It's definitely a great design with many possibilities for customization. I think it would also look really cool done In mixed metal, perhaps a gold filled frame with the center silver 😍❤️
Oh my wow!! It’s such an eye catching piece!! My craziness went ahead & attempted to make one; however, using copper & somehow channel setting apatite chips across the top…excitedly rushing once the weaving was finished, I decided to go ahead & skip the hammering process…it was 1:30 in the morning & I do have neighbors…lol…let’s just say that the 16 gauge, square wire had something else planned for me…out of frustration at myself for not just going to sleep happy that I finished the weaving…I sit here now sharing my stupidity with ya…but hey thnx so very much for another amazing piece!!
You are such a gifted lady, Melissa! I love all your pieces, and I aspire to make a few as good as you do someday! This bracelet was so interesting to watch you put together! I thoroughly enjoyed this video! Thank you!
Thank you Melissa for sharing this with all of us. Absolutely stunning piece of jewelry . Your weave is impeccable !! Enjoy your day. Stay safe and healthy ❤❤❤🌈🦋
Very pretty! I'm going to make this for sure! Thank Bill for allowing you to make the tutorial! 😃😃 I've never thought of using my guitar pick in this way, but it's a great idea!! I also want to complement you on the great close up camera work when you showed the weaving portion. So many people don't realize they need to pull the camera in so us blind people can see what the heck they're doing!! 😎😎😁😁 And....last but NOT least, thank YOU for doing the tutorial and sharing it with the world! Oh, PS: If you use a light weight rawhide mallet to straighten your rails, it won't dent them.
This goes out to the friends of Chris Dunn…… Yes, more and more, one may even say it’s Common that the Knowledge academia purports to pass off, nay, to FORCE UPON its students as ACTUAL HISTORY … does not match up with what one can see in the field, pick up off the ground. My tip: sometimes one SHOULD take that “pass” (pun intended). 😁
Perfection!! I HAVE TO make this bracelet! (Of course mine will not look as amazing as yours😁. Thank you for taking the time to make these videos, much appreciated. You are on a short list of my favorite wire wrappers/jewelry design artists.
How much do bracelets like this sell for? I would think no less than $100 for the time it takes to make it. You have lots of patience and skill. Thanks for the tutorial. I'm not sure if I could do it.
@@ZurickDesigns You say you make this with sterling silver. How much does that cost? I have seen it on AliExpress, but you only get 50 cm, and it's several dollars.
I can't wait to get home and try it 🤩 Here in Denmark I can't find a decent quality wire, but I practice and play with it - I can do that 🤩 and this must definitely be tested 🩵
Thanks so much for watching!
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial cuz I think the bracelet turned out pretty cool! Have a great week! 💜☺️

Thanks so much! ☺️💜
Luv luv luv this.... but if never be able to make 1. At least not any time soon
It’s tedious!
@@ZurickDesigns I bet it is
Wow!!!! Love it!!!! 😮🥰🥰🥰🥰
Yay! Thank you! 🤗💜
Beautiful bracelet.........
Thanks!
So nice! Alot of work but so worth it. Casual or dress-up. Was wondering if you could use 16ga half round or do you need the strength of the round?
I would give it a try!
What is the advantage of attaching the hammered wires after instead of weaving them with the six base wires? This is such a beautiful project.
I just went off my friend Bill’s design. It could be modified!
@@ZurickDesigns it's a great design regardless.
My linda❤❤
Thank you so much! Question not about the wire I'm wondering what the blue hand wrap you use is?
That’s a splint for my thumb arthritis. It’s custom made from the hand therapist.
@@ZurickDesigns ah okay thank you! I have a bad thumb so was wondering. Sending you ease from the discomfort!

I practiced with copper wire first.
The guy I got the design from was selling his for $150
@@ZurickDesigns It's at least worth that much. Thanks for answering.
@@ZurickDesigns You say you make this with sterling silver. How much does that cost? I have seen it on AliExpress, but you only get 50 cm, and it's several dollars.
@@donnah.7346 it depends. Price always changes. Right now it’s over $23 an ounce!
Could this be made with brass wire? does dead soft brass have the same maleability of dead soft silver or soft brass feels more like half-hard?
I’ve worked with brass but I haven’t woven with it. I’m sure it’s possible. I practiced this design with copper.
How much do you think something like this would run??$$ The labor I'm sure is quite tedious.
My friend Bill was selling his for $150.
It did take a lot of time!
Where you buy the wire?
I buy a lot of my sterling from monsterslayer.com
Who do you buy your silver from? Better price then Rio?
I buy from monsterslayer.com a lot.
@@ZurickDesigns I was just looking yesterday at MS. They appear to be more per ounce. Rio did not have their annual sale this year😪
@@ZurickDesigns so I checked again. MS is less. Do you like their silver?
