A little surprised that Active didnt highlight steel braided hoses….seems to be important, in particular for the longer hoses.
Exactly, non steel braided hoses is the number one reason for surging on these 2.0 units.
I shorten my water intake hose from 75-feet to 35-feet. Surging stopped.
This product is subpar. The accessories are complete garbage. This should be a standalone machine and at least 100 dollars cheaper. Btw mine keeps cycling ond and off no real fix for that.
You missed the number one reason for cycling on a 2.0 which is using a flexible hose without steel braiding. Big miss there might want to do a follow up video. Uberflex and Flexzilla pressure washers hoses for example can cause surging.
Active 2.0 is the same company that made the cat this machine is supposed to be twice as good. I washed my vehicle with the CAT Version 27 times and it SEIZED UP GARBAGE
So the 2.0 active version should give me about 60 washes that’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your money. These under $500 washers are junk.
