I like your design. Any chance you remember the angles degrees you used where the uprights attach to the bed rails along with the other angle degrees. I do like how it matches the Tacoma's side angles.
I cut every angle at 17.5°, that means the first angle on the bedsides is 17.5° and the angles going up the crossbars are 17.5° x2 = 35°. when you reach the cross bar at the top it gives you 87.5°, I believe that 1.5° difference to 90 can be spread out if you tack everything together first or it is completely acceptable to weld.
