How do you find out market average price? I’ve been able to charge realtors in Vegas $2,000 just for photos but it’s very rare I make a sale like that.
I started by seeing who the top businesses in my area were and try and get some sort of pricing from their website or order form or just any other research I could do online for it. Yeah, that's a pretty steep price just for photos, but every market is different! That's our highest tiered package where we offer everything photo & video-wise. I'd just start researching what the competition is doing and keep whatever info you find in your notes and compare them all, along with what they offer, and how they structure things as a good starting point.
