Just a long-time car guy learning from hard mistakes over many years. I went to school for Mechanical Engineering but that was more theoretical. I'd say all of my skill is self-taught.
@@Paul355c I understand the live and learn method! Stay blessed sir! PS your wife is a true trooper for letting you scatter your build and priming in the basement!
Good morning. Thanks for the comment. Mine is Coniston Green. I knew there was a Willow Green but I hadn’t heard of your color but I can’t wait to look it up. Another favorite of mine is Arles Blue.
@@Paul355c Thanks! I have a RRC now, so between that and the D90 - I like your choices :) My current RRC is a faded Ardennes Green (which is a metallic color). When the time comes, I'm going to have it done a slightly different color green. I like Coniston too. I'm leaning towards the darker green that were on some of the Series...Bronze Green.
Thanks. Just picked up a 97 Defender 90 NAS. Has high mileage so I'll be trying to do what you did on yours. If you find anything related to the parts used I'd be very appreciative.
Run the engine at high rpm to break in the camshaft. A very important part of the job. Otherwise great job and thanks for sharing.
Great to meet you!
You too! You’re a local celebrity to me. Thanks for making my visit today fun.
Awesome video sir
Really amazing job and great video.
Wow! Amazing the talent you exhibit!! Gives me hope! What is your background sir! lol

Looks amazing - thank you for posting. I really enjoyed the RRC project too. I previously had a NAS D90. What color green is yours? Eastnor?

I didn’t mean ‘your’ color. You said you had a D90 but not necessarily Eastnor.

@@egec1 great plan. Have fun with it!
Where did you purchase the rebuild kit?
Hi! It’s been a while but I think it was Atlantic British. Good luck with your project.
