Yeah and there is a Hadith which states that a man will be going to hell but he will say to god” I though that you were all merciful and that you could forgive someone like me” and then Allah will say”take him to heaven as he has called me by my mercy” btw I am paraphrasing this.

"Amen is derived from the Hebrew āmēn, which means “certainty,” “truth,” and “verily.”
It is found in the Hebrew Bible, and in both the Old and New Testament.
In English, the word has two primary pronunciations: [ ah-men ] or [ ey-men ]."
As it turns out, Hebrew and Arabic are Sister Languages.
Now since Arabic is the Language of the Quran and therefore used Universally used for Liturgical Prayer by all Muslims, it is not surprising to find Aameen being used by Muslims, just as Amen is used by English Speaking Christians.
The actual origin in Arabic of Aameen is from the three letter root word Aa-Me-Na or literally the letters Alif/ Meen/ Noon.
Aa-Me-Na literally literally, as a verb means to be secure, and then when followed by the preposition "bee", (بِ) it means to put trust in (something or someone). When a Muslim says Aa-Ma-N-tu Billah he or she is saying I have found Security or my security is in Putting Trust in God. However, that is often translated simply as "I believe in Allah."
Anyway, Ameen at the end of a Prayer can be likened to Amen, but it also means, or really implies that the person saying Aameen not only subscribes to what was said, but it is also a two syllable prayer, that what was said continues to be treasured as Safe, and not lost or ignored or discarded.
Finally, just as we find that the root for Aameen is the Arabic's letters: Alif- Meem- Noon, ا--م--ن, in Hebrew Amen's root is found in the Hebrew letters:
Alef/ Mem/ Nun: אָ--מֵ--ן
Finally, finally! please note that both Hebrew and Arabic are read From Right to Left, as opposed to Left to Right as we do in English and other Romance and Germanic Languages.

Bro needs to get humbled... I was agnostic for the longest time until I actually used science itself to find God. All I ever wanted was to find answers about life and why my life would be so, consolidated. Ups, downs, but never really going anywhere forward. I started learning about Islam and truly believe it is the only religion that speaks the truth and that has all the answers you look for, AND humbles you. I don't feel alone anymore, I dont feel isolated despite being alone; I am not lonely. God is there, and all my brothers and sisters around the world are there. Alhamdulillah 🙏

I think one point you need to realize is about the stuff you are afraid of doing after reverting; for e.g. circumcision of yourself and your kid, leaving alcohol (if you’re drinking) etc. are not things that make you a non-muslim unless you are denying the requirement itself. For example a muslim may be alcoholic that he wants to leave it because Allah forbids it, but he might can’t due to addiction and can still be a Muslim. He must do his best to leave but he is not counted as a non-muslim.
That being said I just wanted to inform you that you don’t need to have the whole-islam-package before becoming a muslim. If you believe in and agree with the 6 pillars of faith of Islam, then you are good to go; afterwards you try to make the other requirements stage by stage as your Imaan (belief) gets stronger.

Just pray he converts. Hes probably just not ready yet, and thats ok. Alcohol being banned was for people with faith to follow. Just because you are a Muslim doesnt mean youre safe from hell. And I respect that Bobby is taking his time, because he believes in perfection. He said it before, he saw "Muslims" in Germany that are most likely not going to go straight to heaven. If hes not ready, dont force it. Its not your responsibility to make him Muslim. That is his own choice and right. Just respect him for who he is and make dua that he reverts.
@Nigerian Prince if one has misconception about Islam it’s muslims’ responsility to clear out. I didn’t try to force him to convert or made him in a hurry. If he understands the concepts clearly of course we will leave it to him but as I said he seemed to think that growing beard, circumcision etc. are obligatory for being a muslim and thats what I tried to clarify.
Without clarifying we can’t say pray and leave him. Also it is not a joke that he might die before converting which’s because of this misconception. Its not about “me trying to make him muslim” please read comments without prejudice before replying.

Bobby I hope you can read this comment. In my opinion you are an extremely intelligent man and you earned my utmost respect. The reason being is that you were able to find the truth and rule out lies and false accusations with logic. You only needed the Quran it to verify your findings after all the time you spent in research. Which to me, is the highest kind of achievement. I was born a Muslim and I can not express how much I am grateful for that, because if that was not the case I fear that I would not have found my way especially in these very difficult times of all types of temptations. He's referring to this verse
{ إِنَّا عَرَضۡنَا ٱلۡأَمَانَةَ عَلَى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱلۡجِبَالِ فَأَبَيۡنَ أَن يَحۡمِلۡنَهَا وَأَشۡفَقۡنَ مِنۡهَا وَحَمَلَهَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ ظَلُومٗا جَهُولٗا }
[Surah Al-Ahzâb: 72]
(Abdul Haleem translation)
"We offered the Trust to the heavens, the earth, and the mountains, yet they refused to undertake it and were afraid of it; mankind undertook it- they have always been inept and foolish."
However, the explanation he gave is not accurate. It's not that we are fools because we opted to take on the Trust.
It is true that the Trust is referring to the choice to obey or not obey and we get reward or punishment based on our choice.
The explanation in the tafsir is
فقبلها الإنسان على ضعفه وجهله وظلمه، إلا من وفق الله، وبالله المستعان
The human being (through Adam) accepted that Trust despite his weakness, ignorance and injustice, except those whom were successful in fulfilling the Trust. That label foolish is referring to those who broke the Trust through ignorance and injustice.
It's a statement describing what human beings do despite being entrusted. It's not calling human beings fools for accepting to opt for that. It's not true that we had a choice in this matter. When you are born as a human to be tested in this life, you had no choice in this matter. Unfortunately, here Dr. Zakir Naik didn't shine.
The best thing to do is to accept reality (submit) and do what Allah asks you to do.
It's like someone who suddenly woke up on a ship sailing in turbulent waters. Instead of trying to understand where this ship is heading to and what he should do to get to the destination safety, he's dwelling on why he was put on the ship in turbulent waters and that he wouldn't have came here if he had the choice. What's the point of that. It's useless to dwell on something that already happened that you can't change. You should be focusing on how to navigate the turbulent waters and reach to a safe destination, otherwise your ship will be destined to destruction.
