40 players will compete in the World League & Regional Majors from November 2024 to June 2025, earning Points that contribute to their World Ranking. Alongside this, there will be additional events, offering non-league players a chance to prove themselves. By the end of the season, 16 players will advance to the World Cup Finals, taking place in August 2025.

a great example of how multipliers turn this into a game of luck. which rounds show up when is all that matters and the early rounds a pretty much meaningless. when formula 1 awarded double points in the final race to keep it artificially interesting there was huge outcry over it and they reversed their decision after just one season. when will geoguessr realize this? name one other sport where some games/sets/matches are worth up to 5 times more than others...
