Just reminder in case some of you forget (even though I'm pretty sure most people already know) : Make sure the steamer already boiling hot before you put in the cake batter. And always put on some cloth around the lid to prevent water dripping to your batter.
This is similar to a Filipino dessert called Puto. It is also steamed that's why I said it was similar. Usually a thin slice of cheese sits on top of the puto for flavor contrast.

I made this today with small changes. I used brown sugar instead of refined sugar and almond flour instead of all- purpose flour. Like everyone else I too don’t like the ingredients in grams (lol!) as I don’t have a weighing scale, so I googled the approximate measurements in spoons & cups. It came out so well & moist! I love it! This recipe is a keeper! Next time maybe I will try it out with coconut flour & coconut sugar. This yielded 8 cupcakes- I used the silicone cupcake liner. Thanks for sharing! 💕

(This is obviously opinionated and it depends on your taste) tip: it tastes much better if it has a piece of cheese on top. It’ll balance the sweetness of it. 팁: 위에 치즈 넣고, 그거는 더 맛있어요.
Hello ! Just made this today and gonna share with you guys how it is !! Firstly, I used 70grams of egg instead of 80grams because I don’t like eggy taste in my cake. I added about 20 grams of milk powder in to enhance the milk taste as well. I also added 130ml of milk instead of 110ml to makeup for the increased dry ingredient (milk powder). Tastewise, it’s moist and soft, however in a different way than a baked cake would feel and taste. Milk taste isn’t very strong, recommend to add more milk powder and more condensed milk (less sugar or it’ll be too sweet), or as to ur own preference 👍 Eat when it’s hot !! It hardened when cold :(

다 찌고나니 빵이 푹신한 느낌이 아니고 떡같은 질감이 되어 버리네요
정말 그대로 할려고 몇번을 보고 메모 하면서 체크하고, 만들때도 동영상 계속 되돌리기 해서....보면서 만들었는데....

같은 레시피로 오븐으로 구우려면 몇도로 몇분 정도 구우면 될까요?
오븐으로는 구워보지 않았지만 찜케이크는 반죽이 묽은 편이라 찜기에 쪄야 촉촉하게 찜케이크의 느낌이 제대로 나게 구워지는 것 같아요~
저두 찜기가 너무 작아서 오븐으로 했는데~성공했어요~!!😊
180도로 예열된 오븐에 10분정도 했더니 모양도 예쁘게 잘 나왔어요~^^
좀더 촉촉하게 하기위해 중탕식으로 물 좀 부어서 오븐에 구웠구요~촉촉하게 잘 되네요~~ㅎㅎ찜기 없으신분들도 오븐으로 추천드려요~맛나요☺감사해요💕
