@KilcherHomestead, Eivin, really good to see you and your Dad posting videos post-ATLF. Much better in this format. No scripting or unnecessary, overbearing, narration. Just you, your family and Otto doing his thing. LOVE IT! Back in 1982, I took my first trip to Alaska. During an extensive conversation with a gentleman on the ferry, I don't recall his name - he was 82 at the time, but didn't look a day over 65 - he informed me that if I was looking to homestead in AK that I should speak with a man named Yule. Upon arriving in Homer, I was inquiring about Yule, and where I might be able to speak with him, but I was informed, unfortunately that he was gone for the next 4 days, and I was leaving for Port Alsworth in 3 days, so I did not get to meet your Grandfather, which I was sad to not. Had I known about your Dad, I may have inquired to speak with him, but I was told only told about Yule. I did not know his last name was Kilcher until after I was in flight to Port Alsworth. Then when ATLF first aired and I heard the backstory about your Grandfather, I was extremely sad that I had not been able to meet him. I am glad that I have been able to see the history of The Kilcher family, then, and especially now that you and Otto are uploading videos. BTW, will there be any content with your Uncle or Cousin, Atz Lee Sr. or Jr, or Levi and August? Thanks for continuing this adventure. 👍🏼 ♫ We were born before the wind Also younger than the sun Ere the Bonnie boat was won As we sailed into the mystic Hark, now hear the sailors cry Smell the sea and feel the sky Let your soul and spirit fly Into the mystic...♪
My husband and our family watch you guys on TV for years reruns also .He passed away in May but he watch you all until then .Love your family and work ethic.Keep teaching your children that there turning out to be wonderful kids .

Eve and Eivan, my husband and I always loved your TV show from the very very beginning. So glad you’re on UA-cam now. I actually enjoy your home videos and adventure videos you create on YT youurselves even more!❤. Keep on truckin’!
So cool we get to watch the family keep going and growing. Seems like yesterday when Eve first got preggo ! How time flies. Glad ya'll started channel to continue the Kilcher adventures. Snd Van Morrison is some old school classic to chill to.
Excellent! Our family water skied, camped, fished, ice fished, went to world fairs, made happy childhood memories. Keep up the good work. I admire you all so much! Thanks for sharing.
Eivan and Eve with children having a time of their lives. Looking forward to part 2, of this trip. Hope you find a deer or two for the winter. David B.,Utah. 🇺🇲🇺🇲💞💞❤❤❤.
Omgosh, I’m such big fan of Alaska The Last Frontier, I’ve been watching since season 1, but my favorite part was always your family I was so excited you have UA-cam channel. You have brightened my day.
That is a great beginning to the trip. Y'all have so much fun together! I really enjoyed seeing the glacier. That boat has been a great investment not only for hunting and fishing, but also for family memories!
I could listen to Findley talk forever what a beautiful voice he has and it’s nice to hear a kids perspective on your trips…beautiful family thanks for sharing and thanks for picking up where Discovery stupidly left off 😊
Again I want to thank you and Eve for having such a nice family intelligent kids proper family time together hard work good fun thanks for sharing your lives with us especially when you're older or disabled and it's hard to do things we kind of live through you guys and we're proud of you and I just want to say thank you so very much always looking forward to the next one
I used to watch this faithfully.Never missed an episode. But I haven't seen it in about four years and it seems that his wife is so much quieter than she used to be.
Medical is HUGE; been a wilderness emt for friends and family and have run into Everything. So glad I carry the extra 3 lbs in my packs. Literally saved 2 lives this year.😳
Really enjoy watching. I did years ago but life took me away. I’m back. 72 live in Michigan husband of 54 years. Happy as a lark! Oh I also have Jesus (Lord and Savior) 2 sons 3 grandsons. First great granddaughter due soon. Crazy happy. Just wanted to tell you we know Jerry Riggen or Rigger he is always changing his name👍🏼
That would be such an awesome trip ! I`d be like, slow down let me catch a salmon for dinner lol. Thank You for sharing your video, and bringing us along . Can`t wait to see the next part .
When I worked on Ships in the salon we would land in Whittier for 24 hours to drop off and pick up passengers. We had 20 hours to buy what ever snacks they had to sell and do our laundry at the local laundry at. It was interesting how people would get on and off a buss on a train. Still quiet up there huh.. I’m loving watching this. Thank you I have missed the show and seeing seasonal hunting and fishing trips you guys did and the Christmas special. 😊
Your kids are living the best lives ever!! Just like the Outdoor Boys and the Deermeatfordinner family. Hunting and eating wild game. I watched you and your family on The Last Frontier and still watch you now. Alaska is an amazing place. The scenery is something else! But a big hello to all of you from me over in tiny Northern Ireland!!
Been through that tunnel several years ago when wife n I were on an Alaska vacation which ended with a flyout trip to Kulik Lodge. That was a fishing trip of a lifetime!!
Very Cool!! The Buckner building is the WWII military BLDG that is abandoned and unsafe to explore due to structural issues and asbestos. We looked in Sept but you can't get in unfortunately. The Begich BLDG is the one where most live. There are a few houses higher up on the mountain, we saw them when we explored in Sept. Thanks for sharing your wonderful adventures :)
So excited to see you two again and the little ones have grown. I remember when you built that boat and Eves first deer she didn’t want to kill Bambi.. I described and can’t wait for the next episode.. your cousin Jewel is one of my favorite singers. Awesome thanks for sharing 👍👍❤❤❤❤❤
I went halibut fishing in Prince William Sound back 4 years ago. We went on a charter boat out of Seward. The name of the boat was the Perseverance. Best fishing trip I have ever gone on. My friend in Anchorage flew me from Florida to Alaska then took me halibut fishing. He has a 37 foot sailboat at the marina in Seward. We went down the day before the fishing trip and stayed on his boat that night. I spent 5 days in Alaska. That is the only thing on my bucket list, going to Alaska and my friend made it happen. We have been friends for 57 years. We grew up together in Florida. After high school he moved to Alaska. That was in 1975. He has been there ever since .
Amazing and absolutely stunning scenery. Findlay saying can we put the small shrimp back just shows how well your bringing up your kids. Thanks for sharing your families adventures with us all here on UA-cam and cant wait to see the rest of your holiday/vacation. Oh Q who watches your homestead whilst your away? lots of love xxx
Used to enjoy watching the show about your family but didnt realize you had youtube until now. Its nice to see normal instead of the contrived drama and narrative we were stuck listening to on reality shows. Glad to see you freed from that format.
I'm soo excited the Kilchers are on UA-cam. I watched you all the time on television. Every wholesome family content, love it
I watched your family on TV for years. I'm glad to see you continue on YT.
I can just imagine how hard homesteading is, but looking at Sparrow and Findlay, they are living their best lives!
Your videos are a greater joy to watch than anything that network ever produced. Thank you!
Wow, thank you!
I agree much better real life
