    Haha when I booked my calendar appt in March, the person who called me back asked me “have you found what you’re looking for or are you still looking?”
    I’m SO HAPPY to have heard you say you wouldn’t want to say that to an inbound lead cause I was super annoyed with that question!!

    it seems like a lot of fun aiming to master the skills and approach you teach which then turns the process of selling into a game where you’re so adept at the game that I wonder if it takes the fun out of winning so much lol

    This is the first one I don't understand.
    He said money was not that important.
    But you used the questioning to get back to the money.
    Why didn't you focus the questions on what he meant by progressing in the company?
    Maybe progressing means something different to the prospect.
    Maybe he wants to make a difference in the world.
    Cyber security can save the economy save people's jobs and their identity etc...

    Jeremy has a great charismatic personality but his scripts for real estate are super cringey. Better questions are obvious to anyone who has been in sales. Got several of his sales tools and it was garbage content chat GPT or an overseas VA wrote. Every time I hear the confused script I feel like I am being grossly violated.
