    You are SO amazing and you have a calming voice. I'll watch more tomorrow. I really need to go to bed. I have to find the money to buy everything now. See you tomorrow.

    Hermoso cuadro, se podría reemplazar la malla por otra cosa? Se podría con papel grueso?
    Saludos desde Bogotá 😊

    • @ateliermico
      @ateliermico  24 дні тому +1

      hello! it can’t be replaced, because the wire mesh is strong enough to hold the material (joint compound)

    Is there a limit to how big of a canvas I can use? For example, will the 3D plaster fall off a larger canvas because it is heavier?

    • @ateliermico
      @ateliermico  23 дні тому +1

      hello! we would recommend doing sizes similar to 80x80 centimeters or 60x120 centimeters. if you go larger on this dimension it will become too heavy and it will be hard to handle

    Hey! I just started my first 3D painting inspired by your fabulous work. I’m having a hard time managing my plaster. It gets hard in the bowl too quickly. Any tips on how to solve it then? Love love xoxo

      @ateliermico  Місяць тому +1

      hello! this art is called “plaster art” but the material used is not plaster is actually joint compound and it has a longer dry time. you probably are not using the right material. check the link in the description and find the joint compound product

    Is it ok if I use a little thick board to be a little sturdy

    • @ateliermico
      @ateliermico  Місяць тому +1

      yes, it’s ok, the only thing is that the painting is going to become a little heavy. so for a small painting should be fine

    I have a lot of building plaster. It's more grainy and doesn't dissolve well. But I don't want to throw it away. Can you tell me the best way to mix the texture? Should I add wood glue? The picture I tried broke apart after drying, even though it was applied very thickly.

    • @ateliermico
      @ateliermico  Місяць тому

      hello! the plaster is actually not good for this type of art because it has short dry time and it will most probably crack. check the description and find the material joint compound which is the one used for this type of art

    • @blaze8125
      @blaze8125 Місяць тому

      @@ateliermico yes it all cracked. I thought maybe I can use something to mix it with, which could maybe work?! A glue or some ting... Do you have any idea??

    Il bianco che viene passato prima del perlato è acrilico? Grazie

    • @ateliermico
      @ateliermico  Місяць тому +1

      so it’s joint compound, white acrylic and pearlescent acrylic
