I have a routine now where I go to bed at 10:30pm and usually wake up naturally around 3-4am. It’s extremely refreshing going from a person who would struggle to sleep, to fighting to stay awake. This will be my third week consistently

@@tubbycustard8866 consistency is key. It’s the one thing that’ll make you or break you. If you’re really want to enough the luxury of being tired when you know it’s time for bed, being consistent is something that you will have to stick with. It’s hard at first don’t get me wrong, but when you get into a good routine, it’s extremely beneficial.
All nighters at first helped me. I’d do a night where I stayed awake over 24hrs so I would feel extremely tired, or alternatively if you want to go their slower you wake up and hour earlier every time, that way you’ve be an hour tired earlier theoretically.
But to answer your question directly, how do I naturally wake up so early, my body just has had enough sleep. Some days I go to bed at 9pm, some days I’ll go to bed at 8pm - everyday is different but it’s a case of knowing the schedule you want to make for yourself, knowing on average how many hours you sleep, and what your goal is to meet.
When I was in college, I usually wake up at 6-7 in the morning no matter what time I sleep in, it got cut off after I started working in graveyard shifts. During the pandemic, we started doing remote and my shift was changed to 2 in the morning. After I resigned from that job, I've gotten a job with normal working hours (still remove), my body immediately shift back to waking up at 6. XD
Doesn't matter if I turn in at 4 in the morning, 8 in the evening or at midnight, my body will automatically wake up at 6 without alarm -mind you, I am very cranky in the morning.

Seoul is simply amazing . Beautiful architecture . So many cafes and restaurants . But, I think traveling alone is kind of lonely. Traveling with a significant other would be so much fun in all respects!

*Congrats for the 1M+!!! That means you're AMAZING!! I went to SK in 2019 before Covid hit, && I really wish I seen more than I did. But for what I did see, it was fun. I stayed in Dongdaemun && Daegu, visiting Hongdae && Myeongdong. I was so lost, but it was still worth the trip. I went to see Sungyeol restaurant, but sadly it is no longer there. I would love to visit again sometime, maybe 2025? Maybe get some coffee? Always good to meet a new friend. Anyway, ty for the video && will be watching!* 💜😁🪥

I too really enjoy the hum of conversation that comes from a cafe while I’m studying. Fun fact: I started school just as Covid hit and everything closed. So after several attempts to recreate that, I started playing kdramas and Chinese dramas in the living room while I studied in the kitchen because I could hear talking but couldn’t understand and therefore wouldn’t be sucked in. Ultimately failed because I love kdramas now but yeah, that’s how I got into them.
