a constant red light, i assume its charging, but after about 5 minutes it goes to green and still wont connect or show any battery level. any help?
How can you reset the earbuds when one's at 0%??? That doesn't make sense. The option to reset doesn't allow me to click it on my phone, it's greyed out.
This actually worked! Never had so many problems with earphones. Last time Samsung.
JUST GOT A NOTIFICATION SAYING LOW BATTERY AFTER DOING ALL OF THIS MY GOD THANK YOU I WAS ABOUT TO THROW AWAT MY BUDS YOU DONT KNOW HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU I WILL MAKE 100 ACCOUNTS
It's not even showing a percentage :(
Keep taking it out of the case and putting it back in. Leave the other one out. Keep doing this until it the light stays red.
i had a white pair of buds plus but changed them for a black pair and every so often when i connect them the buds picture flashes between the colours how do i fix it its annoying cheers
What worked for me was, I took off the inner piece in order to make proper contact. Once I did that, I had no charging issues🤷♂️
Well my problem is the my headphone the right side isn't showing up in the app or in the phone but it work cuz I touch pad hear the ding but i can't reset it cuz it only reset the left one and right one says disconnected

100% this trick works. You have to try atleast 10-15 times(Never give up), it will surely work.
Thank you man! I was looking for a tutorial for disassemble my right bud. It didn't charge so I though it was dead. It seems like just needed a little electro-resucitation procedure.
