SUDANESE GHEEMA/MACORONA
Growing up, Gheema or macorona was served as a side dish. Now, my family sometimes eats this as a main dish.
INGREDIENTS LIST:
1kg minced beef
750g (1 ½ packets)
Canola oil
1 large onion
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon garlic & ginger paste
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoons vegetable stock powder
1 jar basilico pasta sauce
Black pepper
Salt
HOW MY FAMILY & I EAT THIS: This can be eaten as a side dish, as well as a main. An addition of avocado & tomato salad to the plate compliments the meal.

What can I use alternative for vegen powder because I don't have any

You can use any stock powder, liquid or cube.
I sometimes use chicken or beef stock powder; stock cube or liquid.
