3rd vid In this sitting. Just found your channel. I’m in the general construction field now with 8 years experience in the fine cabinetry and finishing field. Super enjoying these vids. Lol. Better than TV.
This was a great start to another amazing season. I agree it definitely isn't the same without Bugs even though he doesn't say much on camera. Keeping him in my thoughts for a speedy recovery. Thanks for bringing us along with you on another job guys and blessings to you and your family.
Ive always thought Bugs was a straight cool dude. But when he actually called to say he wished he was there, man just earned a whole new level of respect. Hey, You know he could help supervise and keep the boys moving... even with a bad arm! Worthy investment Id say.
I could hear Bug's voice in the back of my head telling Francisco to turn the shovel around and stop shoveling the concrete towards the house because it'll splash. It was great to hear his voice on the phone call. Can't wait til Bugs is back at 100%! I'm sure he's chomping at the bit to get back to work!
I do hope Buggs recovers quickly and completely, good for Eric, even though he left ya, I know you care! And we will definitely miss Mr.Bobby, hope he does much better!
Woooooo Ryan you are going to be in trouble my friend with that crew. You have 5 men and only 2 1/2 finishers, and 2 laborers. It’s going to get interesting !! I’ll be 👀 with my 🍿 It is going to be strugglefest 2022
Wishing Bugs a speedy recovery and hope everything going to be okay for Mr. Bobby. Sad to hear about Eric leaving, he definitely grew a lot, wish him all the best though!
Teacher and a leader is hard work. Rowing dang that’s a heart workout 👍👍👍👍👍 people will always give you questions but it’s how you answer that matters remember😁
Back in the early 2000's we used Artcrete Color Hardner and when we ran a mag over it there was a rainbow of colors from the little pellets.. Bucket after bucket. All we could do is rub it in wasting time and energy. What a disaster.
So happy to see the first pour. I remember you taking your time last year cause it was the last pour at this job with Bugs. Hope he heals up well. Prayers and well wishes to all the guys. Hope Mr. Bobby’s health improves. Sorry to see Eric is gone. Maybe you can bring him in for one “celebrity guest” pour? Lol. I knew Daryl would be back because of how nice you are Ryan. Let the season begin!
There are many concrete channels to watch on UA-cam and some of them are good for instruction. This one is the only one I can watch to learn and be entertained. It's a great channel
Ryan, over the past few months your content has inspired me to keep me working hard at my job. My bosses started to see that and I received raises here and there. Wishing you and your crew the best of luck this season!!
Ryan I am a concrete contractor I'm Maryland I originally mentioned orange thunder to you. It is fantastic at finishing concrete when it's ready to get out on boards they level the surface much better than mag I use the bull float also. Great tools. Took me awhile to warm up to them but my crew goes all orange when we start finishing. Try them out on some hard concrete you will be convinced. Great channel great work you guys do. I admire your walking jointer work. Well done.
Happy Easter Ryan and the guys. He rose again the third day, VICTORIOUS! This season should be a great one. Just found your videos two weeks ago, and this is now my favorite channel. Coming from a self employed carpenter from Pittsburgh PA. Been in the business since 01'. Cheers.

Good morning Scott was good to hear again. My best to Bugs, I hope he has a fast recovery and can return. Nothing gets done unless Bugs is on the job. Mr Bobbie got to lay off them cigarettes. They are killing him. I have been laid up recovering from my 2nd total knee (on the same knee). I wish you could come to Florida, I need a new driveway.
I feel bugs pain! I was a right hand man for 10 years. Had a huge hernia operation was out 2 months. I could not handle not being there!! I looked at that company almost as my own. Wasn't but you get it. He's a good one man. I no you now that but someone like that will die for you
Ryan I'm so happy to finally be able to see your videos again and be able to see the great work all of you do!! Have great week and hope to see lor more content from you all this concrete season
Welcome back Ryan, sorry to hear about bugs and Mr. Bobby man I’m hoping for a speedy recovery from bugs. Just work with what you have at the end of the day you’ll get the jobs done…. EASY MONEY

Yeeeeeeeey!! So awesome to see you and the guys back, hope Bobby gets better and Bugs get well soon! Eric was nice, and will be missed, but I hope he got a great job as well! And the Darryls are a must no doubt about it! 💓
I have a family of mice who winter in my backyard barn and have for the 12 years I have rented this house. They always get into my grass seed so I started putting a roll of paper towels for them to insulate. They don't bother anything else and I ain't putting the grass seed in my garage.
I find it hard to believe that Eric found something better than Victory. Sometimes having an amazing boss and being happy at work is better than more $.
Good to be back. Come on junior you missed the first day.... That is a big pool there man. Your son did a great job on the editing for the follow up video's of last year. That video was funny to watch all the high lights from last year. Look forward to the new season and more videos. The Darrel's going have to help out more with being short handed.
In all honesty, you deserve a good group of at least 10 guys to work with you. You provide such a great work environment, you do great work, you pay well(from what I can see), and you treat your employees well.
You need multiple jobs going on per day to be able to pay 10 guys on pay roll. And then you lose the control over your finished product if you’re running multiple crews Ryan is a bit short handed without bugs but really only needs a cdl driver and another seasoned concrete guy or apprentice
Good luck this year Ryan and thank you for all the positivity you bring to everyone. Seeing how you are with your family is inspirational for me. I have 4 young children. Happy Easter
I’m so delighted it is this time of year! I have been watching all your video to date, but my god i have waited for this moment so much! Best of luck with the season Ryan!
Down here in Ontario, Canada we also use air-entrainment additives, it creates microscopic air bubbles which helps with the freeze/thaw cycles and durability to the concrete also helps with scaling and improves workability.
Awesome to see some concrete being laid. As much as we are glad to see your videos, I am sure that you are glad to be pouring concrete. Look forward to seeing more great videos to come. Easy money!
