I have watched many different artists create these textural pieces. Most look rough and are difficult to coat smoothly. This is the very best method I have seen. It is so sleek and smooth it looks gorgeous! Thanks so much for this creation. I can’t wait to try it myself. You are a great inspiration.
hi! thank you! it’s from the wire mesh itself and it’s because of the humidity that it came in contact with. this rust will not affect the final sculpture painting
hi! even though the technique is called “plaster art” we are using a different material. the material is joint compound which is a wall filler and less likely to crack. check the description of the video to see all materials!
I sure hope and pray you can help me with this. This is an awful question. I did my fabric on canvas and loved it. I then decided to put the Plaid gold on the high parts. Did not like it so tried to remove it. Not easy. So I decided to put gesso to cover it and it is lumpy and I don't care for it. I tried to sand it but it's not coming off. How do I clean my fabric off to remove the gesso? Yikes, I loved it just with the fabric hardened. Also I want to tell you how much I enjoyed your demonstration. I sure wish I had seen it sooner. You do such an amazing job with it. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos.
Wow! This is simply stunning, thank you for sharing your technique. Could you please tell me the brand & exact colour of the paint. I followed your link but it does not show the paint you used. I am definitely going to try this myself. Best wishes & thank you for the inspiration Samm from London UK

thank you! we will consider this idea.
this is really good ! but I think you can apply less layer of acrylic to make it smoother

the mesh you used in the video is different from the one in the link, right? It looks more like 40 or 80 mesh than 20 mesh.
hi! through the links attached we are sharing what similar products you can use to create the 3D paintings. also check this wire mesh:

Is it okay to use plaster gauze and water instead of gauze and wood glue?
hello! yes you can use plaster gauze + water. the difference is that when you use plaster gauze + water the chances to crack are a bit higher
